Abstract

Kediri Regency is a district with sufficient development with the existence of PSN for the construction of Kediri Airport. Kediri Airport was finally designated as PSN. This Rp 10 trillion airport is included in PSN in accordance with Presidential Regulation Number 56 of 2018. After Kediri Airport, Immediately Build the Kertosono-Tulungagung Toll Road. Land Acquisition for the Kediri Section is Completed in 2021. With this national strategic project, investment development in Kediri Regency will definitely increase. Based on the above, it is very necessary to predict future land use to be able to know the response of land use to the integrated airport and toll road project. The methods used in this research are remote sensing, GIS analysis, cellular automata analysis and descriptive analysis. Knowing the spatial response will be a very meaningful input for planners, especially in formulating plans to maximize the multiplier effect caused by the airport and toll roads on the surrounding space.

Abstract

A disaster is an unexpected and often sudden event that causes destruction, serious damage, and human suffering. According to the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 24 of 2007 concerning Disaster Management, disasters are caused by natural factors and/or non-natural and human factors so that disasters can result in loss of life, environmental damage, loss of property, and psychological impacts. Bojonegoro Regency which has the widest area crossed by the Bengawan Solo river and 24,753 hectares of its area is a watershed so that almost every year Bojonegoro Regency is flooded when the Bengawan Solo river overflows. Floods in Bojonegoro Regency almost occur every year. Where the flood that occurred in Bojonegoro Regency was caused by the overflow of the Bengawan Solo river. As much as 63% of the total population of Bojonegoro Regency is exposed or at risk of flooding in 2012 to 2020. This study is to determine the Delta (Δ) risk of flood-prone areas in Bojonegoro Regency based on trends in land use change with a multitemporal perspective in Bojonegoro Regency. This study uses the latest methods, especially in terms of spatial modeling, namely TIN and Raster databases. The first step is to predict the trend of land use in Bojonegoro Regency. Which is then continued to identify flood hazards and land use vulnerabilities. Flood disaster-prone areas each year are predicted based on the previous stages using the Analytic hierarchy process which then produces disaster risk in each prediction year. The last step is to calculate the amount of change or Delta (∆) of Flood Disaster Risk in Bojonegoro Regency. The results of this study are Delta (∆) Low Flood Disaster Risk: experienced a change of -1.62% or decreased by 49.66 Ha from 2020 to 2040. Delta (∆) Moderate Flood Disaster Risk: experienced a change of 2.85% or experienced an increase of 17.67 Ha from 2020 to 2040. Delta (∆) High Flood Risk: experienced a change of 23.96% or an increase of 31.99 Ha from 2020 to 2040.

Abstract

The need for rice is certainly increasing along with the increase in the population of a region. Weninggalih is one of the villages in Bogor Regency where most of the land cover (63%) is rice fields. The land can only be harvested once a year. So that the area of rice fields is not proportional to the results of rice production produced. These problems raise the interest of researchers in conducting land evaluation analysis on lowland rice plants. The data used comes from the results of data collection with observation techniques and literature study. The sample used was 35 units based on the matching analysis technique to produce an evaluation analysis of lowland rice plants. The matching results show that there are two land suitability classes including marginally suitable (S3) and not suitable (N). As much as 254.20 ha (82.17%) is a marginal suitability class (S3), while 55.20 ha (17.82%) is not suitable (N). The results of the analysis are limited by several factors, including water availability, drainage, soil CEC, base saturation, soil pH, organic C, total N, P2O5, K2O, slope, erosion hazard, inundation height, duration of inundation, and rocks on the surface. After making improvements to the actual land, 309.72 ha became a potential class with a very suitable land suitability class (S1).

Abstract

Groundwater salinization occurs in Adimulyo sub-district, Kebumen district due to human activities. A very slow river flow, due to its small hydraulic gradient towards the estuary area. Reduced groundwater due to increased uptake by human activities causes intrusive river water which results in brackish groundwater. The data analysis carried out in the study was based on the primary data of the sample whose groundwater salinity was measured, showing the influence of the salt solution at a certain level which indicates a level of salinity with a negative chloride ion content. The salinity value belongs to the type of brackish water. Electrical Conductivity Groundwater shows the nature of conducting electricity from water. The highest groundwater salinity is in the area of Adimulyo Subdistrict, Kebumen District, the middle part, which ranges from 4.45 ‰ - 10.15 ‰. There are other factors besides the distance of the area from the coastline, namely brackish river water (estuary), and the large amount of groundwater withdrawal by residents which can increase the absorption of brackish river water (estuary) into groundwater. In the northern part of Adimulyo Subdistrict, Kebumen Regency is an area that has the lowest groundwater salinity, which ranges from 0.12 ‰ - 2.50 ‰. As for the area of Adimulyo Subdistrict, Kebumen District, the South has medium groundwater salinity, which ranges from 0.80 ‰ - 2.87 ‰.

Abstract

Hybrid models that are widely used in current spatial prediction studies such as Markov chain, linear logistics and others, have weaknesses in determining and very sensitive parameters. So it requires a lot of data, time consuming, and inefficient. Therefore, a new model is needed that can be handled more easily, less time consuming and more efficiently. In this case, the researchers tried the ANN model to be applied in predicting the development of built-up land. One area that is already very densely built up is Greater Jakarta. The simulation was validated using 2020 built-up land cover and resulted in a simulation accuracy of 74% for simulations per 5 years and 85.7% for simulations per 10 years. The development of built-up land in Jabodetabek has increased and decreased from 2000-2030. The development of Jabodetabek built land provides a proof of several theories of urban geography, namely the perspective of the city as an organism and the formation of the Jakarta as a fan morphology.
