This study explores how ethical principles—such as honesty, empathy, responsibility, and dialogic respect—can address the growing challenges of online polarization, interpersonal conflict, and cultural fragmentation. Employing a qualitative literature review approach, this paper synthesizes insights from interdisciplinary sources spanning communication studies, media ethics, sociology, and digital literacy. The findings reveal that ethical communication is not only a theoretical construct but a practical necessity in digital ecosystems marked by anonymity, algorithmic bias, and declining civility. In particular, ethical frameworks rooted in dialogic theory and communicative action offer valuable strategies for navigating social differences and mitigating hostility. While challenges such as reduced empathy, shallow engagement, and institutional gaps persist, emerging opportunities exist through ethical platform design, digital education, and professional ethical leadership. Communication ethics, when embedded into policy, pedagogy, and everyday discourse, can transform online interaction into a space for inclusion, recognition, and relational healing. This study concludes that fostering ethically literate digital citizens is fundamental to achieving democratic engagement and sustainable peace in a digitally connected world. Communication must move beyond information transmission to become a vehicle for dignity, coexistence, and shared responsibility.

Setiap mahasiswa sarjana harus melaksanakan kegiatan KKN sebagai salah satu syarat kelulusan pendidikannya. Kegiatan KKN tersebut bertujuan untuk menyalurkan ilmu-ilmu yang telah didapat dari bangku perguruan tinggi dengan memberikan dampak yang nyata di lingkungan masyarakat. Kegiatan tersebut dapat disebut sebagai kegiatan pengabdian oleh para mahasiswa kepada masyarakat. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk mengedukasi para siswa mengenai manfaat Youtube sebagai bantuan bahan belajar di sekolah. Metode pengabdian ini adalah kualitatif deksriptif, dengan mengumpulkan data berupa dokumentasi dan wawancara kegiatan yang telah dilakukan, dan memaparkannya dalam bentuk uraian. Modern ini, para siswa sudah menggunakan platform internet sebagai bantuan dalam proses pembelajarannya. Salah satu platform internet tersebut adalah Youtube. Youtube sudah menjadi salah satu platform internet dimana para penggunanya dapat melihat konten untuk menerima sebuah informasi dalam bentuk audio visual. Namun pada lingkup sekolah, para siswa masih banyak yang belum mengetahui sisi edukatif dari Youtube. Maka dari itu, kegiatan sosialisasi bahan belajar Youtube pada siswa dilaksanakan, untuk mengedukasi para siswa dalam memanfaatkan Youtube sebagai bantuan bahan belajar pada proses pembelajarannya, dengan mengeksplorasi konten-konten yang ada di Youtube. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan di SMP Negeri 16 Balikpapan Barat. Salah satu alasan sekolah tersebut dipilih adalah berdasarkan pada survey yang telah dilakukan sebelum kegiatan ini dilaksanakan, memperlihatkan adanya potensi penggunaan bahan belajar digital yang dapat dilaksanakan di SMP Negeri 16 Balikpapan Barat. Hasil kegiatan sosialisasi ini adalah dengan bereksplorasi konten Youtube, siswa menjadi lebih tahu dan mengerti bagaimana memanfaatkan Youtube sebagai bantuan bahan belajar proses pembelajarannya.

The focus of the problem in this study is that this research is motivated by the low speed of the target strokes forehand and stroke backhand drive . table tennis at PTM Pade Angen Mataram NTB in 2024 Table Tennis Athletes. The research objectives to be achieved based on the formulation of the problem that has been defined are as follows: To find out whether there is an effect of multiball training on the speed of target strokes forehand and stroke backhand drive in table tennis athletes at PTM Pade Angen Mataram NTB Tahun 2024 . The research design used was experimental research using a Two group pretest-posttest design. In this experiment there were external variables that influenced the formation of the dependent variable. Instruments Accurate target speed forehand and stroke backhand drive table tennis techniques Sampling using a population study of 12 players divided into two groups. Based on the results of the research and data analysis above, it can be concluded that on this basis the null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected and the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted N-1 (12- 1) = 11. After getting the t-count, target speed training forehand strokes - count > t-table, namely (3,995 > 1,796), and stroke backhand drive exercise that t-count > t-table, namely (4,015 > 1,796). Based on the above facts, namely t-count is greater than t-table, thus the t-value obtained in this study is significant (influence). Ha (accepted) there is an effect of multiball training on target speed of forehand strokes in table tennis athletes at PTM Pade Angen Mataram NTB Tahun 2024 .

Lung cancer is a disease characterized by the growth of abnormal cells in the lungs that can spread to other parts of the body. In practice, medical teams will usually evaluate a patient's symptoms conventionally, which is highly inefficient and time-consuming, especially if there are a large number of patients. This manual evaluation process can cause delays in diagnosis and treatment, and increase the risk of errors. Therefore, this research will discuss lung cancer detection using the K-Nearest Neighbors (KNN) algorithm and the C5.0 algorithm in order to solve the problems previously described. The use of the K-Nearest Neighbors (KNN) algorithm and the C5.0 algorithm was chosen because these two algorithms have the ability to process complex data and produce accurate models. The results of this study will show a comparison of which performance is much better used to accurately detect lung cancer based on the amount of training data available, and it can be known that the lung cancer detection process can be done more quickly and efficiently, using the K-Nearest Neighbors (KNN) or C5.0 algorithm to improve diagnosis accuracy. The results show that the KNN algorithm is superior to the C5.0 algorithm specifically for lung cancer detection.

Abstract This research aims to find out the level of community preparedness in Taraibangun Village in the face of smog disaster. This research was conducted in Taraibangun Village for 5 months from March-July 2020. The research method used is to use descriptive methods with survey approach, as well as data collection techniques by conducting observations and dissemination questionnaires to 100 respondents in 4 hamlets in Taraibangun Village. The result of this study is that in Taraibangun Village fell into the category almost ready with an overall score score of 62.45 for preparedness of hamlet 1 Taraibangun village entered the ready category with an overall score of 65.6, for the villagers 2 entered the category ready with an overall score of 65.9, for the community of hamlet 3 entered into the category of Almost Ready with an overall score of 57.45 and the last for hamlet 4 entered into the category of Almost Ready with an overall score of 60.21. The parameters of knowledge and attitude for all hamlets have good knowledge in understanding smog disasters, emergency response plans look low results, this is because many people are vulnerable to disasters but do not have a plan, the mobility of taraibangun village resources is also equally low because the mobility of resources in the community because the village government has never conducted preparedness training for the villagers. Infrastructure development often faces challenges due to soft soil conditions, as encountered in the Binjai-Pangkalan Berandan Toll Road Construction Project at STA 38+825. Soft soil has low permeability, low bearing capacity, and a long consolidation period, making soil improvement necessary before construction. One commonly used method is preloading, which involves applying an initial load with temporary embankments to accelerate the soil consolidation process. This study aims to analyze the effect of the preloading method on the acceleration of soil consolidation time and the magnitude of soil settlement at the project site. The analysis was conducted using an analytical approach based on field soil test data, such as boring log data, Standard Penetration Test (SPT) data, and other soil parameters. The calculations were performed using Terzaghi’s One-Dimensional Consolidation Theory. The results show that the preloading method can accelerate the soil consolidation process to achieve 90% consolidation in 249 days. The total settlement observed during the preloading process was 65.246 cm. These findings indicate that the preloading method is effective in soft soil conditions to improve soil stability before the main construction phase begins.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menunjukkan bagaimana cara meningkatkan kinerja guru dalam tanggung jawabnya di sekolah. Juga, kegiatan ini dilaksanakan untuk mengetahui bagaimana setiap sekolah melaksanakan kegiatan supervisi sesuai kondisi setiap sekolah. Metode penelitian kualitatif menjadi pilihan metode untuk mengumpulkan berbagai informasi sebagai penunjang penelitian. Dengan mengambil informasi melalui wawancara dan teori-teori yang membantu dalam pembentukkan gagasan pada penelitian ini. Setiap guru diharuskan untuk mengikuti suatu kegiatan yang akan berdampak baik untuk institusi Pendidikan. Salah satu kegiatannya yaitu kegiatan supervisi. Hasil penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa supervisi di SMPN 3 Balikpapan secara pelaksanaannya, kepala sekolah tidak ikut dalam kegiatan supervisi, tetapi kepala sekolah membentuk sebuah tim yang akan ikut andil dalam pelaksanaan supervisi. Cara ini dianggap efektif karena kepala sekolah masih bisa fokus untuk menjalankan tugasnya sebagai pengelola sekolah dan tidak terlalu terbebani dengan kegiatan supervisi. Karena itu, kegiatan ini dinamakan kegiatan Supervisi Internal. Kegiatan ini dapat memberikan dampak yang baik dalam peningkatan kinerja guru. Dengan menganalisis hasil kegiatan dan secara langsung menerapkannya ke dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar. Sebagai upaya peningkatan kinerja, kegiatan supervisi harus dilaksanakan konsisten dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan terkhusus kinerja guru.

REKA KARYA: Proses pendaftaran berobat di Klinik Cikijing, Rancaekek, Kab.Bandung masih dilakukan secara manual. Pasien harus mendatangi klinik secara langsung untuk mengambil antrian, tidak jarang terjadi penumpukan antrian pasien yang mengakibatkan waktu tunggu pasien menjadi lebih lama. Hal tersebut tidak efisien untuk pasien karena sering menguras waktu mereka. Sehubung dengan permasalahan yang dialami oleh Klinik Cikijing tersebut, maka kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat yang dilakukan ini bertujuan merancang dan membangun website reservasi pasien berbasis website yang dapat diakses dimana saja oleh pasien sebelum berobat. Sistem tersebut dibangun dalam framework laravel dan dapat diakses melalui platform laptop maupun smartphone. Dengan pembangunan sistem reservasi ini pasien tidak perlu untuk mendatangi klinik hanya untuk mengambil antrian, cukup datang sesuai dengan waktu saat reservasi dibuat, sehingga dapat mengurangi waktu tunggu pasien. Pada sistem juga terdapat pengelolaan obat-obatan. Apoteker dapat melihat ketersediaan obat-obatan yang tersedia pada klinik tanpa harus menghitung ketersediaannya secara manual karena obat yang diberikan oleh dokter akan terupdate oleh sistem secara otomatis.
