Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan menganalisis bentuk dan isi legenda penamaan desa yang mengandung ajaran Sunan Kalijaga, menganalisis ajaran moral Sunan Kalijaga dalam legenda penamaan desa, dan menganalisis relevansi pemikiran Sunan Kalijaga pada legenda penamaan desa dengan kondisi masyarakat desa di masyarakat Demak pada saat ini. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan antropologi sastra dengan pendekatan epik dan emik. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, simak dan dokumentasi. Analisis dilakukan dengan dua tingkatan yaitu teknik dialektik pada pembacaan heuristik dan teknik struktural Levi Strauss pembacaan hermeneutik. Bentuk legenda penamaan desa di masyarakat Demak adalah prosa yang secara nature dan culture mengandung ajaran ketaukhidan Islam. Ajaran Sunan Kalijaga berupa konsep 5 P merupakan ajaran dasar yang terdapat dalam legenda penamaan desa berupa sikap prasaja, prasetya, pranata, prayoga, dan prayitna dalam konsep kebuadayaan yang dilihat dari mata pencaharian masyarakat desa yaitu petani dan pedagang, kekerabatan berupa hubungan santri dengan guru dan pembeli dan pedagang. Kelima konsep tersebut memiliki implikasi pada tatanan dasar budaya desa meliputi bentuk rumah, pola hidup dan tanggung jawab pada keluarga. Pemikiran Sunan Kalijaga berupa kali ilang kedunge, pasar ilang kumandange, dan wong wadon ilang wirange tampak dalam kehidupan masyarakat dalam legenda penamaan desa.Issues examined in this study were (1) how to know and shape the legend of the village name containing the teachings of Sunan Kalijaga, (2) How is the Doctrine of Sunan Kalijaga in the legend of the name of the village, (3) How relevant is the idea of ​​Sunan Kalijaga on the legend of the name of the village with the conditions of rural communities in Demak at this time. Method of Reaserch is qualitative with approach used in this study is the approach antropologisastra. Data collected by interview, see and documentation. Mechanical analysis was done by two levels of dialectic on readings heuristik and structural engineering hermeneutic reading Levi Strauss. It’s means research results that form the legend of names of villages in Demak regency is prose that is nature and culture abaout trust in the God containing the teachings of Islam. Doctrine Sunan Kalijaga a concept 5P is the basic teachings contained in the legend of the name of the village in the form of attitude simple, vows, institutions, decent and submisive in the concept cultural seen on the livelihoods of rural communities as farmers and traders, kinship be a relationship of students with teachers and buyers and merchants. The fifth concept has implications for the basic order of village culture includes the shape of the house, lifestyle and family responsibility. Thought Sunan Kalijaga in the form of (1) lost river source, 2) place workship are expsensive,3) Women lost to shame, appear in people's lives in a village legend. Conclusions from this research is that the teachings and ideas contained in the Sunan Kalijaga Legend Village Nam.

Abstract

Dalam wacana sarasehan habib dengan masyarakat terdapat bentuk-bentuk deiksis yang digunakan oleh penutur ataupun mitra tutur. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis bentuk-bentuk deiksis, fungsi deiksis, dan deiksis paling dominan digunakan pada wacana sarasehan habib dengan masyarakat. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan desain penelitian kualitatif dan beberapa teknik pengumpulan data, seperti teknik sadap, teknik simak libat cakap, simak bebas libat cakap, rekam, dan catat. Sementara itu, teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik hubung banding menyamakan, memperbedakan, baca markah dan statistik deskriptif. Pada wacana sarasehan habib dengan masyarakat ditemukan bentuk-bentuk deiksis persona, spasial, temporal, wacana, sosial, dan numeral. Wacana sarasehan habib terdapat ciri yang khas yakni kaya dengan bentuk deiksis yang jumlahnya ribuan. Fungsi deiksis ada lima, yaitu fungsi emotif, konatif, referensial, puitik, dan fatik. Bentuk deiksis yang paling dominan adalah bentuk deiksis kita. Alasan penggunaan deiksis kita adalah menghilangkan jarak sosial antara habib dengan jamaahnya, sehingga tercipta adanya rasa kesatuan diantara mereka dan pembicaraan menjadi lebih luas, santai, dan lancar.In the habib informal discussion with his communities are forms of deixis used by the speaker or hearer. This study aims to identify forms of deixis, to describe the function of deixis, and to find of deixis dominantly used in this discourse. The data were collected via a qualitative research design and the use of multiple data collection techniques, such as involved conversation observation technique, uninvolved conversation observation technique, recording, and to note. Furthermore, the data were analyzed using an equal comparative relation technique, distinguish comparative relation technique, read many and descriptive statistics. At the habib’s informal discussion with his communities were found forms of personal, spatial, temporal, discourse, social, and numeral deixis. Discourse of habib’s informal discussion had a special characteristic that could be found many forms of deixis. The deixis function has five, whitin emotive, conative, referential, poetic, and fatic function. The most dominantly use of deixis were a deixis kita. Meanwhile, deixis ‘kita’ was often used because the speaker had a purpose to fade a distance between the speaker (habib) and listener (communities), so that the conversation could be more comprehensive, relaxed, and fluent.

Abstract

Kesantunan berbahasa pada wacana siaran program hiburan televisi swasta di Indonesia merupakan fenomena yang menarik untuk dikaji dari perspektif pragmatik karena interaksi sosial dan verbal penyiar televisi swasta menciptakan wacana yang mencerminkan kultur yang tipikal. Sementara itu, bahasa yang mereka tuturkan berpotensi untuk diserap masyarakat dan direalisasi dalam interaksi komunikasi.Penelitian ini bertujuan (1) mendeskripsi dan menemukan wujud tuturan santun oleh penyiar pada wacana siaran program hiburan televisi swasta Indonesia dan ciri-ciri tuturan santun yang digunakan tersebut, (2) mengidentifikasi skala kesantunan oleh penyiar televisi pada wacana siaran program hiburan televisi swasta Indonesia, (3) memaparkan bidal-bidal yang dilanggar oleh penyiar televisi dan implikasi pragmatis yang ada pada wacana siaran program hiburan televisi swasta Indonesia. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan ada dua, yakni pendekatan metodologis dan teoretis. Pendekatan metodologis tersebut adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Adapun pendekatan secara teoretis penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan pragmatik.Speech politeness on broadcast program of entertainment in Indonesia private television broadcast is an interesting phenomenon to be studied from a pragmatic perspective cause social interaction and typical verbal broadcaster create typical culture. Meanwhile, their speech which is spoken is received by society and realized in interaction communication.Therefore, this research aims (1) to describe and find a form of speech mannered broadcaster on the broadcast discourse used in an entertainment program of an Indonesian private television, (2) to identify the politenessscale encountered by the television broadcaster in the broadcast discourse used in an entertainment program of an Indonesian private relevision (3) to present the thimbles infringed by the television broadcaster with its pragmatic implications that found in their broadcast discourse in the entertainment program of an Indonesian private television. There are two approaches that are particularly used in the research, those are methodological and theoretical approaches. The methodological approach refers to a qualitative descriptive. While, this research dealt with the use of a theoretical approach in the form of a pragmatic approach.

Abstract

Penelitian ini melakukan telaah Novel Neraka Dunia yang memuat beragam ruang hidup yang tumbuh dan berkembang dalam sebuah lingkungan yang beradab. Dalam novel tersebut, disuguhkan beragam permasalahan sosial sebagai sarana yang dipandang memenuhi untuk dilakukan penelitian penyimpangan sosial. Permasalahan sosial yang dimaksud adalah penyimpangan atas berbagai hal yang tidak sesuai dengan nilai-nilai budaya atau perlakuan kebiasaan sebagai cerminan tingkah laku manusia pada umumnya. Masalah yang diteliti adalah (1) bagaimana wujud penyimpangan sosial yang terdapat dalam novel neraka dunia karya Nur Sutan Iskandar. (2) faktor-faktor apa saja yang menyebabkan terjadinya penyimpangan sosial yang terdapat novel neraka dunia karya Nur Sutan Iskandar?. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan sosiologis dengan menggunakan kajian sastra dengan tujuan untuk menggambarkan (1) wujud penyimpangan sosial terhadap norma-norma yang berlaku dalam masyarakat yang terdapat dalam novel Neraka Dunia oleh Nur Sutan Iskandar, (2) Penyebab penyimpangan sosial dalam novel Neraka Dunia oleh Nur Sutan Iskandar. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif yang menggunakan metode deskriptif, untuk melihat bagaimana permasalahan sosial dalam Novel Neraka Dunia oleh Nur Sutan Iskandar dengan menganalisis novel lalu mengklasifikasikan penyimpangan oleh masing-masing karakter dan akhirnya membuat simpulan. Bentuk-bentuk perilaku menyimpang dalam novel ini adalah: 1) penyalahgunaan narkoba dan 2) penyimpangan seksual yang terdiri atas , perzinahan, kumpul kebo, madat dan kenakalan. Faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan terjadinya penyimpangan sosial yang terdapat novel neraka dunia karya Nur Sutan Iskandar terdiri atas 4 (empat) hal yakni (1) longgarnya nilai atau norma yang berlaku, (2) sosialisasi yang tidak sempurna, (3) sosialisasi sub kebudayaan yang menyimpang dan (4) proses belajar yang menyimpang.This research study Novel World of Hell contains diverse living space that grows and develops in a civilized environment. This novel presented a variety of social issues as a means/ deemed meet to research social deviation. Social problems in question are irregularities on things that do not fit with cultural values ​​or customs treatment as a reflection of general human behavior. The issues examined are: (1) How does the form of social deviation contained in hell on earth by Nur Sutan Iskandar. (2) What factors are causing social aberrations in novel hell on earth by Nur Sutan Iskandar? The approach used in this study is the sociological approach using literary studies with the aim to illustrate (1) the form of social deviation to the norms prevailing in a society that is contained in novel hell on earth by Nur Sutan Iskandar, (2) Causes of social deviation in novel hell on earth by Nur Sutan Iskandar. This research is qualitative descriptive method, to see how the social problems in Novel World of Hell by Nur Sutan Iskandar by analyzing and classifying novel aberration by each character and ultimately make conclusions. Based on the level of irregularities, consisting of primary and secondary deviation. Based on the perpetrators of irregularities consisted of irregularities and deviations groups based on the nature of irregularities while the mixture is composed of a positive deviation and negative deviation. The forms of deviant behavior in this novel are: 1) drug abuse and 2) sexual perversion consisting of, free sex, cohabiting, opium usage and delinquency. The factors that cause social distortion in hell on earth novel by Nur Sutan Iskandar consists of 4 (four) things: (1) the looseness of values or norms applicable, (2) imperfect dissemination, (3) sub cultures socialization Chatter and (4) the deviations of learning process.

Abstract

Dalam penelitian ini dibahas dimensi unsur intrinsik, nilai pendidikan, dan implikasi nilai pendidikan dalam antologi cerpen Senyum Karyamin Karya Ahmad Tohari terhadap internalisasi karakter di perguruan tinggi. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu pendekatan objektif dan pendekatan pragmatik. Metode yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif kualitatif. Berdasarkan analisis data, diperoleh hasil sebagai berikut. Pertama, unsur intrinsik dalam antologi cerpen Senyum Karyamin, secara umum; tema tentang kehidupan sosial, alur maju dan campuran, tokoh menggunakan nama khas orang desa dan penokohan menampilkan banyak karakter, atar pedesaan, amanat tentang nilai-nilai sosial, sudut pandang menggunakan sudut pandang orang pertama, orang pertama sebagai pelaku sampingan, dan orang ketiga, dan gaya bahasa terdapat diksi bahasa Jawa, bahasa Cirebon, bahasa Betawi, nama-nama lokal Banyumas. Kedua, Antologi cerpen Senyum Karyamin memiliki sebelas nilai pendidikan karakter, diantaranya adalah religius, jujur, toleransi, disiplin, kerja keras, kreatif, demokratis, rasa ingin tahu, bersahabat atau komunikatif, peduli sosial, dan tanggung jawab. Ketiga, antologi cerpen Senyum Karyamin cocok untuk dijadikan alternatif bahan pembelajaran mata kuliah Kajian Prosa Fiksi di semester III karena didalamnya terdapat nilai pendidikan yang dapat diinternalisasikan dalam perkuliahan Kajian Prosa Fiksi di perguruan tinggi.In this study discussed the dimensions of intrinsic elements, the value of education, and the implications of educational value in the anthology of short story by Ahmad Tohari Senyum Karyamin to internalization a character in college. The approach used in this study is an objective approach and a pragmatic approach. The method used is descriptive qualitative. Based on data analysis, the results are as follows. Firstly, the intrinsic elements of the short story anthology Senyum Karyamin, generally; the theme of social life, the groove ahead and mix, a character using the name of a typical villager and characterizations to show a lot of character, setting countryside, the message of social values, point of view using a first-person perspective, the first person as the perpetrator side, and a third person, diction and style are Javanese, Cirebon, Betawi, local names Banyumas. Secondly, the anthology of short stories Senyum Karyamin has eleven values ​​of character education, which are including religious, honesty, tolerance, discipline, hard work, creative, democratic, curious, friendly or communicative, social care, and responsibility. Thirdly, the anthology of short stories Senyum Karyamin suitable for use as alternative learning materials Kajian Prosa Fiksi courses in the semester III because it constitutes an educational value that can be internalized in lecture Kajian Prosa Fiksi in college.

Abstract

Dalam perspektif berbahasa, implikatur digunakan dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan. Iklan kosmetik merupakan bentuk kegiatan komunikasi nonpersonal bersifat membujuk konsumen yang disampaikan melalui media dengan membayar ruang pakainya untuk menyampaikan suatu pesan mengenai produk yang digunakan pada tubuh manusia untuk membersihkan, mempercantik, mempromosikan daya tarik, atau mengubah penampilan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menemukan dan mendeskripsikan wujud implikatur percakapan dan sumber terbentuknya implikatur percakapan. Pendekatan pragmatis digunakan dalam penelitian ini untuk mengkaji makna ujaran dalam situasi-situasi tertentu. Tuturan iklan yang dianalisis adalah tuturan pada iklan kosmetik. Data dikumpulkan melalui teknik simak dengan teknik dasar sadap dilanjutkan dengan teknik simak bebas libat cakap, teknik rekam, dan teknik catat. Metode padan dengan teknik pilah unsur penentu digunakan untuk menganalisis data. Ditemukan tiga wujud implikatur: implikatur representatif; implikatur direktif-representatif; dan implikatur ekspresif-representatif. Ditemukan sumber implikatur percakapan diantaranya pelanggaran pada bidal kualitas, bidal kuantitas, bidal relevansi, bidal cara, bidal ketimbangrasaan, dan bidal keperkenaan.In language perspective, implicature is used in all sorts of aspects of life. The purpose of this study is to find out and describe the types of conversational implicature and the sources of conversational implicature. Data were collected using an attentively technique with bugging technique as the basic technique which continued using free attentively conversational technique, recording technique, and writing technique. Matching method with aggregrating technique of determiner elements was used to analyze data. Based on the result, found three types of implicature: (1) representative implicature; (2) directive-representatif implicature dan (3) expressive-representative implicature. Sources of conversational implicature were caused by violating on maxim of quality, maxim of quantity, maxim of relevance, maxim of manner, tact maxim, and approbation maxim.

Abstract

The development of enrichment book is needed to support the learning process. The enrichment book is a textbook companion book. The use of this book is important. The availability of enrichment books is still small. This enrichment book meets the characteristics of the curriculum 2013, based on the text genre. The purpose of this research is to develop an enrichment book of writing short story text which contains local wisdom. The content of local wisdom is integrated to inspire students’ awareness to love and appreciate local wisdom as well as to follow the values of local wisdom. This research used Research and Development (R&D) research design from Borg, and Gall. The result of this research is the enrichment book of writing short story text which contains local wisdom as alternative learning material in short story text writing material. The existence of local wisdom can be used as a means of learning in instilling positive values. Also, the book is capable of creating innovative learning

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to identify the form of the register used among pesantren community in Semarang. This research is a descriptive qualitative study.The data of this research are words, phrases, and acronyms that allegedly as register, while the data source is the speech of pesantren community in Semarang which contains registers. The data collection is done by using listen and talk method, through record technique. Some forms of register pesantren community in Semarang are: (1) based on lingual units are, registers in the form of base words, words with affixes, compound words, and phrases, (2) based on the origin of the language are, register in Indonesian language, Javanese loanwords, Arabic loanwords, and Sundanese loanwords, (3) based on the register types, it is divided into open registers and closed registers.
The Effectiveness of Poetry Reading Learning using Draladater Model on Extrovert and Introvert Senior High School Students

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effectiveness of poetry reading learning using draladater model on high school students with extrovert personality, examine the effectiveness of poetry reading learning using draladater model on high school students introvert personality, and investigate the comparison of the effectiveness of poetry reading learning using draladater model on extrovert and introvert personality students. To achieve these purposes, this study used quasi experimental design (Non Equivalent Control Group Design). Meanwhile, the samples of this study were taken from the ability of students’ poetry reading in class X or tenth grade of State Senior High School (SMA Negeri) 1 Kajen and State Senior High School (SMA Negeri) 1 Wiradesa. The results of this study showed that the mean score of the posttess of poetry reading learning by using draladater model on extrovert personality of 82.3, while the mean score of poetry reading learning with draladater model on introvert personality student was 77.4. It shows that the average score of poetry reading with draladater model on extrovert personality student was greater than on introvert students. Thus, poetry reading learning with draladater model is more effective to be applied on extrovert personality students than the introvert one.

Abstract

This paper aims to analyze the representation of a father's masculinity in the movie Miracle in Cell No. 7 with the causes and impacts on his daughter and the surrounding society. This analysis uses sociology and literature perspective that view literature as a portrait of social reality. This research uses descriptive qualitative method to analyze the sources of information and data from literary works. Based on the analysis found the form, cause and impact masculinity representation of father in movie Miracle in Cell No. 7. The represented form is a responsible father, willing to sacrifice and a caring and protective character. The causes of the masculine representation are father’s who loves his daughter and his helpful character. While the positive impact toward his daughter and the society are the child who loves her father, forming independent character and maturing his daughter, getting sympathy from the surrounding society and the negative impact is getting scorn and fraud.
