Abstract

This research aims to describe the management of facilities at the beach tourism object Nirwana Park. The type of research is descriptive qualitative research. The indicator in the research are primary facilities and supporting facilities wich are always from planning, organizing, actuating, and controlling. The research result shows that planning are still done by generally and not detail. Organizing fields are done by the owner of the tourist atraction. Actuating is done by influencing and giving direction in how the employee must do its task in order to create a positif impression for the tourism the attraction. Control is not well done yet, there are to basic standard in meacuring the acrevement of the goal that had been apointed. Keywords: Facilities Management, Tourist Attraction, Beach

Abstract

The purpose of this study are: (1) Describe the service quality of reception employess, (2) Describe the customer satisfaction and (3) Analyze the relationship between reception service quality employee towards customer satisfaction who stay over night at Grand Rocky Bukittinggi Hotel. The research is correlational. Research the population of this study are, all the guest who ever stayed at Grand Rocky Bukittinggi Hotel. A sample of 96 customers are taken incidentally. Data was collected using a questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. Furthermore the data were analyze by descriptive and correlation with the help of computer program SPSS version 16.00. The results showed that: (1) The service quality of the reception employee positioned the good category (81,3%), (2) the guest satisfaction positioned the satisfact category (63,5%), and (3) There is a positive and significant relationship between reception employee service quality and the customer satisfaction with the value of r amounted to 0,397 (0,000sig) and interpreted that these two variables has strong enaugh relationship.  Key words: service quality and guest satisfaction.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the relation Emotional Intelligence and Study Motivation with the Study Result of SMK N 2 Bukittinggi student in academic year 2016/2017. This research is a quantitative research with correlation approach. The population of this research is 80 culinary students of Grade X and the sample is 62 students. The technique of data collective is using questionnaire with Likert scale measurement. The analysis of data is using descriptive analysis and correlational. Based on the result of the research known that the highest percentage of emotional intelligence 65%, study motivation 52%, result study 74%, with the correlation coefficient0,688. The hypothesis (Ha) accepted as there is a positive and significant correlation between emotional intelligence and study motivation with study result at sanitation hygiene and work safety lesson in SMK N 2 Bukittinggi.Keyword : Emotional Intelligence , Study Motivation, Study Result.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to explain the different of electrolite concentrate of the result emmersion of slik by using exctract kembang sepatu flower with mordan belimbing wuluh is seen from the colour (hue), bright dark of the colour (value) and excitement of the colour. The kind of this research is experiment research. There are two variables of this research, first X variable is kembang sepatu flower that immerse of the silk, X1 variable is immerse to electrolite concentrate 10 gr, X2 is immerse to 60 gr and X3 is immerse to 120 gr electrolite concentrate. Both of variables Y is different immersion of the result from the name of colour (hue), bright dark of the colour (value) and excitement of the colour. The kind of the data are using primer data. The source of the data in this research is 15 of the participant. The analysis of technique of the data that used is one direction  of one direction. The processing of the data use to SPSS 16 program. From the result of the analyze data is about the name of the colour (hue) gething the same colour of immerse without using electrolite and each electrolite concentrate is soft red purple, using exctract kembang sepatu flower with mordan belimbing wuluh. The result of the analysis data bright dark of the colour (value) showed: Fhitung > Ftabel = 3,284 > 3,22 it’s mean has the significant different with bright, dark of the colour (value) in excitement, the colour explain Fhitung < Ftabel = 0,613 < 3,22 mean that there is no different excitement of the colour of different electrolite concentrate in emmersion of silk by using extract kembang sepatu flower with mordan belimbing wuluh.   Kata kunci: Perbedaan konsentrasi elektrolit, hasil pencelupan bahan sutera menggunakan ekstrak bunga kembang sepatu, mordan belimbing wuluh.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to describe the intake of food children (1-5 years) which includes a menu, frequency, portion, and how to give the food. The method of this research is descriptive with qualitative data. The informant on this research are mothers who have children (1-5 yerars) and total the informants was determined with Snowball sampling method. The method to get information are observation, interview and documentation process. the results showed that the intake of food who children at Tanjung Tanah, Danau Ketinci subdistrct, Kerinci regency, Jambi province, based the indicator menu of food children which not refer to B2SA (diverse, nutritious, balance and safe). Based the indicator portion, portion, the portion of rice and vegetable not in appropriate to the advice DepKes RI. The next indicator is based on the food who children (1-5 years), not in accordance with the recommendation DepKes RI and the based on food frequency indicator, was refer to the recommendation DepKes RI.Keyword : Food Supply, Children (1-5 years), Tanjung Tanah Village

Abstract

This purpose of research is to see how big the influence of variable Direct Marketing (X) to Purchasing Decision at Grand Rocky Hotel Bukittinggi. The sample in this research were 97 people taken using the thechnique of sampling purposive sampling. The data collection was done with the questionnaire using scale likert that they are highly capable validity and reliability. This research result indicate that (1) the Direct Marketing in good category (78%), (2) the Purchasing Decision in good category (87%), (3) the Direct Marketing affect Purchasing Decision of 15,2% and 84,8% influenced by other factors. Then obtained regression coefficient value of 0,338 with a value of t 4,122 on sig. 0,000 < 0,05. This mean that each increase of 1 unit Direct Marketing will increase 0,338 unit of Customer DecisionKeywords: Direct Marketing, Purchasing Decision

Abstract

This study aimed to describe the name of the color (hue), light and dark colors (Value) and flatness of color for silk dyeing results using crimson seed extract (Bixa Orellana l) with mordant sweet star fruit and starfruit. This research is an experimental research. The data used are primary data sourced from 15 panelists, then the collected data is processed and analyzed using ANOVA and Percentage. Dyeing silk with crimson seed extract (Bixa Orellana l) without mordant produce Mineral Orange color with a value reasonably bright and flatness of color is quite average. Mordan sweet star fruit is Peach with bright value and average color flatness and mordant starfruit is Light Peach with a value very bright and flatness of color is very flat. The results of the data analysis of light and dark colors (value) indicates F count> F table = 3.320> 3. 22 This means that there is a significant difference to the light and dark colors (value) due to differences mordant. At the flatness of the color indicates Fhitung> Ftable = 9599> 3.22 means that there is a significant difference to the flatness of color due to differences mordant. Abstract

This study aimed to describe the mother's level of knowledge about nutrition , describe the nutritional status of children under five , and maternal knowledge about the relationship of nutrition and nutritional status of children under five in Housing Belimbing.Jenis this research is quantitative descriptive correlational form . The population in this study were mothers of children under five who have poor nutritional status and malnutrition , amounting to 38 orang.Analisis using the Pearson correlation coefficient Product Moment Correlation and continued with the t test for the significance analysis korelasi.Berdasarkan coefficient description of the data analysis results , that percentage the level of achievement of the respondents on the variables of maternal nutrition knowledge was highest in the percentage of 58 % with the low category , nutritional status of children under five variables obtained results from 38 infants who have nutritional problems are 11 % who suffer from malnutrition , and the remaining 89 % are children under five nutritional status less . The results of the correlation analysis suggests that there is a positive and significant relationship between mothers' knowledge of nutrition with nutritional status of children in the Housing Carambola .    Keywords: Mothers' Knowledge OfNutrition, Nutritional Status

Abstract

As for the purpose of this study was to describe: (a) planning, (b) organization, (c) direction, and (d) supervision in Sapta Pesona Beach Attractions Padang. Type of research is qualitative research. As for the research question is how management stepping in attraction Padang beach. Data collection techniques performed by using interviews, observation and documentation involving, namely: managers of attractions, attractions surrounding communities. The data analyzed include three grooves activities namely, data reduction, data presentation, and making conclusions. Based on the results of the study found some issues related to the management of stepping in Padang beach a tourist attraction, namely: 1) planning, 2) organizing 3) directing, and 4) supervision attraction patai Padang. Planning related to the objectives to be achieved in the long term, namely the sustainability of the coast of Padang as maritime tourist attraction and in the short term as a growing attraction. Plan implementation is done by means of securing and optimizing existing security officer attractions. Reporting is done verbally from the clerk to the coordinator for operations, while reporting administratively done in writing. Briefing conducted by reminding each other by management personnel attractions of the tasks to be done. Supervisors do managers together with the community, police, municipal police, the Department of Health Taman Padang.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the internal factors and external factors of the facilities development on the tourism object at Telabang Sakti and also to determine the development strategy of tourism facilities at Telabang Sakti. This research consists of three indicators of tourism facilities, namely: basic facilities, complimentary facilities and supporting facilities for tourism. The type of research is descriptive with qualitative data. Informans in this study are namely: 2 people from Dinas Pariwisata Kabupaten Sijunjung, 3 from managers attraction Telabang Sakti and 3 tourist attraction of Telabang Sakti. The development strategy of the facilities in the tourist attraction of Telabang Sakti are to increase the cooporeration of the government with the managers, renovate the resort in the tourist attraction, create a swimming pool with freshwater for snorkeling, increase the knowledge of food and drink merchants, add children’s playground, hold sports event calendar, while to the community to learn it is suggested how to make handicrafts, set a standard selling price, and more vigorous in looking for sponsors.Keywodrs: Strategy, Development, Facilities, SWOT Analysis1D4
