Abstract

Due to the influence of noise on an image, the image will experience a decrease in quality.  If the type of noise is known for certain, then the right solution can be determined to restore the condition of an image so that the condition returns to normal. The effort to restore the image condition is stated by image restoration. The most important thing in image restoration is determining the type of noise and the solution for the noise.In this study several types of noise were tried,  gaussian, salt & paper, speckle, poisson, and Localvar on several image samples. In the image that had been exposed to noise, repairs were carried out with several types of filters including gaussian, mean, median, maximum, and minimum. Next was the quality of noise reduction with each filter  determined based on the value of PSNR and MSE. The results of image restoration experiments showed that the mean filter was the best filter used to improve noisegaussian, salt & peppers and speckle image quality. The median filter is the filter that is best used to improve image quality with poisson and localvar noise types.

Abstract

LINQ is new technology to create even window or web application. This research focus on how to implemented LINQ at Library application. The application is compiled by following a three-layer architecture rule, which is known as 'three tier'.  A 'Three tier' architecture is divided into three parts, they are data tier, business tier, and presentation tier. Data tier is  data in the form of a database, business tier is data in the form of  services which consists of different functions that consumes the data tier, and the last one is presentation tier which takes the form of  applications interface that consumes business tier.The stored information will be consumed through a special class called business logic class that will handle various operations, such as insert, update, and delete the data book. LINQ is needed to create this business logic class that allows data access and aims to facilitate query to all types of data such as Object, XML, databases, etc. This LINQ enables a programming language which is used on the Microsoft  NET framework has a native query capabilities towards the data. The LINQ statement is written using C#.net with Visual Studio 2010 and DevExprees 2012 with SQLServer database. The system design uses UML. The result is library application using LINQ framework. Kata Kunci : Library application, LINQ, LINQ to SQL, Web service, WCF, SOA, Prototype.

Abstract

Judul pengabdian ini adalah Pelatihan Trouble Shooting Komputer untuk Karang Taruna Desa Banaran Kelurahan Banaran Kecamatan Grogol Kabupaten Sukoharjo.Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah untuk memberdayakan Karang Taruna melalui pelatihan Teknologi Informasi, yaitu Mengatasi Trouble Shooting Komputer, sehingga diharapkan dari hasil pelatihan tersebut Karang Taruna termotivasi untuk pengembangan diri dan khususnya dalam merintis berwirausaha serta memantapkan pemahaman tentang Karang Taruna sebagai organisasi sosial yang tumbuh dari, oleh dan untuk masyarakat di kalangan masyarakat terutama pembina, pengurus dan aktivis Karang Taruna. Bentuk pengabdian ini adalah pelatihan secara praktek langsung dengan menyajikan materi : dasar-dasar pengoperasian komputer, toruble shooting komputer, program utility, pengenalan instalasi jaringan intranet dan internet.

Abstract

The level of security in Central Java declined but for each region is not the case. Based on the crime index and the number of security posts in each police region of Central Java.These data are used for grouping the two regions in Central Java, namely good security level and bad security level.K-Means clustering method is a method used to classify data based on multiple attributes.K-Means clustering method is a method used to classify data based on multiple attributes. In this study, will be applied to the K-Means method with random initial centers. It is derived from two police regions that describe the good and bad security level.The formulation of the problem is to know the areas with good and bad security level in Central Java. Based on the results, there are 8areas with good security level and 27 areas with bad security level. Keyword :Crime Index, K-Means Clustering

Abstract

Learning process there are several factors that influence success rate of learners in receiving lessons. one of the supporting factors is a conducive classroom environment, a conducive class can be created with the ideal seating position arrangement. In the determination of sitting position at Girirejo Elementary School Nganjuk State conducted randomly so as to cause uneven seating position and resulted in the learning activities do not run optimally, there are students who should be in front of sitting behind and vice versa. To overcome these problems then it takes an election to determine the sitting position of learners in order to help guardians determine the sitting position in the class so as to create an ideal sitting position. In determining the sitting position used a method of Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) with the criteria of value, height, and the use of glasses, the method combined alternative search with seating object where seats are sought alternative value difference between the highest value and the lowest score of students, will be divided by the number of students, will be generated the highest value and the lowest value on each seat, so that will appear alternative to the seat to be occupied by students with the weight of the value entered in the value range on the seat. The final result in this research is not maximal in accordance with the planned because there are still vacant seats are not filled by the students, so it needs to be improved in the future to be able to find alternative every seat to be filled by all students so it can help teachers in mapping the ideal student sitting position in the classroom.

Abstract

Currently, the use of computer media for measuring the level of color blindness for the recruitment of prospective workers in companies/organizations or the selection of prospective students in educational institutions is still rare. Most methods used to measure the level of color blindness still use conventional methods without involving a lot of computer media. The reason is that the level of color blindness measuring devices is still not affordable for companies or educational institutions. Based on this fact, a proposed method for measuring color blindness using computer media is by applying the Color Filtering algorithm to the HSV color space on the Ishihara images. The purpose of this paper is to design and build applications to detect the level of color blindness using the Color Filtering algorithm. The color filtering algorithm is an image processing technique that is used to manipulate an image based on the specific color obtained from a color space. The use of HSV color space is used because the human eye uses Hue to refer to colors known to humans, such as red and green. This property reflects the colors captured by the human eye that respond to various wavelength values of light. The results of this paper are the application of the Color Filtering algorithm to Ishihara-based HSV images expressed as highly relevant for detecting the level of a person's color blindness.
