Abstract

System Information  as a support facility within an institution that is intended to simplify the task of the user, so as to achieve time, cost, and resource saving in decision making. User satisfaction of  System information is one factor or measure of success for any development and implementation of System Information in agency or company. A good Service quality image can be viewed from the point of view or perception  user of the System Information which is the overall assessment of the superiority of a service. This research will analyze the influence of tangibels, reliabillity, responsivenness, communication, understanding the costumers, and Access to the user  satisfaction with system information. Object of this study is the user data in the publication services of the Badan Pusat Statistik Provinsi Sumatera Barat  that uses information systems in search of required data. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously and partially there is a significant influence between variable x with user satisfaction (Y). While the results of the analysis of the level of achievement of respondents to each variable, variable X5 (Access) become a variable that is very influential on the level of user satisfaction, is 92.5% is categorized as a strong variable. Keywords: Service Quality, gap , System Information

Abstract

APBD is a systematic detailed list of receipts, expenditures and local spending within a certain period ( 1 year ) arranged in Permendagri No. 16 of 2006, so that the data APBD can be used as guidelines for governments and local expenditures in carrying out activities to raise revenue to maintain economic stability and to avoid inflation and deflation. Government financial institutions in areas such as DPKA Padang, experienced difficulties in identifying the relevance of each archive data on a APBD that so much, that results in a data warehouse, in addition to the administration, APBD in the government of Padang have not been effective. To minimize the difficulty in identifying heap data archive APBD, then the data warehouse can be used to produce a knowledge that by using the techniques of Data Mining ( DM ), the method used is clustering and forecasting, clusterisasi performed using the K-Means Algorithm while for forecasting with multiple linear regression. With this method intended to classify and identify the data in the budget that have certain characteristics in common, and can predict the value of APBD in the future .Keywords : Clustering, K - Means, Forecasting.

Abstract

Padang is the largest city in the province of West Sumatra. The city is known as a tourist town. In addition, the city is included in the strategic town traffic lane Sumatra. Many migrants are interested in visiting this city. In addition to many tourist objects there are facilities that support from the tourism such as: souvenir. However, lying scattered in various areas of the city of Padang, Make information on the attractions are still hard to come by public although migrants who visit this city.The development of communication technology which is currently developing an outstanding effect. Android based smartphone communication tools more and more popular every person in search of information about the existence of the location and the address of a place that is difficult to find when needed. To overcome this problem, the authors aim to design locator application padang souvenir with location-based services  ( LBS ). By displaying a digital map using google maps features and augmented reality. Applications designed using Android development Tool, mixar, augmented reality browser, And editor Eclipse integrated development environment (IDE). While the programming language used is Java , extensible languange , hypertext preprocessor (PHP) and query structure languange (SQL).This application helps users find out information on attractions such as distance , direction , address that appears in the form of digital maps. Abstract

The problem in this study is the low average learning outcomes of students on subjects Applying Electric and Electronics Engineering Basics is under the Minimum Criterion of completeness (KKM) which has been established SMKN 5 Padang is 75. This study aims to determine the effect of application of learning models Contextual Teaching & Learning and Problem Base Learning model on student learning outcomes on subjects Applying Electric and Electronics EngineeringBasics of students Audio Video Techniques at SMKN 5 Padang 2017/2018. The type of this research is experimental research with Pre experimental design with NonProbability Sampling design. The sample of research is class 1E 1B as experiment class using Contextual Teaching & Learningmodel and class 1E 1A as control class using Problem Base Learning model. Data collection techniques from post-test in the experimental class and control class, then analyzed for homogeneity test, normality test and hypothesis test. From the experimental class research results obtained an average value of 82.47, while the control class gets an average value of 77.88 with more influence6 %. The result of hypothesis calculation at significant level α = 0,05 got count> ttable that is 2,869>1,696, because big count of ttable, null hypothesis (Ho) rejected and alternative hypothesis (Ha) accepted. Can be concluded mean at the real level, this research shows that, there is influence of student learning result which signifikan between usage model ofContextual Teaching & Learning type with Problem Base Learning model on subjects Applying Electric and Electronics Engineering Basics of student of Audio Video Technique at SMKN 5 Padang. So the Contextual Teaching & Learninglearning model is gives better than results to the Problem Base Learning.Keywords : Learning outcomes, Model of Learning,Contextual Teaching & Learning, Problem Base Learning.

Abstract

This study is based from a case in KOPERTIS Region X about scholarship management process that was done manually and spend a lot of time. From this case, a Scholarship Management Information Systems is designed to assist KOPERTIS Region X in scholarship management.Scholarship Management Information System was developed using Waterfall Mode, which starts with the specification of user needs and continued by planning, modelling, construction, delivering system to the deployment, and finally the system maintenance. Scholarship Management Information System is designed by using the web-based programming language such as HTML, PHP5, CSS, JavaScript, Ajax, jQuery and MySQL databases. From this study, a web-based system of Scholarship Management Information Systems is created at KOPERTIS Region X to help the performance of KOPERTIS Region X in  scholarship management. Keyword : Management Information System, Waterfall Mode, PHP, MySQL.

Abstract

Arsip merupakan sumber informasi yang sangat penting dalam sebuah kantor, namun pengelolaan arsip sering terabaikan dan belum efisien, hal ini dapat menyebabkan berbagai masalah dari kerusakan arsip sampai hilangnya data arsip. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui prosedur pengelolaan arsip pada kantor Wali Nagari Air Dingin di Kabupaten Solok. Metode dalam pengumpulan data penelitian yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil pengamatan pada pengelolaan arsip di Wali Nagari Air Dingin meliputi pencatatan surat masuk dan surat keluar dilakukan dengan cara manual, penyimpanan dan pemeliharaan arsip yang kurang baik, tempat penyimpanan arsip yang tidak terawat dan sulit untuk pencarian arsip. Sehingga perlu adanya sistem informasi untuk pengelolaan arsip, sistem informasi arsip dibangun dengan menggunakan bahasa pemograman PHP dan framework CodeIgniter berbasis web. Hasil dari perancangan ini berupa sistem informasi arsip berbasis web yang dapat mengelola pencatatan surat masuk, surat keluar, pencarian surat, dan penyimpanan arsip secara digital.Kata kunci : Sistem Informasi, Arsip, PHP, Codeigniter. Archives are a very important source of information in an office, but records management is often neglected and inefficient, this can cause various problems from archive damage to loss of archive data. The purpose of this study was to determine the records management procedures at the Wali Nagari Air Dingin office in Solok Regency. The method of collecting research data used is observation, interview, and documentation. Based on observations on the management of records in the Wali Nagari Air Dingin office, the recording of incoming and outgoing letters was done manually, storage and maintenance of archives that were not good, where archives were not maintained and it was difficult to search for archives. So it is necessary to have an information system for archival management, and archive information system built using the PHP programming language and web-based Codeigniter framework. The results of this design in the form of a web-based archive information system that can manage the recording of incoming letters, outgoing letters, search letters, and digitally store archives.Keywords: Information Systems, Archives, PHP, Codeigniter.

Abstract

The problems of union can arise in various parts of the business process implementedthat are services to members and consumers, financial management, sales management, promotions and other various services, both the main process and supporting one. For service business processes, the union uses social media and other similiar platform. For reporting business processes, it is still carried out in a manual way. To improve the results of the business process in the system of union, it requires web-based e-commerce in order to help all of the aspects. The presence of an e-commerce system is to help promoting the products and facilitate consumers to do everything within the business processes. The design of the e-commerce system uses the MVC (Model, View, Controller). The programming language used is the PHP (PHP Hypertext Preprocessor) based on Codeigniter framework and MySQL as a Database Management System (DBMS) and Sublime Text 3 as the editor. Business processes that exist in this union could sell products in a larger area in order to convey the information about the products to consumers quickly. With the system in the union, consumers will be much easier in ordering the producs they want.Keywords :  Codeigniter Framework, MySQL, E-Commerce.

Abstract

The development ofboarding house geographic information system (GIS) ismotivated by the lack of information obtained by students about boarding house who was studying in Padang city. The owner of boarding house do promotions using pamphlet or flyer. That is causing inefficient access for people or students who need this informations because it can not be accessed anytime and anywhere. The purpose of making this final project usinggeographic information systemis to design an integrated information system to ease people especially students obtain information boarding house including facilities available in Padang city. The system is designed to be easily and efficiently accessed through desktop and mobile device.This information system design using the UML (Unified Modelling Language) modelling visualization with some object-oriented visualization diagram. The programming language that is used to develop this geographic information system is PHP (PHP Hypertext Preprocessor) based codeigniter framework, Javascript, AJAX, with MySQL as Database Management System (DBMS) and Sublime Text 3 as editor. This research are conducted to produce an applicative geographic information system that can be used to ease people or students to get information of boarding house along with tracking or direction with GPS, price, facilities inside, and transportation. Is is expected this information system can help the owner of boarding house to utilize technology as distribution information media and give ease to the people or students to get that information.Keywords:Geographic Information System (GIS), Boarding House, UML.

Abstract

Tujuan dari tugas akhir ini adalah dapat membuat alat ukir layout rangkaian elektronika pada papan PCB (Printed Circuit Board) atau yang disebut dengan mesin CNC (Computer Numerical Control) sehingga dapat mempermudah pekerjaan manusia dalam pembuatan layout dan mengurangi proses dari pembuatan layout biasa yang menggunakan bahan pelarut tembaga Ferric Chloride (FeCl3) dan proses lainnya. Metode perancangan dan pembuatan sistem alat ada beberapa tahapan yaitu  perancangan alat, perancangan perangkat keras perancangan perangkat lunak, dan rancangan fisik alat. Hasil perancangan dan pembuatan alat mesin CNC untuk mengukir layout pada PCB bekerja dengan menggunakan mikrokontroller Arduino UNO sebagai pengirim firmware GRBL dan menggunakan aplikasi CNCjs untuk mengontrol mesin CNC. Alat ini menggunakan tiga (3) motor stepper nema17 sebagai penggerak mesin dengan tiga axis yaitu X, Y dan Z, selanjutnya mesin CNC menggunakan bor sebagai alat ukir pada PCB yang terletak pada Axis Z. Layout akan diukir pada PCB setelah file layout diubah dalam bentuk file .ngc menggunakan aplikasi inkscape dan diupload pada aplikasi CNCjs sehingga pengontrolan mesin CNC pada proses baik sebelum dan akan dioperasikan. Dari hasil penelitian tugas akhir ini menghasilkan alat yang dapat mengukir layout pada papan PCB.Kata kunci : CNC, PCB, Motor Stepper, GRBL, Mikrokontroller
