Abstract

HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT IN ORGANIZATIONS (CASE STUDY: JACK NELSON OF BANK DIRECTORS LOCAL X). This paper analyzes the circumstances that occurred on the banks X related to human resources which have a very high growth. Allegedly this high growth happens when each branch has the authority for the recruitment of employees and their numbers are very high turnover in employees. Base on the analysis this circumtance will be linked to the concept of human resource management reorganization at the central, the planning, the recruitment process and strategy, as well as training and development of employees. So it would appear that the new system will build either through reorganization, labor planning, recruitment process systemically, as well as employee development training . That will be no misscommunication  and there is no iut of procedure will occure. Keywords: reorganization, job descriptions, recruitment task analysis, training, developing of employees.

Abstract

ANALYSIS OF EFFECT OF ENCOURAGEMENT ACHIEVEMENT AND RECOGNITION OF COMPETENCE MANAGING PHARMACIST IN PHARMACY. This research is an activity to determine the factors that affect the competence of pharmacists that have implications for the performance of pharmacists in pharmacy management. The research objective was to examine and analyze the magnitude of the following research variables: (1) Condition: encouragement of achievement and recognition, from the pharmacist. (2) The condition of Pharmacists competence. (3) How much influence: encouragement of achievement and recognition of the competence of pharmacists pharmacists partially. (4) How much influence the encouragement of achievement and recognition of the competence of pharmacists simultaneously. The research is quantitative research, described in the descriptive analysis and verification and performed in Banten province, with a sample of 151 pharmacists who practice at least 30% of the number of days open from pharmacies. The sampling technique used proportionate stratified random sampling, to differentiate samples by length of work diapotik with a span of <3 years, 4-6 years, 7-10 years and> 10 years. Data analysis method used is path analysis. The results showed that respondents: (1) Conditions encouragement of achievement and recognition of Pharmacists in the stage quite well until very good. (2) The condition of Pharmacists competence in the stage quite well until very good. (3) There is a significant and positive influence of encouragement and recognition of achievement 8.40% at 34.70% (5) There is a significant influence on the encouragement of achievement and recognition of the competence of the simultaneous 41%. Keywords: the encouragement of achievement and recognition, responsibility and work attitudes, perceptions and moral work, competence, performance pharmacist.

Abstract

TRANSPORTATION MANAGEMENT ANALYSIS USING VOGEL'S APPROXIMA-TION (VAM) AND METHOD OF DISTRIBUTION MODIFIED (MODI). This study aimed to analyze the problems of transportation, especially the problem transportation costs by using Vogel's Approximation (VAM) and modified distribution method (MODI). In this study VAM methods used to find the initial solution and then proceed with the search for the optimal solution by using MODI. The data obtained is data derived from PT.Pilar Inkasari Karya - East Jakarta on shipment per month for 3 years ie 2011 to 2013. The analysis showed that the optimization of the burden of transportation costs Rp 2.225.288.000 annually is obtained by using initial solution Vogel's Approximation method (VAM) and final solution to the Modified method Distribution (MODI). From these results it can be concluded that the method of Vogel's Approximation (VAM) and modified distribution method (MODI) can be used to solve the problem of transportation. Keywords : Vogel’s Approximation Method. Abstract

ANALYSIS OF EFFECT OF WORK STRESS AND WORK ON THE PERFORMANCE OF EMPLOYEES MOTIVATION (CASE STUDY IN. INDOPELITA AIRCRAFT SERVICES). The purpose of this study is to investigate the phenomenon and to obtain empirical evidence, and conclusions about the effects of two independent variables mentioned above, the performance of employees. This research uses descriptive quantitative method. The type of data used are primary data. The sample used by 95 respondents. Methods of collecting data is done through the distribution of questionnaires to scale linkert. The results showed that (1) the stress of work a significant negative effect on the performance of employees. Contributions effect of work stress on employee performance for 0063. This means that variations in the performance of employees affected by changes in work stress by 6.3%, (2) work motivation positive and significant effect on employee performance. Contributions influence work motivation on employee performance at 0:07. This means that variations in the performance of employees affected by changes in motivation to work by 7%, (3) Work stress and work motivation simultaneously and significant influence on employee performance. Contributions effects of job stress and work motivation simultaneously by 0115. This means that the variation changes the employee's performance is affected by the stress of work and work motivation by 11.5% while the remaining 88.5% is influenced by other factors not included in the scope of this study. From the data analysis it can be concluded that the stress of work and work motivation parsiel or simultaneously significant effect on performance. From the results of the descriptive analysis, it is suggested that in order to reduce employee stress, the work time should receive special attention. Abstract

COMPETITIVE ANALYSIS OF MARKETING STRATEGY POWER SUMBER SOLUSINDO, PT. This research aims to determine what marketing strategies that can be done at Power Sumber Solusindo, PT of marketing strategies that have been implemented by considering the factors of internal and external factors on the Company, and to improve the competitiveness in product marketing in corporate environments Oil and gas in Indonesia, resulting in maximum profit. The method used in this thesis is a descriptive research model, using analysis of internal factors, external and analysis through the SWOT analysis and the BCG matrix. BCG matrix method is used to determine the rate of market growth in Power Sumber Solusindo, PT and has targeted a growth of 11.85%, and market share has more than the ability to compete with competitors. The results of the SWOT analysis of Power Sumber Solusindo, PT yield that the right strategy at Power Sumber Solusindo, PT is to perform three steps namely the Strategic Growth Markets (Market Growth Strategy), Strategy Market Share (Market Share Startegy), Market Expansion Strategy (Expansion Strategy). This study concluded that the competing product marketing strategy that can be used is to make investments to Strengthen its dominant position in emerging markets, and deepen market penetration power that has mastered marketing to accelerate growth, as well as to make cooperation with the principal to get the product with ease competitive prices. Abstract

COMPARISON OF STUDENTS LEARN ENGLISH USING INTERACTIVE WITH CONVENTIONAL METHODS (A Case Study of Grade I and II SD Islam Al Azhar 15 and SD Islam Nurfatahillah in the district Pamulang, South Tangerang). The result shows that: from the result of interview and discussion shows that students’ interest in learning English is higher when using interactive CD method than the speech method, so this affected students’ learning achievement in both elementary schools. The statistical calculation of learning achievement of both elementary schools shows that the average score of students’ learning achievement at Al Azhar 15 Elementary School through speech method is 92.05 and its deviation standard is 5.89, while the average score of students’ learning achievement in experiment class through interactive method is 93.95 and its deviation standard is 4.97. The average score of the second grade of controlled class through speech method is 84.21 and its deviation standard is 4.08 while students’ learning achievement of experiment class is 92.29 and its deviation standard is 6.64. Meanwhile, the average score of second grade students’ learning achievement in controlled class at Nurfatahillah Elementary School through speech method is 86,59 and its deviation standard is 13,93, while the average score of students’ learning achievement in the experiment class is 91,24 and its deviation standard is 8,66. According to the statistical calculation, it can be seen that there is improvement on the average score of all classes at both elementary schools after using interactive method and interactive CD “ PLAYING WHILE STUDYING TOGETHER WITH BEBI”. The calculation of deviation standard which is inverse with the average score shows that the sameness of experiment classes’ test achievement of both Elementary Schools is better than
