<![CDATA[The need for information is very important today as the progress and development of information technology that increasingly sophisticated with the increasingly rapid development. To help get that information quickly, accurately and precisely, the technology creates a wireless area network or commonly called by the people called hotspot. Such information can be accessed in places that already have a wireless area network. We do not have to laboriously search for internet cafes to access the Internet. With this technology we can get the information anywhere through notebooks, PDAs, mobile phones and other devices that can connect to wireless networks The author in making hotspot companies doing JINGGA ENTERPRISE installation and the installation Wireless Area Network (HotSpot). <![CDATA[In cryptography, a mode of operation is an algorithm that uses a block cipher to encrypt messages of arbitrary length in a way that provides confidentiality or authenticity. A block cipher by itself is only suitable for the secure cryptographic transformation (encryption or decryption) of one fixedlength group of bits called a block. A mode of operation describes how to repeatedly apply a cipher's single-block operation to securely transform amounts of data larger than a block.Most modes require a unique binary sequence, often called an Initialization Vector (IV), for each encryption operation. The IV has to be non-repeating and, for some modes, random as well. The initialization vector is used to ensure distinct ciphertexts are produced even when the same plaintext is encrypted multiple times independently with the same key. Block ciphers have one or more block size(s), but during transformation the block size is always fixed. Block cipher modes operate on whole blocks and require that the last part of the data be padded to a full block if it is smaller than the current block size. There are, however, modes that do not require padding because they effectively use a block cipher as a stream cipher; such ciphers are capable of encrypting arbitrarily long sequences of bytes or bits.Historically, encryption modes have been studied extensively in regard to their error propagation properties under various scenarios of data modification. Later development regarded integrity protection as an entirely separate cryptographic goal. Some modern modes of operation combine confidentiality and authenticity in an efficient way, and are known as authenticated encryption modes.]]>

<![CDATA[Data mining merupakan cara untuk menemukan informasi dengan mencari pola atau aturan tertentu dari data dalam jumlah besar yang diharapkan dapat mengatasi kondisi tersebut. Dengan memanfaatkan data mahasiswa dan data kelulusan mahasiswa sebagai sumber datanya, diharapkan dapat menghasilkan informasi tentang pola tingkat kelulusan mahasiswa melalui teknik data mining. Kategori tingkat kelulusan di ukur dari nilai IPK (Indek Prestasi Komulatif). Metode Algoritma yang digunakan adalah metode algoritma naïve bayes. Proses pada aplikasi ini ada 2 macam yaitu, proses analisa pola data kelulusan siswa yang telah ada sebelumnya (Learning Phase) berdasarkan atribut – atribut yang di ujikan dan proses dari analisa pola data baru yang diujikan berdasarkan pola yang telah ada (Testing Phase). Informasi yang ditampilkan pada aplikasi tersebut ada 2 macam yaitu, informasi hasil proses Learning Phase dan informasi data berupa nilai probabilitas posterior (kemungkinan kemunculan) dari masing-masing kategori tingkat kelulusan. Pada analisa data yang dilakukan diproses testing, di dapat akurasi datamining pada tingkat keakuratan sekitar 99,33% dan memiliki nilai error 0.27% berdasarkan pengujian 1043 data mahasiswa tahun 2013-2014.]]>

The advantages of the wireless system is the system can save expenses of cable channels that are still relatively expensive, it is very easy to install, most users can understand technical instructions of use Wireless in a short time, easy to implement and reduces cable clutter that crisscrossed, so it will give the impression neatly. Advances in science and technology have been encouraging people to try to overcome all the problems that arise in the vicinity. These human limitations gradually be solved with ditemukanya technologies - new technologies, one of which is a motion on the robot. The first step that must be done is to adjust costs and increase revenue. On this issue, technology and information can take a role in providing convenience for human needs. With the existence of an application that provides information about the financial arrangements, it is expected that application can be of financial assistance in order to improve people's lifestyles. To the authors conducted a descriptive study related to these problems and their solutions. Research conducted aims to design and implement systems Personal Finance applications using android base. Among them is by distributing questionnaires by post, email, mailing, graduation ceremony, the alumni meetings, and so forth. In addition, interviews were conducted with the alumni in person or by telephone. By looking at activity Tracer Study authors assume innovation still needs to be done to improve the activity tracer study. Given the development of web-based technology and internet media are increasingly mushrooming among the people of Indonesia, one of the innovations that can be done to activity tracer study is to develop a means in the form of a website that can be accessed by alumni, with the assumption that the internet has been reached by the majority of alumni.
