Abstract

Informtika Engineering Department should be able to make plans in accordance with the Program in accordance with the wish to make. Abstract

Technology is currently developing very fast making such great influence in all walks of activities, including in the world of work in a company or institution, which requires adapting the technology to assist the work areas of each field. The purpose of this research is to create a system of registration information on hospital inpatient Jewel Bekasi. The purpose of the research and analysis is to test the administrative system, and designing information systems applications, especially applications of information systems in hospital administration Permata Bekasi. The research method I use is a method of analysis by surveying the system running, do interviews and data collection to obtain the information needed and design methods is to use a system of representation Data Flow Diagram, FAST (Framework For Apllications Mechanical System), entity relationship diagrams (Entity relationship diagrams), data structures and process design, input and output as well as the plan of implementation of the proposed system. Results of the analysis and design of information systems is expected to provide facilities for the hospital in performing work activities. Abstract

Penggunaan teknik kompresi data merupakan salah satu aspek penting perkembangan teknologi informasi. Kompresi digunakan untuk berbagai keperluan antara lain: membackup data, transfer data dan salah satu bagian keamanan data. Terdapat banyak teknik kompresi data, tiga diantaranya adalah algoritma run length, half byte dan huffman. Salah satu penerapan teknik kompresi adalah pada file audio, misalnya WAV. File WAV adalah file audio standar yang digunakan oleh Windows. Format WAV banyak digunakan untuk keperluan game dan multimedia. Wave sebenarnya merupakan format kasar dimana signal suara langsung direkam dan dikuantisasi menjadi data digital. Format dasar dari file ini secara default tidak mendukung kompresi dan dikenal dengan nama PCM (Pulse Code Modulation). Algoritma Huffman merupakan algoritma kompresi lossless, yaitu teknik kompresi yang tidak mengubah data aslinya. Hal tersebut yang menyebabkan algoritma ini banyak dipakai dalam proses kompresi. Algoritma Huffman bekerja dengan cara melakukan pengkodean dalam bentuk bit untuk mewakili data karakter. Algoritma ini kurang maksimal jika ada banyak variasi simbol. Untuk mengoptimalkan algoritma huffman ini bisa digunakan algoritma Huffman Shift Coding yang akan membagi simbol awal menjadi beberapa blok. Penggunaan Algoritma Huffman Shift Coding untuk kompresi file audio wave menghasilkan ratio kompresi rata-rata sebesar 14,87% untuk nilai k=2 dan 8,72% untuk nilai k=3.

Abstract

A plane crash can occur due to many factors, including the aircraft itself a factor, the factor of human error, weather factors, or even ketida¬kberfungsian of airport facilities. Factors ¬faktor basically it is the responsibility of each relevant parties such as the airport as an institution pen¬gelola provider of air traffic services (air traffic service provider), airlines, and the Department of Transportation as the regulator. Weather factors, which may actually be diantisi¬pasi, often the scapegoat cause of the accident. Meanwhile several accidents, involving airline would indicate that it is not serious enforcement of safety standards and procedures of government. This prompted the company as a business cost, especially providers of air traffic services or kebandaraan made various efforts to reform the management system mau¬pun service to consumers. Management of service quality teaching that any form and regardless of the situation as a service provider, there is no reason for not trying to satisfy the public. Abstract

Teknologi dan bisnis mempunyai sejarah panjang dalam kehidupan manusia. Penciptaan kesejahteraan (wealth creation) dan bisnis tidak mungkin dapat berjalan tanpa adanya faktorfaktor pendukung di belakangnya. Internet is one source of learning for all, because by using the internet to access information quickly and easily.
