Abstract

Individual readiness and maturity is a must-have for someone who is going to get married. For this reason, the Ministry of Religion is instructed that every prospective bride and groom who will marry must first follow marriage guidance as a step in realizing a sakinah, mawaddah and rahmah family. This research is a field research with a normative-empirical legal research method. This research was conducted at the Bukit Mekarwangi Housing Estate, Tanah Sareal District, Bogor City. Primary data sources are taken from interviews with parents of adolescents and adolescents themselves. Secondary data sources are collected through legal sources, implementation documents, modules and other supporting data. Furthermore, the data were analyzed descriptively. Based on the results of the research conducted, the researchers concluded that: first, pre-marital marriage guidance in Bukit Mekarwangi Housing was in accordance with the technical instructions for implementing marriage guidance. Implementation of the guidance can be said to be effective seen from the organization of activities and the fulfillment of infrastructure at the research site. In addition, it also has a positive impact on the bride and groom. Second, the effect of implementation on the readiness of the bride and groom: mentally and conceptually related to their marriage increases with the increase in new knowledge they get from the material presented.Keywords: Teenagers, Premarital, Counseling

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low learning outcomes of the Cooperative Training Participants for the Young Generation at the UPTD Cooperative Training Center, West Sumatra, this is presumably due to the low professional competence of widyaiswara. This study aims to: describe the professional competence of widyaiswara, learning outcomes of training participants' learning outcomes, and see the relationship between widyaiswara's professional competencies and learning outcomes of Cooperatives training participants for the Young Generation at UPTD Cooperative Training Center of West Sumatra. The research population is the learning residents who are registered as participants in the Cooperative Training for the Young Generation in 2020 totaling 35 people and a sample of 25 training participants who were taken using a sampling technique, namely simple random sampling. Data collection techniques in the form of a questionnaire with a questionnaire tool. Data analysis technique with percentage formula and rank order correlation. The results showed that: (1) the professional competence of widyaiswara was low, (2) the learning outcomes of the training participants were low, (3) there was a significant relationship between the professional competence of the widyaiswara and the learning outcomes of the Cooperatives training participants for the Young Generation at UPTD Cooperative Education and Training Center Sumatra. West. It is recommended for institutions to be able to pay attention to matters relating to the achievement of training participants' learning outcomes so that the learning outcomes achieved by training participants are maximized, and it is recommended for widyaiswaras to improve their competencies in order to improve training participants' learning outcomes.Keywords: widyaiswara professional competence, learning outcomes, education and training

Abstract

The background of this research is the low participation of learners in the PKK program in the East Attitude Village of Pariaman City. This is presumably due to the low persuasion communication of the instructor to the learning community in the PKK program. This study aims to see: 1) an overview of persuasive communication in the PKK program in East Attitude Village, Pariaman City, 2) a description of the participation of learners in making ginger powder in the PKK program at Attitudeak Timur Village, Pariaman City, 3) knowing the relationship between persuasive communication and the participation of learners in making ginger powder in the PKK program at Attitudeak Timur Village, Pariaman City.This study uses a quantitative approach, with the type of correlation which aims to determine the relationship of persuasion communication with the participation of learners in the PKK program in East Attitude Village, Pariaman City. The research population is 35 people and the sampling technique uses Stratified Random Sampling and taken as many as 70%, namely 25 people. Techniques in collecting data using questionnaires and data collection tools in the form of a list of statements. The data analysis technique uses the percentage formula and Rank Order.The results of the study found that: 1) The description of the persuasive communication of learners in the PKK program in the East Attitude Village of Pariaman City was categorized as low; 2) The description of the participation of learners in the PKK program in the East Attitude Village of Pariaman City is categorized as low, and; 3) There is a significant relationship between persuasion communication and the participation of learners in the PKK program in the East Attitude Village of Pariaman City. Furthermore, suggestions are expected for further researchers to examine new variables so that they can multiply and complete the variables to be studied further.Keywords: Persuasion Communication; Participation

Abstract

This research was motivated by a course and training institution (LKP) Purwacaraka Music Studio Padang which has fairly stable course participants and good course participants' achievements in the midst of the covid-19 pandemic. This type of research is a case study with a qualitative approach. the main instrument of this research is the researcher himself. sources of data in this study were branch managers, LKP admins, tutors, course participants, and parents of course participants. Data collection techniques in this study were interviews, observation, and documentation. The validity of the data obtained from this research is by triangulation of data sources. The results showed that: LKP Purwacaraka Music Studio Padang did all the preparations for learning based on the direction of the central Purwacaraka Music Studio. The curriculum provided is based on the national standard of Indonesian music courses so that the preparation that must be done by course participants, the ability of tutors, the material taught, the media used, the methods used, the learning environment prepared for the convenience of visitors, and preparation for evaluation of the learning of course participants with national standards throughout the region Indonesia. This makes LKP Purwacaraka Music Studio course participants even in small areas able to compete at national and international levels.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the efforts to improve the Japanese language skills of prospective workers at LPK Mirai Jaya Indralaya, with a qualitative descriptive type of research. Data was collected using interview, observation and documentation methods with research subjects LPK Mirai Jaya managers, instructors, learning residents and alumni of LPK Mirai Jaya. The results obtained in this study are: 1) Internal efforts made by LPK Mirai Jaya in improving the Japanese language skills of prospective workers are going well. These efforts include education and training, as well as a learning community ability test which is carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Japan Foundation. 2) External efforts made by students at LPK Mirai Jaya to support the efforts made by LPK Mirai Jaya managers, namely the competence of learning citizens, active learning of citizens, and Japanese language skills. Keywords: Effort, Japanese language, skill

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low ability to read the Koran, allegedly due to various factors, one of which is the intensity of participating in Koranic learning at TPQ Al Mu'min in Kenagarian Panti Timur, Panti District, Pasaman Regency. This study aims to see a description of the intensity of following the Koran learning, a description of the ability to read the Koran, the relationship between the intensity of participating in Koranic learning and the ability to read the Koran at TPQ Al Mu'min in Kenagarian Panti Timur, Panti District, Pasaman Regency. This type of research is correlational with a quantitative approach. The population of this study were all 45 students of the Qur'anic level at TPQ Al Mu'min aged 8-12 years. The research sample was taken 80%, namely as many as 36 people using purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques used closed interviews and tests. Then for the data analysis technique used the percentage formula and product moment formula. The results of the study indicate that a) the intensity of participating in learning the Qur'an at TPQ Al Mu'min is still low; b) the ability to read the Koran at TPQ Al Mu'min is still low; c) there is a significant relationship between the intensity of participating in learning the Koran with the ability to read the Koran at TPQ Al Mu'min In Kenagarian Panti Timur, Panti District, Pasaman RegencyKeywords: the intensity of participating in learning the Qur'an, the ability to read the Qur'an

Abstract

The problem in this study is how is the quality of education set by the Singapore Ministry of Education to realize the excellence of students at every level of education? How to develop early education to overcome the drop out at the primary school education level in Singapore? The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method. Data collection techniques through library studies. Literature research is a data collection technique by reviewing books, literature, notes, and various reports related to the problem to be solved. Data analysis techniques are carried out by reducing, presenting, and inferring the data that has been collected. The results showed that (1) The quality of education at every level and unit of education in Singapore has always been of particular concern to the Singapore Ministry of Education. Singapore's Ministry of Education always oversees the development of the national curriculum to obtain the desired Educational outcomes. in the form of student excellence in life skills, knowledge skills, and subject discipline knowledge organized into eight core skills and values: character development, self-management skills, social and cooperative skills, literacy and numeracy, communication skills, information skills, thinking skills and creativity, and skills of application of knowledge. (2) Singapore is a barometer of early childhood education programs in the Asia Pacific Region. The involvement of parents in supporting children's learning activities at home is a must so that the child's learning atmosphere while at school is supported and strengthened by the learning atmosphere at home.Keywords: education system, early childhood, Singapore, Schools, singapore

Abstract

The background of this research is the low learning outcomes of citizens studying in PPKN lessons in the Package C learning program at PKBM Cahaya Abadi Nagari Surian. This is presumably due to the low persuasive communication of the tutor. This study aims to: 1) see the description of the tutor's persuasive communication in the implementation of package C learning activities at PKBM Cahaya Abadi Nagari Surian, 2) see the picture of learning outcomes for PPKN package C subjects at PKBM Cahaya Abadi Nagari Surian, 3) see the relationship of tutor persuasive communication with the learning outcomes of citizens learning on the subject of PPKN package C at PKBM Cahaya Abadi Nagari Surian.This research was conducted with a correlational quantitative approach that aims to examine the relationship between persuasive communication and learning outcomes. The research population is all residents studying package C in PKBM Cahaya Abadi Nagari Surian as many as 44 people, the academic year 2020/2021 is an odd semester, the sampling technique is stratified random sampling and taken as many as 70%, namely 31 people. The data collection method uses a questionnaire with a statement list format as a data collection tool, data analysis techniques use the percentage formula and to find correlations using the Product Moment formula.The results of the study prove that: 1) The description of the persuasive communication of package C tutors at PKBM Cahaya Abadi Nagari Surian is categorized as low; 2) The description of the learning outcomes of learning residents in the PPKN package C subject at PKBM Cahaya Abadi Nagari Surian is categorized as moderate, and; 3) there is a significant relationship between the tutor's persuasive communication and the learning outcomes of residents studying the PPKN package C subject at PKBM Cahaya Abadi Nagari Surian. It is hoped that the manager will help improve the quality of tutors' persuasive communication so that they have good skills in the quality of their persuasive communication.Keywords: Persuasive Communication; Learning outcomes

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low level of independence of out-of-school teenagers in Nagari Pulau Mainan, Dharmasraya Regency, this is presumably because parents' attention to the independence of dropout teenagers is low. The objectives of the study are as follows: 1) to find out how high the level of parental attention is to teenagers dropping out of school at the junior high school level in Nagari Pulau Mainan, Dharmasraya Regency; 2) to determine the level of independence of junior high school dropouts in Nagari Pulau Mainan, Dharmasraya Regency; 3) to find out whether there is a relationship between parental attention and the independence of junior high school dropouts in Nagari Pulau Mainan, Dharmasraya Regency. This research uses quantitative research and correlational descriptive technique. The population of this study were 24 students who dropped out of school in Nagari Pulau Mainan, Dharmasraya Regency and a sample of 18 people. Collecting data in this study using a questionnaire and to analyze the data using a statistical formula, namely the percentage formula and Spearman rho to determine whether or not there is a relationship between two variables. After the data is processed, the results obtained are: (1) parental attention to the independence of low school dropout teenagers, (2) low independence of dropout teenagers, (3) data obtained showing that there is a significant relationship between parental attention and independence dropout teenagers in Nagari Pulau Mainan, Dharmasraya Regency. Abstract

This study aims to study amd explain the phenomenon of School Dropout seen from the Social Aspects in Gunung Batu Village, Pulau Beringin District. This study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The informants in this study may be five people. The data technique used was interview research subjects. The data analysis techniques used were data, data reduction, data presentation, and data retrieval. Based on the results of data analysis carried out through the triangulation method, it can be concluded that the phenomenon of children dropping out of school is seen from social aspects, social aspects of society and aspects of children's social behavior. Social aspects of society, namely children dropping out of school are more concerned with working as farmers to earn their own money to continue their education, aspects of social behavior of children dropping out of school besides working to earn their own money, dropping out children also do habits in the community, namely playing, hanging out on the roadside, sports and gather with friends in the community.Key words: children, droping out of school, social aspe
