The presence of a building, whether large or small, brings impacts on the environment. Residential houses, commercial buildings, office buildings or flats have both positive and negative impacts. This research aims to determine the changing function and utilization patterns of open green spaces in the some areas around a flat into built spaces. Rumah susun Bendungan Hilir 1 is purposively selected as the study site. The research method uses a descriptive survey is to make direct field observations. Based on the results it is showed that there is a land use change, especially in some areas directly adjacent to the flats, and a deviation on Spatial Plan as well as on the open space.

The purpose of this study is to perform database’s planning that supports Prototype Modeling Data Warehouse in the Ministry of Agriculture, especially in the Distribution Center and Reserves in the field of distribution, reserve and price. With the prototype of Data Warehouse, the process of data analysis anddecision-making process by the top management will be easier and more accurate. Research’s method used was data collection and design method. Data warehouse’s design method was done by using Kimball’s nine stepsmethodology. Database design was done by using the ERD (Entity Relationship Diagram) and activity diagram. The data used for the analysis was obtained from an interview with the head of Distribution, Reserve and Food Price. The results obtained through the analysis incorporated into the Data Warehouse Prototype have been designed to support decision-making. To conclude, Prototype Data Warehouse facilitates the analysis of data, the searching of history data and decision-making by the top management.

Maintaining relationships with customers is an important factor to be the key to success of Hanifa kindergarten as a pre-school institution. It requires a precise strategy to be executed and a system to support the strategy. The design method begins with several analyses on the running business processes and the external and internal factors that affect the school. The analyses are then followed by a SWOT Matrix and Internal-External Matrix which produce several alternative strategies to be implemented. The strategy formulation results in a website-based application of E-Customer Relationship Management (E-CRM) with features including three phases in Customer Relationship Management, which are acquire phase, enhance phase and retain phase. The analysis and system design is conducted using object-oriented analysis and design (OOA & D) as documented by notation Unified Modeling Language (UML).

The use of technology of technology Artificial Neural Network (ANN) in prediction of rainfall can be done using the learning approach. ANN prediction accuracy measured by the coefficient of determination (R2) and Root Mean Square Error (RMSE).This research employ a recurrent optimized heuristic Artificial Neural Network (ANN) Recurrent Elman gradient descent adaptive learning rate approach using El-Nino Southern Oscilation (ENSO) variable, namely Wind, Southern Oscillation Index (SOI), Sea Surface Temperatur (SST) dan Outgoing Long Wave Radiation (OLR) to forecast regional monthly rainfall. The patterns of input data affect the performance of Recurrent Elman neural network in estimation process. The first data group that is 75% training data and 25% testing data produce the maximum R2 69.2% at leap 0 while the second data group that is 50% training data & 50% testing data produce the maximum R2 53.6%.at leap 0 Our result on leap 0 is better than leap 1,2 or 3.

Technology today has progressed at a rapid rate, as well as with instant messaging growing into all aspects of life, even more so in the advancement of communication technology. By using the VoIP feature, users can communicate by voice via the Internet. Messenger as a communication medium that is fast, accurate and low cost is expected to meet the need for a practical communication media. The purpose of this study is to analyze and design a messaging application called Bee-Messenger which will be used as a medium of instant messaging in Bina Nusantara University, and also analyze the needs of users with feature-contained in commonly used messenger applications. Research methods used are literature review, field studies, and field observations. Evaluation is based on the comparison of Bee-Messenger features with the same features found in Yahoo Messenger and MSN Messenger. Bee-Messenger can also activate YM and MSN messaging accounts simultaneously in a single application that gives users a practical application messaging.

The article explains about building a 3D based computer with XNA game engine and WiiMote technology as the controller or in other words, the input device. XNA is a game engine developed by Microsoft for building 2D or 3D game purposes in Xbox console. This engine licenses are free, but not for commercial purposes. WiiMote is Nintendo Wii’s remote control. The remote can be connected to PC by bluetooth connection.

Cimahi is a city in West Java that owns many relics of the Dutch architectural heritage built in the early 20th century. The majority of buildings are military buildings that have a hierarchy according to the military rank, seen from the styles presented at the army's military housing. The building style has no longer presented either Indische empire style or modern colonial style. The architectural style in the transitional period at that time adapted the tropical climate of Indonesia with the visible formation of the Dutch. This paper is the result of research done by observation and a survey at the Army Military Housing, Cimahi, West Java. Data were analyzed quantitatively to analyze the number of houses and ornaments dismantled and its original form. In addition, qualitative methods are also used to analyze the demolitions done by the building occupants.

Jakarta's economy grew rapidly accompanied by the rapid growth of private office buildings in different areas of the city. This condition causes the need for car parking facilities at any existing private office buildings. Given the past 20 years, the Jakarta administration has never revised standard parking requirement in Jakarta. It causes the need be reviewed, to the extent appropriate parking ratio for a private office in the current period. This research is carried out on a number of park buildings at offices in Jakarta, the lower and upper limits of the implementation, then compared to the city standard parking. The results showed that the ratio standard park in Jakarta is no longer eligible based on the facts found.

The system for Laboratory Information will take focus on determining the need for information systems related to the management, content development and academic management in the laboratory. These processes will focus on understanding the need and system requirement for a laboratory information system that focus on content management and the way to design a process to make sure the continuation of content creation can be done. With the design of the laboratory information system is expected to serve as a sample in the development of similar application for the course in general. The methodology to be used is to use the study of literature, design, and testing of laboratory information systems.
