Abstract

Al-Qur’an dan sunnah telah melahirkan hukum perlakuan khusus bagi perempuan. Hal ini dilatari oleh adanya sejarah perempuan sebelum Islam yang kurang memberikan ruang bagi keadilan dan martabatnya. Keberadaan Perempuan di ruang publik dengan berbagai perannya saat ini merupakan tuntutan masyarakat yang melahirkan perdebatan di kalangan umat Islam. Abstract

Monokotomic education is the educational system construction of the plenary which is capable of integration educational value of domain-oriented humanitarian and religious by a nature.The education system also implies an attitude of valuing differences in values, norms, culture and tradition (Multiculturalism) as well as of the religious aspect of pluralism as a consequence of the Muslims. Therefore, there needs to be a paradigm in education it is necessary to elaborate on the elements of cultural pluriformity become construction between the wisdom or community – read the culture. It is intended as an attempt to construct a more civilized society structure, harmonious, and prosperous with cache while respecting cultural differences. Konstruks education is believed to be supporting the formation of communities of multiculturalism and pluralism in this modern era; where the whole community with all the elemental sued for bears fate and interdependence together for the creation of a lasting peace. Therefore, education (Islamic) multiculturalism with the paradigm of monokotomic need to be constructed which will later put forward positional egalitarian culture system at all, so its able to eliminate the superiority-inferiority between one culture and other cultures. Where he will give a positive effect against civic buildings marked with the behavior or attitude of mutual respect and respect the differences, open minded, and mutual understanding as well as giving understanding among community members. Abstrak: Pendidikan monokotomik merupakan konstruksi sistem pendidikan paripurna yang mampu mengintegralisasikan nilai pendidikan yang berorientasi pada domain kemanusiaan dan kealaman dengan keagamaan. Sistem pendidikan demikian berimplikasi pada suatu sikap menghargai perbedaan tata nilai, norma, budaya dan tradisi (multikulturalisme) termasuk juga dari aspek agama sebagai konsekuensi dari pandangan pluralisme umat Islam. Oleh sebab itu, paradigma yang perlu ada dalam pendidikan perlu untuk mengelaborasi elemen-elemen kemajemukan budaya menjadi konstruksi kearifan antar golongan atau komunitas –baca budaya. Hal ini dimaksudkan sebagai upaya untuk membangun struktur masyarakat yang lebih beradab, harmonis, dan sejahtera dengan tetap menghargai khazanah perbedaan budaya. Konstruks pendidikan ini yang diyakini akan menyokong terbentuknya masyarakat multikulturalisme dan pluralisme di era modern ini; di mana seluruh masyarakat dengan segala unsurnya dituntut untuk saling tergantung dan menanggung nasib secara bersama-sama demi terciptanya perdamaian abadi. Oleh sebab itu, pendidikan (Islam) multikulturalisme dengan paradigma monokotomik perlu untuk dikonstruksi yang nanti akan mengedepankan posisional egaliter pada semua sistem kebudayaan, sehingga mampu menghilangkan superioritas-inferioritas antara satu kebudayaan dengan kebudayaan lainnya. Di mana ia akan memberikan efek positif terhadap bangunan kemasyarakatan yang ditandai dengan perilaku atau sikap saling menghargai dan menghormati dalam perbedaan, open minded, dan saling memahami serta memberi pengertian antar anggota masyarakat.

Abstract

Munculnya buku ini di timur tengah tidaklah serta merta tanpa krtik. Banyak yang memuji dan banyak pula yang memaki karena ide-ide revivalisme yang dibawanya begitu konfrontatif terhadap dogma kalsik. Munculnya buku Tahafut Qira’ah Mu’ashirah (Kerancuan Bacaan Kontemporer) oleh Munir Muhammad Thahir seorang sarjana hukum dari Lebanon kemudian Al-Furqan wa al-Qur’an oleh Khalid Abdurrahman merupakan respon terhadap ide-ide kreatif Syahrur. Memang ia tak jauh berbeda dengan pemikir-pemikir pembaharu Islam sebelumnya seperti Fazlurrahman, Nashr Hamid Abu Zaid dan Muhammad Arqun yang mencoba mendongkrak kebekuan teks-teks qur’ani yang mereka anggap sebagai sebab kejumudan Islam.Buku ini harus diakui merupakan sebuah karya monumental yang patut dihargai dalam kajian hukum Islam Kontemporer. Syahrur berusaha menempatkan hukum Islam sebagai sesuatu yang elastis dalam dialektika zaman. Hingga ia menarik kesimpulan bahwa setiap penetapan hukum syari’at, baik berupa satu batasan hukum atau lebih yang berasal dari Nabi saw memiliki prinsip pemberlakuan yang bersifat lokal-temporal dan tidak ada keharusan untuk memberlakukannya sampai hari kiamat. Ia berusaha mencoba menawarkan alternatif teori inovatif dan revolusioner dalam hukum Islam. Walaupun ia dengan rendah hati menyatakan bahwa bukunya hanyalah sebuah “pembacaan kontemporer” terhadap al-qur’an, sama sekali bukan sebuah karya dalam bidang penafsiran atau hukum. Nampaknya membaca buku ini secara detail tentu akan dapat meresponnya lebih obyektif dan komprehensif.  Terlebih bagi yang haus akan wacana Islam kontemporer, ia akan mendapatkan hal-hal yang baru untuk menambah khazanah ke-ilmuan ke-islaman yang beda dari biasanya dan selamat membaca.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was done to upgrade the learning approach through the short run variable on the students grade 3 son SD N Krebet 3 Masaran Sragen 2015/2016 school year. This research is Class action, research was conducted with two-cycle and do the analysis it can be concluded that increased learning outcomes atltetik number of short run through the learning variable approach is characterized by an increase in the value of the average student. The average value of the students on the initial conditions of 60.56 with ketuntasan percentage of 6.67%. The condition has increased the value of the average students in cycle I, i.e. of 62.20 and ketuntasan percentage of 10.00%. However, the increase has still not reached the targets set earlier. Then after continuing to cycle II the average value of the short run capability of the students again experienced an increase of ketuntasan percentage of 74.70 with 80.00%. This indicates that the target set previously already accomplished so research stopped in cycle II. The process of learning the number of short run Athletics through learning approach markedly dynamic and fun takes place and the results of observation of the teacher when learning is also increasing in every meeting.

Abstract

The logical consequence of credit sales is the increase in trade receivables which in turn disrupts the company's liquidity.  This study aims to determine the effect between liquidity and working capital turnover on profitability at PT. Sumber Cipta Multiniaga. The method uses survey techniques and saturated sampling in the form of financial statements. The analytical tool used is descriptive and verification analysis with assumptions with statistical analysis in the form of regression tests, correlation coefficient tests, determination coefficient tests and hypothesis tests. The results of the current ratio study have a significant effect on the determination of 32.6%. Hypothesis testing obtained ρ value 0,000 <0.05. Working capital turnover has a significant effect on return on assets, with a determination of 29.6%. Hypothesis testing obtained ρ value 0,000 <0.05. The current ratio and Working capital turnover simultaneously have a significant effect on the return on assets with a determination of 49.2%. Hypothesis testing obtained ρ value 0,000 <0.05.

Abstract

Consumptive behavior carried out at adolescence is more likely to be impulsive and sudden. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of self-control and economic literacy on students' lifestyles on the MA Islamiyah Ciputat. The method used is descriptive method with an associative approach. The sampling technique used was proportional random sampling using a sample of 75 respondents. The analysis tool uses validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of this study are self-control and a significant positive effect on student lifestyle by 40.7%. Hypothesis testing is obtained tcount> ttable or (7.082> 1.993), so that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, meaning that there is a positive and significant influence between self-control of students' lifestyles at the Ciputat MA Islamic Office. Economic literacy has a positive and significant effect on student lifestyle by 36.2%. Hypothesis testing is obtained tcount> ttable or (6.438> 1.993) so that H0 is rejected and H2 is accepted meaning that there is a positive and significant influence between economic literacy on students' lifestyles. A simultaneous test of self-control and economic literacy has a positive and significant effect on students' lifestyles with a contribution of 48.4%, while the remaining 50.3% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing obtained the value of Fcount> Ftable or (36.384> 2.730), thus Ho is rejected and H3 is accepted. This means that there is a positive and significant effect simultaneously between self-control and economic literacy on the lifestyle of students at MA Islamiyah Ciputat.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality and service quality on customer satisfaction at Mitra 10 in Depok. The method used was explanatory research with a sample of 96 respondents. The analysis technique uses statistical analysis with regression testing, correlation, determination, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study product quality have a significant effect on customer satisfaction by 41.6%, hypothesis testing obtained significance 0,000 <0.05. Service quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction by 42.7%, hypothesis testing obtained significance 0,000 <0.05. Product quality and service quality simultaneously have a significant effect on customer satisfaction by 52.3%, hypothesis testing obtained significance of 0,000 <0.05.

Abstract

This study explores the integration of ethnomathematical concepts found in traditional West Sumatran food and their influence on the mathematical literacy skills of children aged 5-6 years. Employing a quasi-experimental pretest-posttest control group design, the research aimed to compare mathematical literacy outcomes before and after ethnomathematics-based learning interventions. A purposive sample of 12 kindergarten students from Koto Besar was assessed using structured observation sheets, and data were analyzed with SPSS 22.0. Results showed significant improvements in mathematical literacy, with pretest scores ranging from 11 to 16 and posttest scores from 20 to 30, indicating a score increase of 7 to 14 points. Normality and homogeneity tests confirmed the data's validity. The findings emphasize the effectiveness of using traditional food in teaching mathematical concepts, making them more relatable and engaging for young children while preserving cultural heritage. The study also highlights active participation and enhanced comprehension among children through culturally contextualized learning. Limitations include the small sample size and short intervention period, which may affect generalizability. Future research should involve larger samples and longer durations to confirm these findings and explore broader educational implications. Integrating ethnomathematics through traditional foods presents a promising strategy for improving mathematical literacy and cultural awareness in early childhood education.
