Abstract

3D Animation serial for television needs have been showed in the national television program, especially fantasy theme and educational program for children. There are so many and sequential needs which tricked by instant and high quality production so the work flow in creating 3D animation serial are facilitating the producers. The article will explain specifically how the software of Maxon Cinema 4D in process production in 3D animation serial. The article will also clarify and focus on how the work flow of Maxon Cinema 4D software in processing production and post-production stages. The writer does research including audio visual tutorial, end-result comparison and rendering time between some software, self-observation of work flow in creating 3D animation serial using Maxon Cinema 4D software and digital literature study (e-book).

Abstract

This study is a preliminary study about social networking and text relationship among young adulthood. The purpose of this study is to get information or description about text relationship through social networking. Method of this study is qualitative method with phenomenology approach. The phenomenon of using social networking to build relationship with others is growing popular especially among young adulthood. Observing this phenomenon accurately, there is a changing in interaction pattern. It was a physically interaction or face to face interaction. But as growing popularity of technology or internet access, today interaction can do through online and without face to face interaction. Surprisingly, this online interaction and without face to face interaction is very popular at the present. From this preliminary study, the findings are social networking become a media to share emotion, opinion openly among people. Text relationship through social networking also need emotional setting which is substituted electronically and it is virtual emotional and not the real emotional. Social networking still give a chance to people to gather face to face, not only virtual gathering.

Abstract

This study aimed to investigate the influence of perceptions of organizational support and emotional intelligence to work  - family conflict in an organization. This study involved 60 employees of private respondent is married and works in three service companies in Jakarta. Samples distributed in 85 respondents in the three companies, but that pass the requirements of the study amounted to 60 people. Hypothesis testing using the formula of normality One - Sample Kolmogorov - Smirnov and statistical analysis performed using simple linear regression. The results showed that perceptions of organizational support has a direct impact on the level of work-family conflict with a significance level of p = 0024. In the results of this study also found that emotional intelligence does not serve as a means to intervene between the perception of organizational support with work-family conflict.

Abstract

Individual’s performance is influenced by various factors, as: motivation, competency, environment, and technology. High working motivation is expected to improve performance in the organization. It needs various planned and systematic techniques to improve the motivation to be effective. Based on motivation theories, motivation is the underlying reason for an individual to do something. Individuals who have high motivation might mean that they have reasonable cause to achieve the expected performance. In contrast, individuals with low motivation certainly cannot contribute optimally for towards their performance.

Abstract

To find women's representation of passenger satisfaction for the special woman carriage train service traveling the routes of Bogor to Jakarta, researcher performed a descriptive quantitative research with a population of rail passengers. Data taken from 80 respondents using incidental sampling technique is analyzed using the SERVQUAL model. Research results show that overall passenger satisfaction levels of service specific car is at the level of discontent. This can be seen from the gap between perceptions and negative expectations. Dimensions of service quality perceived by passengers are not satisfied that the dimensions of connection, reliability, response and physical evidence. However there are several dimensions of service quality perceived by passengers quite happy. Dimensions are empathy, facilities, security and comfort. This research concludes that there is a perception gap between the expectations of the ministry with a value of -1.101. Therefore, it is recommended to train the managers to improve service for passengers, especially the dimensions of felt unsatisfactory by passengers.

Abstract

Interpersonal communication is transactional and two-way direction. Therefore active listening skills play a key role in interpersonal communication. These active listening skills can have a positive impact on communication and at the same time creating a better relationship. So it is very useful to improve the skills of active listening. This paper intends to reveal the important role of active listening skills in interpersonal communication, identifying the challenges that exist within it both internally and externally as well as indicate the action that needs to be developed to improve these skills.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to answer whether the intervention with reeducative approach and power strategy can improve punctuality behavior among students in the class XYZ. Methodology is carried out by using the method of intervention with reeducative approach and power strategy involving 55 students at the XYZ class who is in their third semester at a private university. Intervention is conducted by providing re-learning on the importance of timely discipline behaviors by using an agent of change in the course lecturers is considered as having power over these students. The average number of students prior to the intervention of delay is 16 people (29.9%) to 4 (7:27%) after intervention resulting in a decrease of 21.82%. Things that cause the success of this project is the advantages of interventions, among others, changing the mindset of the target behavior regarding lateness in class, with presence of education  during socialization, enabling awareness of the importance of internal discipline.

Abstract

“Great nation is a nation who’s always appreciates their own history,” that was a statements from Bung Karno. This paper’s trying to lift a heritage district in Kota Tua Jakarta. A legacy that full of arts, cultures, stories, romance and tragedy that happened, and how the origin of the city formed. It’s very unfortunate if you see the condition right now. When all of the nations soo proud of their culture and history, everyone is competing to maintain and conserve their heritage and run the management very well. What happened with our heritage? Nowadays, Kota Tua district has been revitalized, but sadly, the process didn’t maintained well. So the results looks neglected and not in the good shape.

Abstract

Weaving is one of the traditional fabric cultural arts of Indonesia produced in various regions across the archipelago (Sumatra, Kalimantan, Bali, Sulawesi, Lombok, Sumbawa, etc.). Weaving has a significance, historical value, and high technique both in terms of colors, patterns, materials and type of yarn used and each region has the characteristics of each. Weaving as one of high cultural heritage (Heritage) is the pride of Indonesia which may reflect national identity. Therefore, weaving both in terms of production engineering, design and the resulting product should be maintained and preserved its existence, and promoted for reuse. One of them in the world of interior design can be used as an aesthetic element to promote local cultural elements (local content) of Indonesia.

Abstract

Watching television advertising means accepting the message and understand the meaning of the message from those impressions. With a fairly short duration, the audience is faced with the question of understanding various aspects. The first aspect is the accessibility to the senses of the eye and ear and continues to the senses understanding of meaning and sense and consideration. Semiotics is one approach to understanding television advertising where the ad itself as part of the marker system information. From the nature of information just to process an attempt "to seduce" the audience in this case is the prospect of a commercial nature. Message becomes differently if it is not commercial. There is no end goal of selling products, but simply pass on the positive message. This is what will be studied from a television ad social services with the youth oath-theme. The review focused on the aspects of ease of understanding the visual language of scene after watching this public service advertisements.
