Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan adalah dengan teknik wawancara, survey (observasi) dan perancangan sistem. Metode ini digunakan memperoleh data civitas akademika dan data akademik yang berhubungan dengan mahasiswa, dimana data tersebut digunakan sebagai acuan untuk membuat perancangan sistem informasi akademik. Perancangan sistem yang digunakan adalah Hierarchy Input Proces Output(HIPO), Diagram Kontek, Data Flow Diagram(DFD), Desain Input dan Output, Desain Database, Relasi Database dan Desain Software dan Hardware.Tabel yang digunakan dalam database ini adalah, dosen, mhs, mtkuliah, mttawar, jadwalujian, hnilai, dnilai, hkrs, dan dkrs. Hasil dari sistem informasi akademik berbasis WAP yang bisa di akses mahasiswa adalah : jadwal ujian, usulan KRS, dan nilai semester dengan hasil keluaran berupa informasi jadwal ujian, nilai semester, dan usulan KRS.Keyword : WAP

Chili plants have a lot of pest and disease attacks. Pest and disease attacks potentially reduce the production of chilli and even cause crop failure. In addition, the limited number of extension workers and the lack of knowledge of practitioners / chili farmers inhibits efforts to control pests and diseases of chili plants. Therefore, the authors propose an expert system to diagnose pests and diseases in large chili plants using the Certainty Factor method. The Certainty Factor method is used to perform calculations by providing an expert's level of confidence. Expert systems relate symptoms and diseases as well as pest and disease control solutions of large chili plants. The data were obtained based on interviews with experts at the Organization for Industrial, Spiritual and Cultural Advancement (OISCA) Training Center Karanganyar. The data obtained was analyzed and expert system design application was made using UML diagram. The design is continued with the implementation of expert system application into PHP programming and MySQL database. The test results show that the system can diagnose pests and diseases of large chili plants like an expert. Learning of mathematics in the classroom emphasized the links between mathematical concepts with everyday experience of children. In addition, the need to apply the mathematical concepts that have been re-possessed child in everyday life or in other areas is very important. Linking real life experiences of children with mathematical ideas in the classroom is important so that meaningful learning (ollive John, 2002 Munirah Ghazali, 2005)This study aimed to determine the effect of the use of multimedia on learning outcomes based on the relationship between fractions of fractions with examples of children's daily experiences.The results showed that the learning system can be made easier for students to understand the concept of fractions. Results using instructional media can be seen from the average value of each group, for the treatment group was 80.20 and the average value for the control group was 61.20. Based on the questionnaires to the respondents in the treatment group, 79% stated that the operation, contents, delivery of content (tutorials) in the form of images and text and easy to use learning strategies.Key words: Fractions, multimedia, learning

IPOS information system is a service delivery system (package) and letter (mail) PT Pos Indonesia. The application of the IPOS information system still found problems, the problem of human resources, bar codes that were not in accordance with the delivery receipt. So it is necessary to do an assessment of the IPOS information system, the purpose of this study is to determine the level of maturity of the system information, formulate recommendations for improvements if needed and validation recommendations. The framework used assessment is COBIT 4.1 framework, focus DS10 process (Managing Problems) and DS11 (Managing Data). The results of the assessment will be obtained maturity level, then the formulation of recommendations for increasing maturity is carried out, then validation of the recommendations proposed. Data collection techniques with observation, interviews, study of business documents, literature studies, and questionnaires. Data is processed based on COBIT framework rules 4.1. The results of the DS10 and DS11 process assessments are at Level 3 (Defined), management has been managed well but its implementation is still not maximal. Recommended improvements to DS10 and DS11 as 3 recomendation. The results of the recommendation validation are in the score 4 to 6, is capable with great effort

There are three a part of Enterprise Java Bean (EJB) architecture in the Java Enterprise Edition (Java EE) technology. First, session bean, entity bean and the last message driven bean (MDB). Session bean is a bean that can be accesed by remote method invocation (RMI) for give ability, it provided business interface. Entity bean representing and manipulating data which persistent in that application. For acces that entity bean, it also provided business interface as the same with session bean. Message driven bean is one of component in the EJB which has an unique characteristic, it is whitout bisnis interface, so client can not be accesed with the RMI, it can be only accesed with the messaging system like java message service (JMS).Kay words : EJB, RMI, Java Message Service.

This study is aimed at measuring the teachers’ interest in using internet as the source of study related with the variables perception of information technology, easiness, and risk. The measurement of the variables’ influence is conducted to find out the teachers’ readiness in using internet in their teaching. The samples of the study are the teachers of either public or private junior high schools in Surakarta residence. The data used in this study is the primary data gained by distributing questionaires randomly. The result of the analysis is that the technology perception positively influences the teachers’ interest in using internet as the source of study as much as 0.441 while the easiness perception does the same thing as much as 0.465. On the other hand, the risk perception contributes negative influence of 0.117. The junior high school teachers’ decision to use internet as the source of study is 51.3% influenced by the preception of information technology, the easiness perception, and the risk perception while 48.7% is influenced by other factors excluded in this study. The results of this study can be used as a basis for policy making resource development of teachers.Keywords: information technology, easiness, rick, interest

This study aims to examine the factors that influence risk disclosure with stakeholder theory approach to the manufacturing companies that present financial statements in the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The results are expected to provide empirical evidence of factors that influence the disclosure risk (leverage, institutional ownership, the ability to generate earnings and the proportion of tax payments) with the approach to stakeholder theory, as for the control variables used in this study profiles the company, size and firm age .This study sample consisted of 130 companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2008 and 2009. Research carried out by content analysis on the company's annual report and tested with multiple linear regression. The results of risk disclosure is at most financial risk and integrity risk, information and technology risk, strategic risk, environmental risk, and operational risk. Leverage impact positively on the disclosure of risks to the significance of 0.1. Institutional share ownership, the ability to generate income, the proportion of tax payments does not affect positively on the disclosure of risk. Control variables that affect the disclosure of risk is the company's size and age profile while the company does not have an influence Key words : leverage, institutional ownership, the ability to generate earnings and the proportion of tax payments
