Abstract

Thermoelectric Generator (TEG) is an application of the thermoelectric module forgenerate electricity according to the seebeck effect which takes advantage of the temperature differenceoccurring on both sides of the module. This study aims to design a toolportable power generator by exploiting the energy loss in motorcycle exhaustin order to produce a power of 10. The design that is built is in the form ofelectrical design with series configuration and series-parallel configuration ascomparison, using 8 pieces of thermoelectric modules of type SP1848-27145 and modulesDC / DC converter. The mechanical design consists of 4 layers with visualizationusing Autodesk Inventor software. The shape of the tool is adapted to the shapeexhaust so that it can be removed and reinstalled with dimensions of 164.3 ????????× 205 × 23.135 ???????? and can maintain the temperature difference (????????) of 60 ° ????. ResultThe selected design uses a series configuration because it has the same amount of powerclose to the target of ? 9???? with good reliability and has protection onconverter step-down module.

Abstract

The world's population continues to grow, causing energy needs to increase rapidly.In fact, not all regions have a special supply of electrical energyareas that are located in remote and difficult to access places. Besides the depletion of reservesfossil fuels as the main source of electricity generation and effectsbad pollution also encourages the change of energy sources into new energyrenewable (EBT). The purpose of this research is to design a solution forovercome both of these by using the exhaust heat utilization system(waste-heat recovery) in domestic combustion, especially portable stoves.Thermoelectric generator (TEG) is the right choice because it has severaladvantages needed such as simple conversion process, reliabilityhigh, and ease of application. The research will discuss the design of the toolwaste-heat recovery on portable stoves mechanically and electrically. Designcarried out on 2 different types of TEG modules, namely TEP1-1264-3.4 and SP1848-27145. The proposed tool has an estimated output power of about 9.24 W for the moduleTEP1-1264-3.4 and 9.0048 W for SP1848-27145 module using 8a TEG module with an approximate temperature difference of 60 ? and a cooling systemwater based. Thus the TEP1-1264-3.4 module generates more powerhigher than SP1848-27145 module and the series configuration is rated better because of thishave no problem when experiencing voltage differences between modules. Designmechanical build that is made to have 2 separate frame parts for conveniencecircuit maintenance.

Abstract

Harmonics are a phenomenon of voltage waveform deviationand currents that are transmitted and distributed from source to load in the formpure sinusoidal waves. This research aims to learn aboutthe influence of harmonics on distribution transformers in office buildings as wellcompare the effect on weekdays and holidays. From the measurement results inSudirman Central Business District is known that transformers 1 and 3 existharmonics with a current THD percentage of 25.27% and 22.32% on weekdays.While on holidays there is transformer 1 which has a percentage of THD current17.24% which exceeds the IEEE 519-1992 allowable limit of 15%.The dominant harmonics are the 3rd, 5th, and 7th harmonics. With a percentage of THDcurrents that exceed the standard limits will result in performance and even degradationdamage to electrical equipment or components. The results of the study show that at the momentsmall load (holidays) THD the resulting current is not too large due to the loadless use than during large loads (working days).

Abstract

This research is focused on the influence of public relations activities (PublicRelations-PR) through the use of the internet (Cyber ??PR) to brand awarenessa private college. The purpose of this research is to find outhow the influence of cyber PR activities carried out by the University Public RelationsSumbawa Technology (UTS) through social media such as Facebook, Youtube andInstagram towards increasing UTS brand awareness. ResearchThis method uses quantitative methods with SPSS structural equation modeling (SEM)to compile a model of research results. The sample population used inThis research is the community of Sumbawa sub-district with the age criteria 15-29year in which 124 respondents filled out a questionnaire as a representation of 16,770 peoplethe people of Sumbawa for that age category. From the results of the F test there is an influencesimultaneous between independent variables (Facebook, Instagram and Youtube variables)to the dependent variable (Brand Awareness). Meanwhile, the results of the t test are obtainedthat the Instagram variable has a significant influence onincrease in UTS campus brand awareness.

Abstract

Yakult is one of the large industrial companies engaged in the manufacturing sectorfermented milk. This company has business activities, namely selling anddistributing fermented milk to shops. The purpose of this research isanalyze the comparison between Warshall and Dijkstraa's Algorithm on the GVRP method indetermination of the shortest route. The General Vehicle Routing Problem (GVRP) methodused to make it easier to classify the many shops (vertek) intovarious groups (clusters) so as to determine the optimal route and costsminimal. The Warshall algorithm is a method that makes it easy to determinethe shortest route from all points to all points and has a simple method andeasy to implement. While Dijkstraa's algorithm is a method for searchingshortest path between 2 points from starting point to destination point. In this study analyzedthat the Warshall and Dijkstraa algorithms for determining the shortest route have a waycalculations and results that are almost the same as the difference between the total distance of 800 meters withdifference in cost of IDR 645 in one go. The different routes are only in cluster 6 andcluster 9. The conclusion of this study shows that both the Warshall Algorithm andDijkstraa's algorithm has a calculation method that is almost the same as the total distance andcosts have a relatively small difference.

Abstract

The Ben-Ghiben tradition is the tradition of bringing items by the groom to the housefor the bride in the form of household items, namely cabinets, chairs, beds,and all kinds of kitchen utensils. The purpose of this study is toknow and analyze the Ben-Ghiben tradition of Madurese traditional marriage.The methodology is qualitative with research stages 1. observation,2. interviews and 3. documentation. For data analysis usingdescriptive-phenomelogical analysis. The result of the research is the tradition of marriage inMadura is different from the tradition of marriage in Java, if it adheres to Madurathe majority adhere to the matrilineal tradition, where husband and wife perform afterwardsmarriage is required to live in the wife's house. And the future husband brought Bhen-Gibhen (luggage in the form of cabinets, chairs, beds and home furnishingsother stairs). And the wife provides a house to live in.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis sistem informasi akuntansiAlur Pembayaran Biaya Kuliah dimasa Pandemi Covid-19 di Univeristas TeknologiSumbawa. Metode yang digunakan dalam peneltian ini adalah metode deskriptifkualitatif. Adapun narasumber dari peneltian ini diantaranya Wakil Rektor 2 BidangKeuangan tepatnya Direktorat Administrasi Keuangan Universitas Teknologi Sumbawa.Karyawan yang menjadi informan pada penelitian ini Direktur Keuangan, BendaharaUniversitas, dan Sub.Direktorat Administrasi Keuangan. Sumber data penelitian iniadalah primer dan sekunder, dengan metode pengumpulan data menggunakan teknikwawancara, dokumentasi dan observasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwaSistem Informasi Akuntansi Alur Pembayaran Biaya Kuliah dimasa Pandemi Covid- 19diUniversitas Teknologi Sumbawa telah dilakukan secara efektif dan efisien. Hal tersebutdapat dilihat berdasarkan data, prosedur, infrastruktur dan perangkat lunak yang ada sertasumber daya manusia yang bertanggung jawab dan kompeten. Dengan adanya Alurpembayaran biaya kuliah di masa pandemi Covid-19 secara online dapatmembantu Sub. Direktorat Administrasi Keuangan bekerja dengan tetap melakukansocial distancing sehingga alur pembayaran tersebut dapat diterapkan hingga saat ini.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the magnitude of the fluctuating load factor on the efficiency and loss of life of the 6kV/70kV transformer and to determine the optimal load in order to obtain the best efficiency and minimize loss of life. The method used in this study is a quantitative research method. The results showed that the highest efficiency of PLTU Unit 1 was at 93.3% with an output power of 5.8 MW and an input power of 6.21 MW, while the lowest was at 83.9% with an output power of 5.5 MW and a power 6.55 MW input. The highest efficiency of PLTU Unit 2 is at 95.7% with an output power of 5.5 MW and an input power of 5.75 MW, while the lowest is at 61.03% with an output power of 3.3 MW and an input power of 5.41. MW. Meanwhile, the transformer life for Unit 1 PLTU Sumbawa Barat is 0.0469 hours/day with an average load of 5.8 MW, while for Unit 2 it is 0.0311 hours/day with an average load of 5.2 MW. The size of the loss of life of the transformer depends on the given load, the greater the load, the greater the loss of life. In this case, the load for Unit 1 is higher than for Unit 2, so it can be seen that the life loss of the Unit 2 transformer is smaller. While the optimal load on the PLTU is in the position of 80-85% of its capacity. The results of this study are expected to be a material consideration for the Sumbawa power plant to better distribute and optimize the load so that there is no imbalance between the transformer capacity and the power produced and perform routine transformer maintenance to reduce losses that occur.

Abstract

Candlenut is a spice that is used as an ingredient in the manufacturing process of the food and cosmetic industry, the obstacles faced in breaking the candlenut shell are that the time and energy required is still too large so that the splitting of the candlenut shell is less efficient and there are still many farmers who still use traditional candlenut crackers. with a driving force in the form of human power. In addition, the results of the quality of the candlenut cracking are not good because there are still many broken hazelnut seeds after the process of breaking the candlenut shell. These constraints add to the time, cost and effort in the process of breaking candlenut manually. From some of the constraints that have been described, there is an idea to conduct research to find out how the rotation of the candlenut crusher influences the pressure according to the needs and optimizes the rotation variation of the candlenut crusher to produce whole candlenuts. The research method used is rotational variation (10 RPM, 20 RPM, and 27 RPM) to pressure 24.928 /????2, 21.952 /????2 and 19.286 /????2 with three treatments and each treatment combination was repeated three times. The parameters of this research are the percentage of whole, split, crushed and unbroken candlenut. The results of this study indicate that variations in rotation and pressure affect the percentage yield of candlenut seeds. The average value of the right rotation to break candlenut seeds with a beating pully A is 20 rpm with a pressure of 24.928 N/m2 to get an average of 60% intact, 20% halved, 0% crushed and 20% unbroken. At the right rotation of the pulley B, which is at 20 Rpm with a pressure of 21.952 N/m2, the average value of breaking is 60%, intact is 60%, split is 30%, destroyed is 0% and does not break is 10%. Meanwhile, at a pressure of 19.286 N/m2 for a rotation of 20 Rpm, the average value of broken, 50% intact, 0% halved, 20% crushed and 30% unbroken.

Abstract

In the current era of globalization, technological developments are increasingly advanced, therefore human resources are required to be competent in various fields. To produce competent human resources. This study aims to design a computer network using a Cisco router switch at the West Nusa Tenggara Office of Information Communication and Statistics. The type of network designed refers to the LAN network (Local Area Network). This network design aims to facilitate IT personnel in completing work with stable and optimal signal strength with signals divided into each sub-sector. This research was conducted using qualitative methods by conducting direct observations in the field. The network development method used in this research is the NDLC (Network Development Life Cycle) method with the stages of analysis, design, simulation prototyping, implementation, monitoring, and management.
