Indonesia is the largest archipelagic country in the world. There are five major islands and thousands of smaller islands, most of which are in the distance. Therefore, its health services are hardly distributed. E-Health is one of the methods expected to deal with the problem of distance in health services. The development and use of technology in health area has given rise to several studies on the applications of e-Health in Indonesia. Based on a number of studies, we find that e-Health in Indonesia has been applied since 1985. The technologies and features used from time to time were growing in some period of time. However, the study also shows that from that point of time the number and variety of technologies and features provided are decreasing and the focus shifted to further analysis of the problems needed to be solved and provision of technologies and features only relevant to those problems. The development of e-Health applications in Indonesia has given promising results in providing health services, but they are still conducted by certain educational institutions and their uses are not evenly distributed throughout Indonesia.

This paper proposes a fuzzy logic-based battery energy management system in hybrid renewable system. The novel topology consists of solar and wind energy system-based input sources and a battery bank to store the energy when in excess. The PV-Wind source is equipped with unidirectional boost converter whereas, the battery storage system is connected to the system with a bi-directional DC/DC converter. The main novelty of this research is the fuzzy logic-based battery management system which charges and discharges into the DC bus system based on the supply-load demand. The fuzzy logic controller (FLC) based maximum power point tracking (MPPT) is used in the PV and wind energy conversion system (WECS) to track the maximum available power for the different irradiance and wind velocity respectively. The obtained results are compared to conventional P&O MPPT control algorithm to find the effectiveness of the system. A 500 W PV system and a 500 W Permanent magnet synchronous generator (PMSG) based WECS is implemented for its simplicity and high efficiency. The proposed control topology is designed and tested using MATLAB/Simulink

This paper suggest a well-organized information system for facilitate the litigation procedures Information System courts. The purpose is to decrease the duration of processing cases in courts. The aspiration is to save the time and effort of judges and lawyer. In addition, we make use of the advantages of electronic systems and reducing traffic especially in developed countries. Advanced Encryption Standard is used to encrypt all the manipulated data for each case. All read document are encrypted to attain secure information system Litigation process. This is because the big data for all cases will be stored on cloud environment.

This paper presents the dynamics of photovoltaic (PV) cell with Plug in Hybrid Electric Vehicles (PHEVs) load. It is expected that PHEVs are going to be charged during the day with solar PV energy sources at the parking sites of PHEVs. The present work offers a complete system for charging PHEVs with PV cell where PHEVs load are modelled based on third order battery model. System dynamics are analyzed at maximum power point while Perturb and Observe (P&O) method is used to ensure the tracking of maximum power point from the PV cell. This paper analyses the impact of PHEV loads on the dynamic behaviour of a solar power system under both small disturbance and large change in radiation. Simulation results demonstrate that it is important to consider the dynamics of PHEVs load for charging with PV cell.DOI:http://dx.doi.org/10.11591/ijece.v2i5.1239

Detection and correction of faulty elements in a linear array have great importance in radar, sonar, mobile communications and satellite. Due to single element failure, the whole radiation pattern damage in terms of side lobes level and nulls. Once we have detect the position of defective element, then correction method is applied to achieve the desired pattern. In this work, we introduce a nature inspired meta-heuristic cuckoo search algorithm to diagnose the position of defective elements in a linear array. The nature inspired cuckoo search algorithm is new to the optimization family and is used first time for fault detection in an array antenna. Cuckoo search algorithm is a global search optimization technique. The cost function is used as a fitness function which defines an error between the degraded far field power pattern and the estimated one. The proposed technique is used effectively for the diagnosis of complete, as well as, for partial faulty elements position. Different simulation results are evaluated for 40 elements Taylor pattern to validate and check the performance of the proposed technique.

Social network applications are being more widely used among users and new types of such applications are created by developers. Almost all users who use smart phones are users of such application. Major concern in these applications is privacy and security. We can name WhatsApp, Viber, Facebook, Telegram, Line, WeChat and Beetalk as the most popular applications. There are also websites which provide online numbers in order to receive SMS. The goal of this website is providing anonymous virtual phone number to protect users from spam. Also these sites provide different number from different countries and let people to can use them for different application. The services of these websites are divided into two groups: subscription services in which a unique number is assigned to the user by charging him/her and free services in which user can see the received messages of some online numbers without any registration.

Code clones are syntactically or semantically equivalent code fragments of source code. Copy-and-paste programming allows software developers to improve development productivity, but it could produce code clones that can introduce non-trivial difficulties in software maintenance. In this paper, a code clone detection framework is presented with a feature extractor and a clone classifier using deep learning. The clone classifier is trained with true and false clones and then is tested with a test dataset to evaluate the performance of the proposed approach to clone detection. In particular, the proposed approach to clone detection uses Control Flow Graphs (CFGs) to extract features of a given code snippet. The selected features are used to compute similarity scores for comparing two code fragments. The clone classifier is trained and tested with similarity scores that quantify the degree of how similar two code fragments are. The experimental results demonstrate that using CFG features is a viable methodology in terms of the effectiveness of clone detection for both syntactic and semantic clones.

Insulation is one of the most important parts in high voltage apparatus such as power transformer. Most power transformer use liquid insulation material, known as power transformer oil. Petroleum-based oil so called mineral oil has been used for many years as power transformer oil. This is due to its high dielectric field strength, low dielectric loses and good long-term performance. This research work has been carried out to investigate the effect of thermal accelerated ageing on electrical properties for several vegetative-based oils. The oil samples that have been used in this research work are soy bean-based oil (FR3) and commercial palm-based oil (PFAE). As comparison, Hyrax mineral oil has also been investigated. The results revealed that vegetative-based oils have as well as dielectric strength compared with mineral oil. It was found that the dielectric strength for all oil samples decreased when undergo the thermal accelerated ageing process.

At Mobile Adhoc Network (MANET) has been long-researched topic in adhoc network owing to the associated advantages in its cost-effective application as well as consistent loophopes owing to its inherent charecteristics. This manuscript draws a relationship between the energy factor and security factor which has not been emphasized in any existing studies much. Review of existing security approaches shows that they are highly attack specific, uses complex encryption, and overlooks the involvement of energy factor in it. Therefore, the proposed system introduces a novel mechanism where security tokens and passphrases are utilized in order to offer better security. The proposed system also introduces the usage of an agent node which communications with mobile nodes using group-based communication system thereby ensuring reduced computational effort of mobile nodes towards establishing secured communication. The outcome shows proposed system offers better outcome in contrast to existing system.

This research used images from Optical Coherence Tomography (OCT) examination as well as fundus images to localize the optical disc and macular layer of retina. The researchers utilized the OCT and fundus image to interpret the distance between macular center and optic disc in the image. The distance will express the area of macula that can be employed for further research. This distance could recognize the thickness of macula parameters diameter that will be used in localizing process of optic disc and macula. The parameters are the circle radius, the size of window’s filter, the constant value and the size of optic disc element structure as well as the size of macula. The results of this study are expected to improve the accuracy of macula detection that experience the edema.
