Abstract

This study aims to determine the process and the management of existing resources in the recreational vehicle Blaster Water sports in Semarang . This study is a qualitative research methodology . Collecting data using observation , questionnaires , interviews , documents and documentation . The data analysis technique used is descriptive percentage ( DP ) and the method of triangulation . The results of a descriptive study using a percentage , obtained planning process including criteria results 75 % higher , organizing the results obtained 76.3 % including high criteria , the results obtained leadership criteria included a low 53.8 % , controls 83.8 % obtained results are included in the very high criteria . Human resources results obtained 68.8 % including high criteria , the results obtained infrastructure including high criteria 74.6 % , 61.0 % of funds obtained results include lower criteria , and marketing of 70.3 % obtained results including high criteria . The conclusions in this study are the sights properly implement management processes .

Abstract

Motivation to be studied by the researchers is the aspect of physiological needs , safety needs aspects , aspects of social needs , esteem needs aspects, and aspects of actualization needs. The approach used in this study uses a qualitative research approach which means it will explain a phenomenon that occurs in aerobics participants.Data collection methods used in this study is a questionnaire survey method, observation and documentation. Methods of data analysis using descriptive percentages. The results of the analysis of research data, the level of motivation of participants overall aerobic Eristy Management Semarang in 2013 are as follows : 1) the physiological aspect as much as 86 % or some 52 people with a very good category, 2) security aspect as much as 81 % or 49 people with the good category, 3) the social aspect as much as 76 % or 46 people with either category, 4) Aspects of the award as much as 76 % or 46 people with a good category, 5) Aspects of actualization as much as 76 % or 46 people with both categories . The conclusion is the motivation of participants in the aerobic exercise Eristy Management Semarang in 2013 is due to physiological needs, amounting to 86 % or 52 people. The aerobics participants have very high motivation to maintain a healthy body and fitness..

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the management of a futsal court in Boyolali Regency. Approach used in this research is a qualitative approach, by collecting the data in the from of interviews, written sources and documentation from respondents. The result of this research were: 1) Planning management of futsal court in Boyolali Regency was good enough, 2) Organizing management of futsal court in Boyolali Regency was less good, 3) Actuating management of futsal court in Boyolali Regency was good enough, 4) Controlling management of futsal court in Boyolali Regency was good enough. It can be concluded that the management of a futsal court in Boyolali Regency already well appropriate management functions, but to the process of organizing less running well because there is no clear organizational structure

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the management of sport recreational vehicle at Agro Tourism Kampoeng Kopi Banaran Kabupaten Semarang 2013. The method used in this research is a qualitative method-fenomologic naturalistic approach in which the process of data collection in field is through-interview and observation methods.From the research, there is a management process that is done in this place which is carrying out the planning process (planning), (organizing), leadership (leading) and control (controlling). For the fourth run the process in the management of this resort is influenced by factors from outside and inside. Based on the result of this research concluded that the sight implementing management processes. Referring to these results, researchers may submit suggestions, namely: 1) For Agro Tourism manager Kampoeng Kopi Banaran Kabupaten Semarang to continue to evaluate management so that management will be better. 2) For employees and other workers in order to maximize service to the visitors so that visitors in the sights activities more comfortable and memorable. 3) To PT. PTPN IX (Persero) associated with the thbureaucracy.

Abstract

From the research, the results showed that the implementation of the coaching is done on pemassalan coaching experience problems due to sports Tarung Derajat can not be socialized. Facilities and infrastructure owned by the club is not entirely adequate, and additional facilities and infrastructure necessary to support the exercise. The proceeds of the club is the Sports Committee, donors, administrators, and athletes. Conducted training programs already running smoothly, the coach has given a program of physical exercise, technique, mental, and tactics. The coach who handles the coaching process in Satlat GOR Satria amounted to only one person. In the process of selecting athletes to represent the area of selection must be made not just recruit great athletes from other regions. Achievement owned Satlat GOR Satria Banyumas is in Porprov in 2013, dulongmas, Kejurkab and Kejurda.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe how the management process Walet Muda Futsal Academy runs .Research methods used include interviews , observation and documentation. Results of this study are organizational management stewardship , management and handling athlete management coaches in the Walet Muda Futsal Academy have said well . Management infrastructure and management supervisor at Young Swallow Futsal Academy has not been going well . Overall management process Walet Muda Futsal Academy could not be said better. Conclusions of the research results suggested some of the following : (1 ) Walet Muda Futsal Academy as soon as a new recruit competent in the field of organization and coaches , so there is no administrator or coach who doubles duty . ( 2 ) Walet Muda Futsal Academy should pay more attention to the environment in which athletes hang out , athletes' health and nutritional intake in order to maintain the concentration of athletes and fitness athletes . ( 3 ) management of facilities and infrastructure must be managed properly , from the procurement of new facilities and infrastructure , usage , maintenance , record keeping , providing a reserve fund for the infrastructure needs of the sudden . Make comparisons with infrastructure in other places in order to be used as a reference in the provision of next.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the role of the Football School ( SSB ) Mondoteko Putra Rembang towards the development of football in the district of Rembang. The method used in this research is descriptive method. Based on the results of the research, SSB Mondoteko Putra Rembang players accounted in Porseni for junior grade for as much as 75 %, Popda high school level: 60 % players, Porprop level: 44% players and there are two players have entered PSIR Rembang. Fotball School Mondoteko Putra Rembang has an important position in the development of football in the district of Rembang. It can be concluded that SSB Mondoteko Putra Rembang contributes to the development of football in the district of Rembang in the field of sport, breeding, and training such as the providing training facilities, operational funding support, at the most, participating in the tournament which brings honor and pride for Rembang. Some suggestions from the researcher are that SSB Mondoteko Putra Rembang will retain the prideful achievement of Rembang, will keep doing the football coaching in stages and improve the quality of the training in SSB. Also, there is a suggestion to Rembang Local District Government to give more attention to SSB Mondoteko Putra Rembang.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the providers of the sports training services with its employability.The approach of this research is descriptive qulitatve. The results of the study are as follows: 1) the management of training providers are good, mare than 50% in every dimension of custumer services who feel stisfred with the eligbiliti service agencies. 2) the managemen of human resources managemen is well, it can be seen from employee’s acerange value/trainer that shaws 80-90, it adjusted by graphic rating scale, there fore includes in cery good catagory with symbol V, and the result in every service agencies. Conclusion:1) management coach management services provider in the city of Semarang Year 2013 has been good, consumer perception of the service agencies showed more than 50% of consumers rate good enough to excellent, Human resource management has been good, if seen from the figures shown on employees' performance is very good category. Suggestions are given as follows (1) for institutions that complete paperwork, and infrastructure to support the management functions, (2) for employees / coaches should always increase the competence and legality as coach, (3) hopeless prescribe rules for the government of the enterprise or service provider and the board wage / minimum wage for trainees.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the pattern of extracurricular school sports coaching in high schools in Salatiga . This study is a qualitative research approach of naturalistic descriptive analysis , while the data collection methods used by the researchers are observation , interviews , and documentation . The population used in this research that all high schools in Salatiga conducting extracurricular sports activities consisting of SMA N 1 Salatiga , Salatiga SMA N 2 , N 3 Salatiga SMA , SMA Muhammadiyah Salatiga , Salatiga 1 Christian High School , Christian High School 2 Salatiga , Satya Discourse and Christian high School . Respondents in this study were interviews of principals, waka student non-academic and extracurricular coaches at high schools in Salatiga . The results of research on patterns of extracurricular sports coaching such as: Human Resources trainer is 87.5 % with a total of 193 athletes . From the research it can be concluded that , patterns coaching conducted by the school in Salatiga City high schools for extracurricular sports is good enough . It's just a lot of factors that make all the coaching not run optimally , such as a mismatch between the talent and interests of learners, condition of facilities and good infrastructure inadequate.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to produce a Learning Model Football Development Through Football Games Wicket Multi Level For Student Class V SD Negeri Semarang siwalan Sub Gayamsari Year 2013/2014 . The results showed that students' learning outcomes above completeness MOH set that is 75 experienced an increase that is on a small scale pilot study achieved 87.5 % completeness when in large scale trials completeness learn to reach 92.5 %. From the above data it can be concluded that it is seen from the results of field trial to be classified very good football learning model through multi level football game goal can be used in SD Negeri Semarang Gayamsari siwalan District . Recommendation : Based on the above findings , the physical education teacher at the School of State Policy siwalan free to use football learning model through multi level football game goal as a result of the expansion of the game model.
