Abstract

Untuk mencapai perangkingan dari ke 16 subsektor ekonomi kreatif yang bercirikan pemanfaatan kreatifitas, idea dan inovasi, ketrampilan serta bakat individu merupakan proses pemilihan yang sangat krusial. Hal ini dikarenakan output dari ekonomi kreatif berupa produk dan jasa ataupun pemanfaatan daya kreasi dan daya cipta individu atau komunitas yang semakin variatif dan berkembang. Untuk bisa melakukan penentuan kompetensi inti maka dilakukan pemetaan ekonomi kreatif terlebih dahulu. Kajian dalam penelitian ini berupa pemetaan ekonomi kreatif beserta penentuan kompetensi inti ekonomi kreatif Kabupaten Bojonegoro berdasarkan multi-kriteria pada data yang di olah dari berbagai sumber. Dengan mengunakan Motode AHP dari 16 subsektor dikerucutkan menjadi 8 sebagai fokus untuk di prioritaskan, dengan membuat website www.ekonomikreatifbojonegoro.id untuk memudahkan pemetaan sebaran pelaku ekonomi kreatif di Bojonegoro, hal ini agar data dapat terus update.

Abstract

This study aims to explain tax administration innovations in managing the productive taxation human resources. The results of this study indicate that the Government of Kendari City has formed a collaboration through a Memorandum of Understanding with the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) in the Field of Coordination, Supervision and Prevention (Korsubgah) and Bank Sultra. One of the agreements that was built was the cooperation in installing tax recording devices (tapping boxes) in hotel, restaurant and entertainment businesses. The legality of the application of this tax transaction tool is regulated in the Kendari Mayor Regulation Number 24 of 2019 concerning Online System Payments and Collections of Local Taxes and Levies through a Tax Recording Tool. The application of tapping boxes has had a very positive impact on the amount of regional revenue compared to before the installation of these tools. This can be seen in the hotel tax revenue in 2018 amounting to Rp. 8.76 billion increased to Rp. 12.7 billion in 2019. Restaurant tax revenue in 2018 was Rp. 11.2 billion to Rp. 16 billion increased in 2019. Then entertainment tax revenue in 2018 amounted to Rp. 7.2 billion increased to Rp. 8.5 billion in 2019. The number of tapping box installations in Kendari City has also increased from 76 units to 464 units by October 2020. Therefore, it is necessary to increase the effectiveness of cooperation from various parties in organizing a tapping box application program to optimize tax revenue for hotels, restaurants and entertainment is an innovation in tax administration to build productive and digital-based tax human resources. Therefore, it is necessary to increase cooperation from various parties in implementing a tapping box application program to optimize hotel, restaurant and entertainment tax revenue to create effectiveness and efficiency in an innovation of tax administration to build productive and digital-based tax human resources.

Abstract

Keberadaan asuransi bukanlah menghilangkan suatu risiko, melainkan memberikan bantuan untuk mengurangi risiko kepada pihak tertanggung yang mengalami kerugian akibat risiko. Komplain atau keluhan tertanggung bagi perusahaan asuransi akan dijadikan bentuk evalulasi diri dari kinerja yang telah dilakukan oleh perusahaan. Dengan adanya komplain atau keluhan tertanggung perusahaan asuransi dapat mengetahui kelemahan yang ada pada perusahaan dan memperbaiki kelemahan tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh secara simultan, parsial dan dominan antara penanganan komplain yang terdiri dari keadilan prosedural, keadilan interaksional dan keadilan distributif terhadap kepuasan tertanggung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode asosiasif dengan  pendekatan kuantitatif. Utuk pegumpulan datanya dilakukan dengan cara wawancara, kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Yang menjadi populasi dalam penelitian in adalah semua tertanggung yang pernah membeli produk atau jasa jasa asuransi di PT. Asuransi Multi Artha Guna, tbk Surabaya pada tahun 2018 yang berjumlah 1.105 tertanggung dengan karakteristik Tertanggung yang pernah melakukan transaksi asuransi lebih dari dua tahun dan telah berusia diatas 17 tahun. Dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin maka di ketahui jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 92 responden. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa penanganan komplain yang terdiri dari keadilan prosedural, keadilan interaksional dan keadilan distributif dapat memberikan pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan tertanggung. Hal ini ditunjukan dari hasil koefisien Determinan bahwa penanganan komplain yang terdiri dari keadilan prosedural, keadilan interaksional dan keadilan dsitributif sebesar 71%  terhadap kepuasan tertanggung dan 29% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Hasil penelitian ini dapat memberikan masukan atau informasi kepada perusahaan bahwa dengan memperhatikan komplain tertanggung yang terdapat pada asuransi tersebut akan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan tertanggung

Abstract

The era of the industrial revolution 4.0. In the last century, experts have increasingly convinced that the intellectual resources of an organization determine the competitive advantage of an organization in accelerating the effectiveness of artificial intelligence, especially in presenting the best customer service innovation products. However, there are only a few studies on the relationship between intellectual capital and innovation. Based on the importance of these issues, this study aims to examine the impact of intellectual capital on organizational innovation. Questionnaires have been distributed to 100 employees of PT. Pelindo from Indonesian State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN), and 82 usable questionnaires were returned. The regression statistical method analysis was used to test the hypothesis. The results of the research simultaneously show that intellectual capital has a positive and significant effect on organizational innovation. The next test results partially prove that human capital, organizational capital, and relational capital have a significant and positive effect on organizational innovation. This study opens several pathways for innovation program projects in future Indonesian organizations. The significance of the findings of this study shows the practical implications of the support in the next roadmap on research and development (R&D) of Human Resources and innovation of Indonesian BUMN organizations, particularly at PT. Pelindo as one of the important pillars in the success of the vision of the Indonesian government's maritime axis. Based on the high level of socio-cultural heterogeneity in Indonesia, the implications of follow-up studies are important to expand the sample of employees to a larger and more diverse range and combine other independent variables (such as demographic factors, organizational culture, organizational climate, leadership, job satisfaction or other motivational factors) which may result in different study findings and recommendations.

Abstract

E-commerce (electronic commerce) is currently being loved by online shopping lovers. In simple terms, e-commerce can be explained as the process of buying and selling products electronically. Due to the development of e-commerce in recent years, e-commerce can gradually replace traditional or offline stores. Sampling was done by non-probability sampling method, namely by purposive sampling technique. The sample used in this study were 100 respondents. The analytical method used in this study is the Multiple Regression Analysis test and the analytical tool used with the help of SPSS version 25. The results of the coefficient of determination test obtained a value of 95.8%. This means that the relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable is 95.8%. e_product quality there is no effect between e_product quality on e_purchase intention partially. e_service quality there is an effect between e_service quality on e_purchase intention. e_innovation there is no effect between e_innovation on e_purchase intention partially. e_price there is no effect between e_price on e_purchase intention partially. There is no partial effect of e_store image on e_purchase intention. The effect of E_Product Quality, E_Service Quality, E_Innovation, E_Price and E_Store Image on E_Purchase Intention simultaneously on Sociolla, based on the results of the f test on the variables e_product quality, e_service quality, e_innovation, e_price and e_store image on e_purchase intention obtained f count of 195.047 with a probability of 0.000 whose value is below 0.05. which means that there is an effect of e_product quality, e_service quality, e_innovation, e_price and e_store image on e_purchase intention. Abstract

Human resource development programs need to be created systematically and sustainably to produce future-ready talents. As part of the efforts to optimize human resources management within the company, one of the ways the company takes is by increasing employee satisfaction in carrying out its duties. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of human resource management practices and policies, transformational leadership style on job satisfaction. This research method uses a quantitative approach. The sample in this study were 235 employees of PT. X. The type of data used is primary data using a questionnaire. The analysis technique used is Structural Equation Modeling with AMOS 22 program tools. The results of this study are expected to be used as an evaluation material for human resource management practices and policies that have been implemented by the company, in order to make improvements to aspects that are still complaints and make employees feel dissatisfied when working such as job placements that aren’t according to capacity, the balance of the weight of the work given, the assessment system to the problem of the compensation system or its achievement which aims to create job satisfaction and employee comfort at work.

Abstract

The purpose of the study is to determine the influence of information overload on intention to make unusual purchases through perceived severity in the people of Bandung during the COVID-19 pandemic. This study uses quantitative methods with descriptive research types and causality. Sampling uses non probability sampling techniques with purposive sampling method to 100 respondents of Bandung city with a population of 2,510,103.00 people. Analysis of research data using tenik descriptive analysis and path analysis. The conclusion of the study shows variable information overload and perceived severity fall into the category of very high and variable intention to make unusual purchases fall into the high category. In addition, variable information overload had a significant effect on perceived severity of 46.92%. Information overload significantly affects intention to make unusual purchases by 6.25%. Perceived severity significantly affects intention to make unusual purchases by 19.80%. Information overload affects indirectly the intention to make unusual purchases through perceived severity of 30.48%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine, analyze, and examine the effect of work discipline and work motivation on employee performance. This research was conducted at the Office of Youth, Sports and Tourism, Pati Regency. The research method used in this study is a quantitative method. The sample used is a saturated sample, with a total of 38 respondents. Data collection techniques used are interviews, questionnaires, literature study. The data processing in this study used the SPSS 23 (Statical Package for the Social Sciences) software application. The data analysis techniques used were descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of descriptive analysis, work discipline is included in the good category, as well as work motivation is included in the good category and employee performance is included in the good category. Based on the results of this study indicate that work discipline and work motivation partially and simultaneously affect the performance of employees at the Office of Youth, Sports and Tourism, Pati Regency.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the results of primary data which states that the motivation and work environment of employees at CV Indah Baru is less than optimal. Companies want increased performance every year in order to be successful in facing competition, therefore employee performance is a concern because it will affect company performance. In order to improve employee performance, high motivation from employees and a good work environment are needed. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of motivation and work environment on employee performance at CV Indah Baru Group. This research applies descriptive quantitative method. The population in this study were all permanent employees of CV Indah Baru Group which consisted of 73 people using saturated sampling. The data analysis used is descriptive analysis, classical assumption test and multiple regression analysis. Base on the results of descriptive analysis, motivation is included in the good category and also for the work environment it is in the good category while for the same employee performance it is in the good category. Based on the results of the study, it shows that motivation and work environment partially and simultaneously influence employee performance.

Abstract

At the end of 2019, a global pandemic began to hit the whole world, including Indonesia. This seems to have influenced the consumer confidence index. Consumer confidence in current economic conditions has weakened due to weakening incomes and reduced job availability. The existence of problems related to the decrease in the level of consumer confidence will be very detrimental to the company if the solution is not immediately considered. The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the effect of corporate social responsibility on corporate reputation, word of mouth and customer trust as well as the effect of corporate reputation and word of mouth on customer trust. This research applies a quantitative approach with the type of research applied is causal research. The population in this study were 344 consumers of PT Petrokimia Gresik (PG), while the sample used in the study was 185 people.Data analysis in this study uses inferential statistics, which is an analysis aimed at proving the hypothesis using structural equation modeling - AMOS. The results of this study found that corporate social responsibilityprovides a significant effect on corporate reputation, word of mouth and consumer trust. Then corporate reputation and word of mouth are also proven to have a significant effect on consumer trust.
