The importance of financial statements prepared by all levels of the organization do not miss all the UMKM that have multi-run business. Technological developments provide various means preparation of financial statements in the method. Facilitate the development of this technology UMKM need to understand the design and design in the preparation of financial statements that will be used. The design of UMKM is expected to develop in the creation of applications that will be developed in accordance with the capabilities of the UMKM. Simulation of the settlement accounting to the preparation of financial statements reference manual that can be used in the preparation design and design required. One role of Decision Support Systems ( DSS ) in education is the decision-making process for the selection of majors that they support decision making by providing an alternative to the majors right decision for students, where the decision results can be used as material to assist in making decisions majors .The purpose of this research is to make the program placement of students with a DSS application method is Simple Additive Weighting ( SAW ) to try to help the school to expedite and facilitate the data processing by providing an alternative outcome majors majors, majors determination and class division majors. Because of all this is still in the process of computation using Microsoft Excel which requires a lot of time and effort in the process , also the results obtained are less accurate because it could have been a lot of mistakes there .This application uses the values of the criteria and limit values can be changed to pass the discretion of the school . With the results of the graduation status of each major option provided then processed to perform majors ranking results based on the criteria for the calculation of the total value of getting the right majors and is also capable of processing division major classes according quota provided pemrograman Delphi and MySQL as database . College are required to implement the learning process by making use of information and communication technologies, facing many obstacles that are not simple. The main problem that is often faced by the college is limited infrastructure, human resources and learning resources. While the lecturers is limited knowledge about the management of e-learning, and motivation of lecturers in the use of e-learning as a learning medium. This study aims to examine the use of e-learning by faculty as instructional media and its influence on motivation, performance and student learning outcomes in higher education. This research method with a questionnaire distributed to 100 students in e-learning users STMIK Sinar Nusantara. Questionnaire was tested with validity and reliability. Hypothesis is tested using linear regression techniques. The results showed the use of e-learning affect the motivation of learning, e-learning has a positive effect on student performance, motivation to learn a positive effect on learning outcomes, Readiness positive effect on learning outcomes, and e-learning has a positive effect on student learning outcomes.Keyword : e-learning, motivation of learning, readiness, student performance, student learning outcomes

The purpose of this study to support the lecture with an alternative legal software, free lectures and support activities on campus, especially in the Laboratory of Information Engineering STMIK Sinar Nusantara. The analysis shows that the Sinar Nusantara STMIK Surakarta not fully utilize the software that supports open source and not many human resources that meet the IT business based in STMIK Sinar Nusantara opensource. In business it is intended for the implementation of cost savings this kind of technology, using open source software (Linux). To that end, the author makes a software supporting opensource based Laboratory Informatics legal and ready to use. Data collection methods include field studies and literature. This study uses a survey as a method of questionnaires distributed to respondents as a way to gather information about their experience in using open source software based. And for planning the use of software that runs on Linux, giving any alternative open source software that can be used and function is similar to the official software that is being used today. Author gives equal weight to 4 variables (free, userfriendly, stable and feature completeness) to conduct elections open source software that will be used.Keyword : STMIK Sinar Nusantara, software, open source, Linux

Posyandu at Desa Banaran not only serve toddlers, but included for adults and elderly health counseling. This study analyzed the relationship between maternal nutritional and activity in neighborhood health center. The research method used descriptive analysis. Based on questionnaires distributed to 75 women as respondents and 10 volunteers, found that the parents especially the mother's role in the nutrition of toddlers is 82%, a factor of volunteer and medics must actively participate in the nutrition of toddlers which amounted to 89.44%, the education level affects the nutrition is 73%, the economic level impact on nutrition of toddlers by 89.44%. In addition, this study also result the design of nutrition monitoring information system. Keyword: questionnaire, mother’s activity in posyandu, nutrition of toddlers

The problem that often occurs in the employee performance appraisal process include the subjectivity of decision-making determination of salary increase, especially if some of the employees who have the ability are not much different from the skills and behavior. The use of decision support systems is the determination of salary increases, expected to reduce subjectivity in the decision whether the employee is entitled to a salary rise or not. In its place will be calculated on education, occupation, personality, number of children and length of employment, so expect its employees to human resources terms comparable to the terms of a pre-determined salary increases companies. Decision support systems salary increase determination is made based on the results of the calculation between education, occupation , personality, number of children and length of employment . The process of data calculation is done to determine whether the employee's salary for a raise or not . Aspects are based on data taken with the scope of employees , value raise, raise and process reports. To overcome these problems , then we will develop an application system of setting employee salary increases using the C4.5 algorithm. Making these applications using Code Gear RAD 2009 with a MySQL database . System design using Schematic Diagram, HIPO, DAD, ERD. The results achieved in the form of employee data, a set of variables, test data and reports which consist of a report of the decision and report employee data . College, especially in STMIK Sinar Nusantara Surakarta, learning via the Internet is already a part of the duty a lecturer and students. The purpose of this research was to find out the effect facility of hotspots that have been provided by academic toward index of achievement that obtainable a student STMIK Sinar Nusantara Surakarta. In this research using the method: study design, data collection, sampling, determination of outcome indicators, data processing. By using bivariate analysis and Linear Regression Correlations show that hotspots on campus have an influence on student achievement index by 41%, while 59% is influenced by other vaktor not examined. While the results of the SWOT analysis shows that the development of a hotspot getting strength enough reliable from facilities owned by the current institution and supported by instructional discourse model of e-learning is done by lecturers.Keywords: Analysis, Hotspot, achievement index
