Abstract

The aims of this research are (1) mapping of student sports clubs in Bali province based on sports achievement at elementary school student sports school, and (2) designing elementary school student sport concept in Bali province. The research method used survey method. Research approach with quantitative and qualitative combination approach. The results of the study were (1) mapping of students’ sporting achievements at Bali provincial / municipal elementary schools of various sports competed, (2) establishment of elementary school sports clubs to be undertaken by youth and sports education offices of Bali provincial / 3) the concept of a student sports club district / city in the province of Bali. The conclusions obtained were (1) the profile of the students’ sport achievement achieved by the elementary school students in the province of Bali, (2) the elementary school sports club was formed in accordance with the youth and sports education policy of the istrict / city in Bali province, (3) a student sports club district / city in the province of Bali.

Abstract

Seeing the potential of untapped learning media. Creativity of teachers to create learning media not only for solving problems, but also exploit the potential that exists. Therefore the author tries to design an Android-based program to improve learning experience of Physical Education, Sport and Health to be more interesting. Using Pre test and Post test method in trial scale. The results showed that, (1) the results of media expert and health expert validation showed 80.475% in the “excellent” category and small-scale trials showed an average of 54.114 results in pre test and 79.2 in the post test. (2) The results of data analysis on large-scale trials in 3 schools showed 52,867 results in the test and increased to 75.2754 in the post test. (3) The students’ assessment on the product was 77.091% or in the “good” category and the assessment of the learning expert was 89, 5% in the category of “very good.” Learning media product of Physical Education, Health and Sport in Android-based named APPJOK with focused on subject types of foods and beverages that are beneficial to the health of growth and development can be practiced to the subject of the trial.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to make product design development of stick and ball sports in gateball. The approach used in this study is a method of Research and Development. The subject of this research is the Central Java on gateball club event gateball in Semarang and Yogyakarta. Experts and expert expert gateball expert in mechanical engineering. The data analysis phase the work field, and the data analysis stage include observation, observation, interviews, and documentation of the test kefektifan products, expert judgment expert expert gateball and expert mechanical engineering expert. The results of this research are stick and ball exercise for beginner players gateball gateball. The result of the validator 3 expert expert from the expert gateball and expert mechanical engineering product validation data beginning the first phase obtained a score above 73 definitions of the criteria of “good”, on the second stage of the product validation data obtained a score above the 81 criteria for “excellent”. The results of the interviews to the development of gateball players 19 stick and ball gateball can not be used to play in a match and can be used for subsequent exercises but for beginners a product development tool model stick and ball gateball “ INC. “can be used to enhance the ability of basic techniques in motion game for players, gateball.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to design biometric sensor designs for the net of volleyball to detect failures occurring on the net. The approach used in this research is Research and Development (R & D) method. Research subjects were athletes and volleyball referees. Expert volleyball volleyball results one is better with the total score of 85, the validation of the volleyball of two is good with the number of score 87, for the electro expert one expressed well with the total score of 86, the two electro experts stated both with the number of scores 88. The conclusion of this study Produces a net biometric sensor product for the net of volleyball in 2017 in a volley ball beast worthy of use in a volleyball match, for athletes referees and coaches may recommend trying as a means of detecting errors occurring on the net of the volleyball.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to design and know the effectiveness of tools developed to measure endurance athletes when kicking in Taekwondo. The approach used in this research is Research and Development (R & D) method. Research subjects were athletes and coach. The subjects of the study were athletes and experts. Taekwondo expert validation results are good with a total score above 83, Expert validation Electro one is good with a total score of 86, For the two Electro experts stated both with a total score of 85. And also from the results of small-scale trials I obtained data that the product has not been effectively used. In large-scale trials the product is declared effective and can be used to measure the endurance of the athlete when kicking. The conclusions of this study resulted in an athlete endurance sensor product during a kick in Taekwondo, And also this product can be used for measuring endurance athletes when kicking. For trainers and athletes it is recommended to try the product as a tool to measure the endurance of the athlete while kicking in Taekwondo.

Abstract

This study aims to produce teaching materials anatomy edutaiment-based android decent and effective in learning in Prodi Education Biology IKIP Budi Utomo Malang. Android-based teaching materials capable of supporting Anatomy learning with various features provided and will be more communicative and interesting to use in learning. This research is a development research using ADDIE model. Based on the validation results indicate that anatomy based edutainment and anatomy teaching materials in both categories with the validation score of material experts 89 and the validation of media experts 86.4, so it can be concluded that the teaching materials anatomy edutainment based android decent and valid for use in learning Anatomy Student Study Program Physical Education Health and Recreation IKIP Budi Utomo Malang.

Abstract

This study aimed at finding the effect of ladder drill training upon: (1) run speed, (2) agility, and (2) power of leg muscle. This study is an experimental research. This study utilized one group pre test-post test design. There were total people as the subject of this research. Data collection technique used 30-meter sprint test to measure run speed, Illinois agility test to measure agility, and vertical jump test to measure power of leg muscle. Data analysis technique which was used for normality test, homogeneity test/F-test, and T-test with significant level 5% by using SPSS 16.0.0. Based on the finding, there was effect of ladder drill training upon run speed with sig value=0.007, agility and power of leg muscle with sig value=0.000. Based on the data analysis, it could be concluded that there was significant effect of ladder drill training upon run speed, agility and power of leg muscle.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was done to upgrade the learning approach through the short run variable on the students grade 3 son SD N Krebet 3 Masaran Sragen 2015/2016 school year. This research is Class action, research was conducted with two-cycle and do the analysis it can be concluded that increased learning outcomes atltetik number of short run through the learning variable approach is characterized by an increase in the value of the average student. The average value of the students on the initial conditions of 60.56 with ketuntasan percentage of 6.67%. The condition has increased the value of the average students in cycle I, i.e. of 62.20 and ketuntasan percentage of 10.00%. However, the increase has still not reached the targets set earlier. Then after continuing to cycle II the average value of the short run capability of the students again experienced an increase of ketuntasan percentage of 74.70 with 80.00%. This indicates that the target set previously already accomplished so research stopped in cycle II. The process of learning the number of short run Athletics through learning approach markedly dynamic and fun takes place and the results of observation of the teacher when learning is also increasing in every meeting.
