The purpose of this study is to understand the influence between leadership style, organizational culture, and self-concept on the trainers’ performance at the Vocational Training Institutions in Batam. These factors are contributing a lot to the successive performance of the students, trainers, and institutions. However, this study only gives framework to the performance of the trainers. Improving trainers’ performance will lead to the improvement of training or educational operation. Some methods such as interviews, observations and questionnaires were used to collect the data. There were 82 trainers selected as respondents to fill the questionnaires, and the data obtained were analyzed using SPSS program. Statistical test methods such as prerequisite analytical tests, t-test, F-test, multiple linear regressions, and coefficients determination. The results give conclusion that there is significant effect and correlation between the leadership styles, organizational cultures, and self-concept on the trainers’ performance at the Vocational Training Institutions in Batam.

Based on interviews at SMK Negeri 2 Banda Aceh in 2021, obtained from 25 students, 4 people did not pass the skills test in the subject of building utility systems, with an average knowledge score of 79.2 and an average skill score of 78.4 One of the factors is the inadequate infrastructure in carrying out the learning process, especially practicum learning. The purpose of the study was to evaluate the learning process of building utility system subjects in the Construction and Property Engineering Expertise Program using the CIPPO model at SMK Negeri 2 Banda Aceh City. This research is an evaluation research using the CIPPO model, namely the evaluation of the context, input, process, product and outcome. The type of research is a mixed method with Concurrent Triangulation Strategy. Sources of qualitative data were obtained from the Principal, Deputy Principal of the School of Facilities and Infrastructure, Head of the Construction and Property Engineering Expertise Program, Head of Lab and 5. Teachers who teach building utility systems at SMK Negeri 2 Banda Aceh. Quantitative data were taken from 40 students of class XII and XIII. The results showed that the context component was in the sufficient category (73.59%), the Input component was in the sufficient category (75.69%), the process component was in the sufficient category (72.01%), the Product component was in the sufficient category (66.5 %), and the outcome component is also in the sufficient category (73.25%). Because all components are in the sufficient category, it is recommended to make appropriate improvements to improve student achievement abilities in the subject of building utility systems in the Construction and Property Engineering Expertise Program at SMK Negeri 2 Banda Aceh.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, the learning process, which was usually carried out face-to-face in front of the class, could no longer be carried out. So that with the spread of the covid-19 virus, the teaching and learning process has turned into distance learning to limit the spread of the covid 19 virus. Online distance learning began in early March 2020. This requires educators to think about what methods and media will be used. used for the teaching and learning process. For this reason, learning videos (Youtube) are used in the classroom teaching process. The purpose of this study was to improve learning outcomes by applying learning videos (Youtube) in Class XII BDP 1 SMK N 2 Padang. Based on the data analysis of the first cycle to the second cycle there is an increase in learning outcomes. The percentage in the first cycle of 72.73% rose to 91.34% in the second cycle. The increase of 18.61% in the percentage result in both cycle I and cycle II has reached the percentage that the author set at the beginning of the study, which is 65%. The average student learning outcome in the first cycle was 82.57 with a percentage of 72.73%. At the end of the second cycle learning outcomes increased to 87.45 with a percentage of 91.34%. The minimum completeness standard in this study is 80 and the research indicator is determined that 80% of students complete above the SKM. In this study, there were 91.34% of students above the SKM. Based on the results of this study, it is suggested that teachers in the field of online business and marketing skills competency studies can use learning videos for online learning.

Online learning can use an e-learning platform, e-learning content must be ideal and in accordance with the evaluation of the use of e-learning content. However, the gap that occurs is that e-learning content has never been started at Padang State University (UNP). The problems experienced by lecturers are not using content optimally, only using uploaded material, while content related to how to present material, learning methods in the use of e-learning and other content is not used. The purpose of this research is to make improvements to the implementation of e-learning in the UNP environment. The method used is a mixed method with quantitative and qualitative research, CIPP evaluation model, data collection using questionnaires. Based on the keywords from the CIPP evaluation results; 1) Context such as Principles, Goals, Environment, Needs. 2). Inputs such as e-learning delivery format, human resources (HR), User-friendly E-learning interface and service quality. 3) product category, namely Lecturer Competence. 4). Category of Lecturer Interaction Process, Teaching Method. The results of the survey obtained in Contexs have an average of 77.23, for input the average is 93.99, then the average process is 69.73, and the product is 68.25. So that it can provide recommendations for evaluating the implementation of e-learning by considering the process in the interaction section, on the product aspect of learning outcomes, on the input aspect the value is very good, then the component dimensions need to be improved.

The failure of the roll during the rolling process causes cobble to lose production time for several hours. Investigations include visual inspection, lltrasonic test, chemical analysis, metallography, and hardness measurement. Stand finishing F1-F4 uses High Chrome (HCr) material type, while Stand F5-F6 uses ICDP material type. Spalling work roll occurs on stand F5 with Roll Top position. Roll was chipped between shell and core with an exfoliation percentage of 30% of the roll surface area. Visually, the chipped part looks smooth and even. Thus no typical sign of fatigue or brittle failure was observed. The chemical composition of the roll conforms to the standard. Roll surface hardness that does not experience spalling follows the standard. The metallography analysis found micro-cracks in the spalled samples and inclusions in the form of scale in the shell-core interface. Based on the study, it can be concluded that the spalling roll is caused by poor bonding of the shell and core on the roll.
