Abstract

BTKLPP Class I Palembang is a central government agency where one of the main tasks and functions is to provide health services. Health service providers are required to always provide good service to improve the quality of their services so that customer trust is always given to health service providers so that it can have an impact on customer satisfaction and loyalty. This is also important regarding the existence of competitors or competitors who provide similar services. This study aims to analyze the determinants of service quality and customer satisfaction on customer loyalty in BTKLPP Class I Palembang. The research design used is descriptive research with a cross-sectional approach. The population in this study are all customers or consumers who have used the services of BTKLPP Class I Palembang in 2021, then the research sample was obtained from the results of calculations using the Slovin formula as many as 100 samples. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between service quality and customer satisfaction on customer loyalty (p-value = 0.000) with a service quality correlation coefficient value of 0.654 and a customer satisfaction correlation coefficient of 0.711, meaning that an increase in the value of service quality and customer satisfaction will increase the value of customer loyalty. Based on the results of statistical testing in this study, it was found that only Customer Satisfaction had a partial effect on Customer Loyalty (p-value = 0.000), while Service Quality had no partial effect on Customer Loyalty (p-value > 0.05). Service Quality and Customer Satisfaction simultaneously affect customer loyalty by 48.2%, while the remaining 51.8% is the influence of other factors outside of this study.

Abstract

The implementation of the health protocol will not run smoothly if the community does not support and does not participate, then the government needs appropriate efforts to increase community compliance in implementing the health protocol. This study aims to identify factors related to compliance with the COVID-19 health protocol. This research method uses a survey method that measures the independent and dependent variables, the analysis used is the chi square test. This research was conducted on 05-20 July 202. The instrument used was a questionnaire given to visitors with a total sample of 77 respondents with accidental sampling technique. The results of this study were found in the variable Age, most of the early adults were 65 (84.4%), education was mostly advanced education (49 (63.6%), Knowledge was mostly good 39 (50.6%), attitude was mostly good 53 (68.8%), mostly good motivation 45 (58.4%) and compliance mostly 50 (64.9%). with adherence to the COVID-19 health protocol, advice for BTKLPP Class I to always improve education in complying with health protocols and be firm with visitors who violate the COVID-19 health protocol to prevent the spread of COVID-19.

Abstract

According to the Minister of Health Regulation Number 7 of 2019 concerning the health of the hospital environment, ready-to-eat food in hospitals is all food and drinks served from the hospital kitchen for patients and employees, as well as food and drinks sold within the hospital environment. This study aims to obtain in-depth information about food administration from the aspect of the process (planning, procurement, receipt, storage, processing and distribution of food) at the nutrition installation of Besemah Pagar Alam Hospital in 2021. The type of research used is a qualitative descriptive study with a phenomenological approach with technical techniques. interviews of informants or direct sources and secondary data with 9 respondents. This research was conducted on 5 – 20 July 2021. Data were collected using recording, then the data that had been carried out was analyzed. The results of this study on the process aspect of planning obtained information that aspects of the food ingredient planning process were not in accordance with PGRS guidelines. Then the process aspect of the procurement of foodstuffs includes ordering and purchasing foodstuffs, information is obtained that the procurement activities of foodstuffs are guided by PGRS. In the process aspect of receiving food ingredients, information was obtained that the activities of receiving food ingredients were not in accordance with PGRS guidelines. In the aspect of the food storage process, information was obtained that the storage of foodstuffs was not in accordance with the standards in the PGRS. In the process aspect of food processing, information is obtained that the food processing activities have been carried out according to the prerequisites of the PGRS guidelines, namely the availability of menus, menu guidelines, menu cycles, food ingredients to be cooked, cooking utensils, cooking assessments, availability of cooking SOPs, and regulations. use of food additives. In the process aspect of food distribution, information was obtained that the food distribution activities were not in accordance with PGRS guidelines.

Abstract

Improper infant feeding practices are the main direct cause of malnutrition during the first two years of life. Therefore, it is important to ensure that mothers of infants up to 2 years of age are given proper guidance on optimal feeding for infants and young children. This study aims to analyze the effect of the implementation of Infant and Young Children Feeding (IYCF) counseling on the knowledge and attitudes of mothers who have children aged 6-23 months at Merapi I Public Health Centre, Lahat Regency in 2021 and analyze the implementation of the IYCF counseling program in terms of a systems approach. This study uses a Mix Method Study Approach. The quantitative approach in this study uses a quasi-experimental approach with pre and post designs. The statistical test used in quantitative research is the Wilcoxon signed rank test and the Mann Whitney test. The results of this study state that there is a relationship between knowledge and attitudes with the implementation of the IYCF counseling program, this is based on statistical tests using the Wilcoxon signed rank test in the treatment group and the control group where the p value is less than 0.05, which is 0.000 and for the statistical test results, Mann Whitney U the test after the intervention obtained a significance value of less than 0.05, which is 0.000. For the implementation of IYCF counseling at Merapi I Public Health Centre, Lahat Regency, in terms of a systems approach, there are no policies that regulate the implementation of the program, inadequate human resources, methods that are not optimal, limited budget, and inadequate infrastructure. For the process of implementing this IYCF counseling there is no planning, there is organization, implementation that is not optimal and supervision is not carried out, so that the output from the implementation of this IYCF counseling is not optimally felt by mothers who have children aged 6-23 months at Merapi I Public Health Centre, Lahat Regency.

Abstract

Pneumonia is an infectious disease that is still a health problem in Indonesia, the third leading cause of death in Indonesia after cardiovascular and tuberculosis. The high incidence of pneumonia mainly attacks the age group of infants and toddlers. The purpose of this study was to determine the analysis of risk factors for pneumonia in children under five in the working area of ??the Sidorejo Health Center, Pagar Alam City in 2021, this study was a retrospective study with a case control approach. The research subjects consisted of two groups, namely the case group and the control group, each of which consisted of 63 subjects. Data was collected by means of interviews, observations and measurements. Data analysis used univariate, bivariate with chi square and multivariate analysis to determine the most dominant influence of the independent variables on the dependent variable. The analysis was carried out on the variables related to the bivariate analysis with a p value < 0.25 and an interval value of 95% CI not below 1. The analysis was carried out using logistic regression test with forward stepwise (conditional) with = 0.05 as a reference in decision making. test results. The results of this study that of the 12 variables studied, there are 6 variables that are at risk for the incidence of pneumonia in toddlers, namely ventilation, lighting, temperature, humidity, smoking habits, history of breastfeeding, the variable most at risk for the incidence of pneumonia in toddlers is lighting. In this study, it can be concluded that the floor of the house, the proportion of ventilation, the intensity of natural lighting (sunlight), temperature, humidity; occupancy density, smoking habit in the house, history of family members suffering from respiratory tract infections, type of fuel for cooking, nutritional status, immunization status and history of breastfeeding, have a relationship with the incidence of pneumonia.

Abstract

The development of the health sector is directed at improving the health status of the community, both infectious and non-communicable diseases. One of the infectious diseases is pneumonia or acute respiratory infection. The purpose of this study was to look at the factors associated with the incidence of acute respiratory infection. This study uses a quantitative method with a cross sectional approach. Statistical test using chi square test. Multivariate analysis in this study used multiple logistic regression analysis. In this study, it can be concluded that there is a relationship between work (p = 0.015; OR = 4,838), using masks (p = 0.021; OR = 4.346), use of mosquito venom (p = 0.008; OR = 5,500) and clean and healthy behavior (p = 0.039; OR=3.844) with acute respiratory infection in the Work Area of ??the Puskesmas Pengandingan, Sosoh Buay Termite Sub-district, OKU Regency in 2021. There is no relationship between age (p= 0.333), and smoking habits (p= 4.346) with ARI in the work area of ??the Puskesmas Pengandingan, Sosoh Buay District. Termites in OKU Regency in 2021. The most dominant variable is the use of mosquito venom (p = 0.004; OR = 7,264). Suggestions for Puskesmas Pairing based on the findings of this study can be used by health centers and OKU district health offices in dealing with ARI by reducing or prohibiting the use of mosquito poison.

Abstract

The essence of national development is the development of Indonesian people as a whole. The high number of population growth can be controlled by implementing family planning. One of the steps to regulate birth is the use of contraception. The purpose of this study was to look at the factors related to family planning services during the COVID-19 pandemic. This study uses a quantitative method with a cross sectional approach. Statistical test using chi square test. Multivariate analysis in this study used multiple logistic regression analysis. In this study, it can be concluded that there is a relationship between education (p = 0.008; OR = 3,231), occupation (p = 0.000; OR = 89.000), parity (p = 0.000; OR = 9.273) with family planning services in the Sidorejo Health Center Work Area, Pagar Alam City. 2021. There is no relationship between the role of officers (p= 1,000), the role of cadres (p= 0.928), age (p= 1,000) with family planning services in the Sidorejo Health Center Work Area, Pagar Alam City in 2021. The most dominant variable is occupation (p = 0.000; OR = 124.967). Suggestions for the findings of this study can be used by health centers, especially in the city of Pagar Alam so that they can pay attention to the respondent's work to do family planning.

Abstract

Acute respiratory infection (ARI) is still a major health problem and is the leading cause of death and mortality in the world, including in Indonesia. The purpose of this study was to describe the incidence of ARI. Methods This study uses a cross sectional design conducted at the Sukaraya Health Center, Baturaja Timur District, OKU Regency in August 2021 with a total sample of 104 respondents. The results of the bivariate analysis in this study obtained the mother's education variable p-value 0.555, knowledge p-value 0.000, mosquito venom use p-value 0.000, smoking p-value 0.932, history of breastfeeding p-value 0.011, ventilation p-value 0.005. The results of the multivariate analysis showed that the knowledge variable p-Value was 0.000 (<0.05) with OR=10,815. It can be said that there is a significant relationship between the use of mosquitoes, history of breastfeeding and ventilation with the incidence of ARI, while for the mother's education variable, there is no relationship related to the incidence of ARI. The more dominant variable in this study is the knowledge variable.

Abstract

Postpartum sectio cesarea pain (pain experienced by a mother after birth delivery) will usually increase on the first postoperative day and will be more painful if the effect of the analgesic disappears. Bitter orange is one among other aromatherapy treatments that can be used to treat pain. This research aims to determine the effect of bitter orange aromatherapy on postpartum sectio caesarea pain. The research method is quantitative that uses a quasi-experimental design with a pre-test and post-test approach without a control group with a bitter orange aromatherapy intervention conducted from June-July 2021. The sampling technique was purposive sampling with a total of 25 postpartum sectio caesarea mothers in the Alamanda 3 Ward at RSUD Panembahan Senopati, Bantul. The pain measuring instrument used was NRS (Numeric Rating Scale). The data analysis used the paired t-test method. The results show that there is a difference in the mean level of pain in postpartum sectio caesarea mothers before and after treated with bitter orange aromatherapy with a mean value of 0.680, standard deviation of 0.476 and p-value of 0.000 (p-value <0.05). There is an effect before and after implementing bitter orange aromatherapy on postpartum sectio caesarea pain in Alamanda 3 Ward RSUD Panembahan Senopati Bantul.

Abstract

Workers safety is one of success indicator in an organization system. This system must be stated in a policy and lowered into standard operating procedures (SOP). Workers safety must be obeyed by all relevant officers involved that job to insure work safety. This study to identify the factors related to compliance of laboratory officers in use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This research was used survey method to measure the independent and dependent variables. The analysis used is the chi-square test. This research was conducted on 12 – 26 July 2021 using questionnaire instrument to 23 respondents (laboratory officers) with total sampling technique. This study showed that the average respondent’s was 38 years old. The female respondent was 23 (65.7%), education respondent’s was 18 (41.4%) bachelor degree, working time respondent’s was 32 (91.4%), the availability of facilities was not available 18 (51.4 %), poor supervision 20 (57.1%), good knowledge respondent’s was 33 (94.3%), negative attitude was 19 (54.3%) and compliance 19 (54.3%). The conclusion of this research is that there is a relationship between the variables of gender, supervision of laboratory officer compliance in using PPE and there is not relationship between the education, working time respondent’s. knowledge, attitudes, availability of facilities and age on the laboratory officer compliance in use PPE at BTKLPP Class I Laboratory. Suggestions for BTKLPP class I to carry out socialization and education on product operational standards using PPE, to complete the facilities and availability of personal safety equipment and supervision in use PPE to ensure occupational health and safety.
