Abstract

Abstract As one of the non-bank sharia financial institution, BMT has grown rapidly in Indonesia. But the condition has not been supported by legality of BMT clearly. Until now, there is no regulation for BMT both inform a law and rules under the law, which states directly to existence of BMT. Some experts stated that BMT is same as cooperation in order to BMT subjects to the Law of Cooperation but other experts stated that BMT ran like a bank, so that it can not subjects to the law of cooperation, but must be a bank agrees with the banking laws. The problem is one of many problems founded. Another problem is watching and controlling problems. This paper will discuss about the legality and controlling of BMT. Abstract

Abstract Clearing is derived from English "to clear" meaning settlement, while the meaning of the clearing is good electronic financial data between banks or between the client resolved calculation results in a certain time. In the implementation of this clearing, clearing services client in this exploit is represented by the bank. Thus, in Islam the activity is often called as wakalah. The aim of this study is to find out how the mechanism clearing system running on Conventional Banks, and how Islamic outlook about the system, including categories of interest or not. In this research, the writer uses descriptive analysis method and more closer to study literature (library research) plus a little interview with employees of the Bank. The results of study that emphasize the study of this literature is the case of the grant of the bank overdraft services require customers to refund loan of approximately 5% above the highest rate in the bank in a month. In the same cases, Bank gives sanction to the customer to check for empty and termination of client giral blacklisted by a bank. This could be allowed under Islam law, due to before dropping the sanctions, warning that the banks were giving our customers don’t draw a blank check anymore. Abstract

ABSTRACT This study entitled "Eksplorative Study of Productivity Level by Marketing Agent of PT. Asuransi Jiwa Bumi Asih Jaya District Demangan Branch Central Java". PT. Asuransi Jiwa Bumi Asih Jaya District Demangan Branch Central Java is a company engaged in life insurance services. This study aims to determine the level of productivity and the factors that support the productivity of marketers such as recruitment/selection, training, job satisfaction and leadership. The results showed that all factors such as recruitment/selection, training, job satisfaction and leadership could support the success of the company with a good level of productivity. This is proved by increased of sales policy in every year. PT. Asuransi Jiwa Bumi Asih Jaya District Demangan Branch Central Java do marketing agent recruitment with the involvement of psychologists to get individual characters such enormous interest to sell, talent, intelligence, broad knowledge and ways of communication to others, never give up, persevere and have the character of leaders . Then held training from PAMO, PAG, PAS and the PUM with materials that support the sale of policies and materials on familiar characters on the leader himself. Job satisfaction also appears to marketers when a close relationship between the leader and marketer, as well as between fellow marketers, besides giving provision which consistent with productivity at work. Leadership done by PT. Asuransi Jiwa Bumi Asih Jaya District Demangan Branch Central Java has been very good where marketers provide an appreciation of his leadership and zeal in work. Advised to the company to keep using the recruitment/selection, training, job satisfaction and leadership that already exists to further improve the productivity of marketing agents. Abstract

Abstract Management is one branch of economics that plays an important role in the successful management of an organization or company. Implementation of the company's management can improve the effectiveness and efficiency of resource companies or organizations so as to achieve the goal or vision of a better company. Islam is one religion the religion professed by the majority of the Indonesian population, have given color to every aspect of life of its adherents. Started in terms of religious, political, social and economic. Conventional economic outlook puts worldliness course, has not looked at his spiritual needs. So that employees only be the object of the company and not be subject to the company. With the implementation of the Human Resources Management Islam, the employee will be subject to the company so that they are able to participate actively for the betterment of the company. Islamic economic system in implementing human resource management, based on the harmony or balance between the need to do material and human ethics. Islamic Economic System not forget the main features of human progress, which is dependent on the extent to which the smooth coordination and harmony between the moral and material aspects of human life. Abstract

Abstrak Studi ini menguji faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pengungkapan sukarela informasi mengenai kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja (OHSPD). Pedoman pelaporan dari Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) digunakan sebagai standar pengukuran pengungkapan. Analisis statistik deskriptif menunjukka bahwa hanya sekitar 29% perusahaan publik di Indonesia secara sukarela menyediakan OHSPD. Analisis regresi logistik menunjukkan bahwa pengungkapan informasi seperti ini secara positif dipengaruhi oleh tipe industri dan operasi internasional. Tampaknya, perusahaan di Indonesia secara mimetic menyediakan program kesehatan dan keselamatan untuk pekerjanya dan mengkomunikasikan program tersebut di dalam laporan tahunannya sehingga pilihan mereka terhadap aktivitas Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) ini dapat disatukan dengan aktivitas CSR yang pada umumnya dilakukan oleh saingan mereka di dalam industri spesifik mereka dan di luar negeri. Abstract

ABSTRACT Led by syariah bangking operating in Indonesiam many banks think that their main affecting the loyalty of customer to syariah banking was the practically consistent obedience to Islamic banking principles. Unfortunately, rhereafter were controversies in regard with this teory. This research had an aim to analyse and for knowing preference and perceptions of individual customer banking Muslim and non Muslim prefer syariah banking in Province DIY. In taking the sample, random sampling is taking. The sample of the study is 163 individual customer syariah banking in Province DIY. Furthermore, descriptive statistic, are used in the study. Keyword: preference and perceptions of customer syariah banking.

Abstract

Abstract Sharia Banking in Indonesia have walked more or less two a decay and experience of the very growth of signifikan from year to year. But that progress not yet happened flattenedly. Because if comparated with the conventional bank growth is walked in advance mount the smaller that percentage a long way off. One of effort to increase enthusiasm of client of Indonesia Bank with the program of development of market segment and program the product development. During the time strive the product development of Sharia Banking more emphasizing at of service form and its transaction. Innovate to product of Sharia Banking even also is from time to time non-stoped to be developed and improved. Even to simply to differentiating characteristic among/between Sharia Banking with the conventional bank, crowded Sharia Banking embolden the islamication and arabication symbol and also its products. the symbol Eksklusivitas look coherent at name of product of Sharia Banking which always place forward the Arab terms (istilah-istilah arab), without reference to efficiency and the efektifity term use among plural society. Matter of that's becoming writer rationale to conduct this research This research analyse the arabic terms what is a lot of used in product of Sharia Banking, later then comparate with the use of finance scheme descripition explored with the terms have Indonesian. This research take the sample of urban community of Yogyakarta because assessed to represent the strategic region. Pursuant to hypothesizing, there no willingness difference of society konasi to use of arabic terms and use of finance scheme description in a few its product. type of Sample research used by cluster random sampling. This type of used by because wishing to know there is do not it him difference of society willingness of according to background of education and profession type/work. Sample research as much 150 respondent which is taken away from some of urban community Yogyakarta. In analyzing data gathered to be used aid of analyzer of data SPSS 17. Research analysis conducted through/passing test of two related sample test with the test analyse the sign test, k-independent sample test with the test analyse the Kruskal Wallis, and the two-independent sample test with the test analyse the Mann Whitney U test. Result of research show there are difference of society willingness to term use (arabic terms) and finance scheme description. Society more wishing of finance scheme description to be used in product marketing of sharia banking compared by Arabic terms.
