Jurnal Ilmu Keperawatan Jiwa [e-ISSN 2621-2978] is a means of developing and publishing scientific works for researchers, lecturers and practitioners of mental nursing published by the Persatuan Perawat Nasional Indonesia Jawa Tengah. Jurnal Ilmu Keperawatan Jiwa is an electronic journal with an open access journal system published twice a year, namely in May and November. Jurnal Ilmu Keperawatan Jiwa publishes articles within the scope of mental nursing broadly but is limited, especially in the field of mental nursing in healthy, risk and disturbance groups. Articles must be the result of research, case studies, results of literature studies, scientific concepts, knowledge and technology that are innovative and renewed within the scope of mental nursing science both on a national and international scale.

Abstract

Banyaknya ibu post section dapat menimbulkan masalah pada luka sayatan di area abdomen yaitu nyeri. Ibu paska operasi Sectio Caesaria merasakan nyeri yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan persalinan secara pervaginam sehingga kebutuhan ibu akan mobilisasi, perawatan diri dan bayinya, serta pemberian ASI kerapkali terganggu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Progressive Muscle Relaxation (PMR) terhadap skala nyeri pada pasien post sectio caesaria di RSKIA Kota Bandung. Jenis penelitian ini berupa quasi eksperimen dengan metode pre test dan post test. Populasi penelitian sebanyak 34 pasien dibagi menjadi dua kelompok yaitu kelompok kontrol dan intervensi masing-masing 17 pasien. Metode pengumpulan data dengan carapurposive sampling. Instrumen penelitian ini menggunakan skala NRS (Numeric Rating Scale). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan skala nyeri sebelum dilakukan teknik PMR pada kelompok kontrol berada pada tingkat nyeri sedang sebanyak 7 responden (41.2%) dan pada kelompok intervensi berada pada tingkat sedang sebanyak 14 orang (82.4%). Skala nyeri sesudah dilakukan teknik PMR pada kelompok kontrol berada pada tingkat nyeri sedang sebanyak 10 orang (58.8%) dan pada kelompok intervensi pada tingkat sedang sebanyak 11 orang (64.7%).Pengaruh PMR pada kelompok kontrol memiliki nilai p-value 0.059. Pengaruh teknik PMR pada kelompok intervensi memiliki nilai p-value 0.001 sehingga terdapat pengaruh Progressive Muscle Relaxation pada pasien post sectio caesaria di RSKIA Kota Bandung. Pengaruh teknik PMR terhadap skala nyeri memiliki nilai p-value 0.030 sehingga dapat disimpulkan terdapat pengaruh Progressive Muscle Relaxation pada pasien post section caesaria di RSKIA Kota Bandung. Kata kunci: nyeri, progressive muscle relaxation, sectio caesaria THE EFFECT OF PROGRESSIVE MUSCLE RELAXATION ON THE SCALE OF PAIN IN POST SECTIO CAESARIA ABSTRACTSection caesare caused by problems in wound incisions in the abdominal area, namely pain. Respondent with section caesaria has a higher pain scale compared to respondents with normal delivery, so that the mother's need for mobilization, self-care and her baby, and breastfeeding are often disrupted. This study aims to determine the effect of Progressive Muscle Relaxation (PMR) on the scale of pain in post sectio caesaria patients at RSKIA in Bandung. This type of research is quasi-experimental. The study population was 34 patients divided into two groups, namely the control and intervention groups. This type of research is quasi-experimental with the pre-test and post-test methods. The instrument of this study uses the NRS (Numeric Rating Scale).The results showed the scale of pain before the PMR technique in the control group was at the level of moderate pain as many as 7 respondents (41.2%) and the intervention group was at a moderate level of 14 people (82.4%). The scale of pain after the PMR technique in the control group was at a moderate level of pain of 10 people (58.8%) and in the intervention group at a moderate level of 11 people (64.7%). The effect of PMR techniques on the control group has a p-value of 0.059. The effect of PMR technique on the intervention group has a p-value of 0.001 so that there is an effect of Progressive Muscle Relaxation in post sectio caesaria patients at RSKIA Bandung City. The effect of PMR technique on pain scale has a p-value of 0.030 so it can be concluded that there is an effect of Progressive Muscle Relaxation in post sectio caesaria patients at RSKIA Bandung City.It is hoped that the results of this study can be used as guidelines for nurses' interventions that can be taught to patients and families as a patient companion in conducting this PMR technique. Keywords: pain, progressive muscle relaxation, sectio caesaria

Abstract

Secara psikologis 80% wanita hamil yang mengalami emesis mempengaruhi kualitas hidup mereka. Selama trimester pertama wanita menjadi ambivalen. Sekitar 80% wanita mengalami kekecewaan, penolakan, kecemasan, depresi, dan kesedihan akibat ketidaknyamanan karena mengalami mual dan muntah pada trimester pertama. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauhmana pengaruh hipnoterapi dalam mengurangi emesis pada wanita hamil trimester pertama di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Gang Kelor Bogor. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain "Quasi eksperimental pre-post test dengan kelompok kontrol" dan intervensi "hipnoterapi". Penentuan sampel dengan teknik simple random sampling, sebanyak 60 orang terdiri dari 30 orang untuk kelompok intervensi dan 30 orang untuk kelompok kontrol selama 5 bulan. Emesis diukur dengan menggunakan skala Pregnancy-Unique Quantification of Emesis (PUQE-24) sebelum dan sesudah hipnoterapi. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis univariat dan bivariat, yaitu T Dependent dan Independent T test.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hipnoterapi memiliki efek yang signifikan pada penurunan tingkat emisisibu hamil pada trimester pertama (p = <0,05). Hipnoterapi sangat dianjurkan untuk wanita hamil yang mengalami emesis. Kata kunci: hipnoterapi, emesis gravidarum, ibuhamil, trimester pertama HYPNOTHERAPY CAN REDUCE THE DEGREE OF EMESIS IN FIRST TRIMESTER PREGNANT WOMEN ABSTRACTPsychologically 80% of pregnant women who experience emesis affect their quality of life. About 80% of women experience disappointment, rejection, anxiety, depression, and sadness due to discomfort due to nausea and vomiting in the first trimester. This study aims to determine the extent of the influence of hypnotherapy in reducing emesis in first trimester pregnant women in the work area of the Gang KelorHealth Center in Bogor. This research is a quantitative study with the design of "Quasi experimentalpre-post test with control group" and "hypnotherapy" intervention. Determination of the sample with simple random sampling technique, as many as 60 people consisting of 30 people for the intervention group and 30 people for the control group for 5 months. Emesis is measured using the Pregnancy-Unique Quantification of Emesis (PUQE-24) scale before and after hypnotherapy. Data wereanalyzedusingunivariate and bivariateanalysis, namely the T Dependent and Independent T tests. The results showed that hypnotherapy had a significant effect on reducing the level of emission of pregnant women in the first trimester (p = <0.05). Abstract

The success rate of drug-resistant tuberculosis treatment in the world is still low. Success rates are affected by medication adherence, while loss to follow-up (LTFU) is still found in patients with drug-resistant tuberculosis. It is important to know the factors that influence adherence to make an effort to increase the success rate of drug resistant tuberculosis treatment. The aim is to systematically identify the factors that influence adherence that result in treatment failure in patients with drug-resistant tuberculosis. Systematic reviews are used by searching online database articles (EBSCO Hosts, Clinical Keys, SAGE Publications, and Science Direct). The keywords used are "drug resistant" AND "tuberculosis" AND "adherence" AND "success rate". Analysis by the authors of 355 articles between 2015 and 2020, 10 relevant articles found that the most common factor influences adherence to drug-resistant tuberculosis treatment. It was concluded that the factors that influenced medication adherence were disease severity, comorbidity

Abstract

One of the activities in the Professional Nursing Practice Model (PNPM) Life is giving nursing care aimed at improving nursing services. This study aims to determine how perceptions of nurses toward the implementation of nursing care in the social isolation Soul PNPM program. The study design was conducted using qualitative methods with phenomenological approach. Data collection was performed at 7 nurses who have been trained PNPM Soul with in-depth interviews. The results showed four themes related to sustainability implementation of social isolation nursing care that benefits the implementation of nursing care and the role of social isolation and nursing staff in the implementation of social isolation. Conscious social isolation nursing care nurses can provide better benefits for nursing services and patient and family, so it is recommended to the hospital to increase its involvement in maintaining the sustainability of social isolation implementation of nursing care.

Abstract

Puron Village children who experience traumatic event of a tornado manifest variety of psychological and behavioral symptoms. The phenomenon that occurs in Puron Village children after whirlwind event children experience anxiety disorders, panic and fear of cloudy clouds and rainwater when it rains. This condition will get worse if not handled properly, therefore an early detection of anxiety with PTSD is needed as a result of tornado disaster. The aim is to identify post traumatic stress disorder incidents in children affected by a whirlwind in Puron Village, Sukoharjo Regency. The method used in this research is quantitative descriptive with a survey approach. Respondents numbered 30 children using the CPSS questionnaire in which the results of the CPSS questionnaire validity test were r count 0.949 and the realiability of r count >0.648 This study used Nonprobability sampling, namely quota sampling technique. The results of this study show a picture anxiety of children with PTSD as a result whirlwind disaster of at most 7 children (23.3%) experiencing severe PTSD, and 5 girls experiencing severe PTSD. The level anxiety of PTSD children victims whirlwind disaster suffered the most severe category PTSD by 23.3% with symptoms that arise namely symptoms of Re-Experiencing symptoms, avoidance and hyperarousal.

Abstract

Klaten Regency is an earthquake prone area because its location is crossed by a plate and is included in the category of single hazard earthquake hazard which is ranked 2nd in the District in Indonesia. The area of Muruh Gantiwarno Village, Klaten is one of the sub-districts in Klaten that was most affected by the Jogja Earthquake on May 27, 2006. This research aims to find out what factors are influencing the disaster-prone preparedness of the Muruhidalwar Klaten village.This type of research uses descriptive analytic with cross sectional approach. The sampling technique is proportional stratified random sampling. The sample used was 119 respondents from 3 Kadus. Statistical tests use simple logistic regression and multiple logistic regression. The results obtained by factors that influence preparedness include knowledge (p value 0.001), attitude (p value 0.013), policies and guidelines (0.246), plans for disaster emergency response (p value 0.113), disaster simulation (p value 0.007) and ability to mobilize resources ( p value 0.036). The conclusion of this study was that the factors that most influence disaster prone community preparedness are knowledge with the results of p value 0.015 (α; 0.05) and OR (odds ratio) 3.101, which means that it influences as much as 3,101 times against disaster preparedness.

Abstract

Increased smartphone utilization by children will increase the risk of  addiction which consequently affecting the  physical and mental health status of  children. This impact requires an appropriate prevention strategies and involves the family or parents as important social support system for child's development. This study aim to identify systematically the effects of smartphone addiction on children, addiction prevention strategies, and formulation of guideline for parents in assisting their children when using smartphones. This study using systematic review by searching articles in electronic database (SpringerLink, ClinicalKey, SAGE Publication, Annual Reviews). The keywords used are "smartphone addiction" AND "mental health" AND "children" OR "child". The result of 13 relevant arcticles analysis revealed that the most common effects of smartphone addiction on mental health of children were anxiety, depression and behavioral disorders. Anxiety, depression and behavioral disorders have a two-way relationship with smartphone addiction. Authoritative parenting style can reduce the risk of smartphone addiction. Smartphone addiction requires a comprehensive prevention and intervention strategy. In addition, authoritative parenting style make the child into a person who has a character that will later influence attitudes, ways of thinking to avoid addictive behavior.

Abstract

The eruption of Mount Merapi at the end of 2010 was recorded as the biggest eruption in the last 100 years. Survivors (survivors) can experience serious long-term psychological effects that have an influence on psychological well-being in carrying out daily activities. One of the symptoms most often found in victims of natural disasters is post-traumatic stress or Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). The writing of this article is to find out the description of PTSD in victims of the natural disaster of the eruption of Mount Merapi for a decade. This type of descriptive qualitative research, with a population of adults (20-60 years) of 220 people who experienced post-eruption of Merapi in 2010, the sample according to inclusion criteria, namely dukuh and seven residents. Data collection is done by interview and observation. The results show that at this time the population / community is still showing signs and symptoms of PTSD which is feeling sad as if re-experiencing the eruption of Merapi in 2010, still feeling trauma (easily remembering the eruption of Mount Merapi when it did not want to remember it), anxiety when Merapi experienced increased activity and hopes that the Merapi eruption in 2010 will not happen again.

Abstract

Pandemic Covid 19 is a non-natural disaster that raise various problems for all levels of society. This disaster condition will provide various physical and psychological impacts for each individual including the volunteers of this non-natural disaster. Volunteers are vulnerable groups, need to be identified psychological conditions in each of their assignments. Based on this phenomenon, it is interesting to see a preliminary study of the psychological conditions of  volunteers disaster covid 19. The purpose of this study was to determine the psychological condition of volunteers disaster covid 19 in Kebumen Regency. This research method is descriptive analytic on 72 covid 19 volunteers which is a combination of Kebumen regional disaster management department  and STIKES Muhammadiyah Gombong disaster volunteers, the sampling process is taken with simple random sampling, the psychological conditions of volunteers measured  using the DASS (Depression Anxiety Stress Scale) Instrument. The results of this study  obtained a psychological picture of covid 19 volunteers  namely 69 people (95.83%) experienced mild anxiety and 1 person (1.39), 69 people (95.83%) experienced mild depression, and 69 people (95, 83%) experience mild stress. This research is recommended as a preliminary study which is the basis for conducting an ongoing program for psychological strengthening of disaster volunteers.

Abstract

The Risk of violent behavior is a symptom of schizophrenia patients that can be controlled through progressive muscle relaxation therapy (PMRT). PMRT is a relaxation technique that focuses on muscle activity by identifying tense muscles and then reducing tension by doing relaxation techniques to get a feeling of relaxation. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of PMRT on changes in symptoms of risk of violent behavior in schizophrenic patients, especially on the risk of violent behavior. This study uses a quasi-experimental pre-post test design. The population in this study amounted to 27 people with a total sample of 18 people. The sampling technique in this study was purposive sampling. The research instrument used was a questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. Data were analyzed by Paired t-test with P-value = 0,000 <p = 0.05. The results showed that there was an effect of PMRT on changes in risk symptoms of violent behavior before and after PMRT. The conclusion that PMRT has a significant influence on changes in risk symptoms of violent behavior in RSJ Prof. Dr. M. Ildrem Provsu Medan.
