Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research is motivated by the fact that the attendance of participants in the Nurul Haq Mosque Taklim activity in Maransi, Aia Pacah Village, Padang City 2021, is decreasing over time. This is presumably due to the less conducive learning environment. The purpose of this study is to see if there is a relevant relationship between the learning environment and the activeness of participants in the Nurul Haq Taklim Council activities in Maransi, Aia Pacah Village, Padang City 2021. This type of research is quantitative correlation. The population in this study were all 46 participants of the Taklim Mosque Nurul Haq Mosque in Maransi, Aia Pacah Village, Padang City 2021, with a sample size of 36 people. Swallowing data using a questionnaire or questionnaire. The data analysis technique uses the proportion formula and the Product Moment correlation formula. The results of the study 1) the learning environment of activities is not conducive; 2) Low participant learning activity; 3) There is a significant relationship between the learning environment and the active learning of participants. The statistical test obtained rcount = 0.826, it can be found a significant relationship between the learning environment of the participants in the Taklim Assembly activity in Maransi, Aia Pacah Village, Padang City.Keywords: Learning Environment, Activity, Taklim Assembly

Abstract

This research isimotivated by the low interest in entrepreneurship graduates from fashion training at LKW Modeste Dolly. This is thought to be influenced by parental support in terms of entrepreneurship. This study aims to: (1) describe parental support for LKW Modeste Dolly fashion training graduates; (2) describe entrepreneurial interest for LKW Modeste Dolly fashion training graduates; and (3) examine the relationship between support and interest in entrepreneurship for LKW Modeste Dolly fashion training graduates. This study is a quantitative correlational type with a sample size of 75% of the population and a population of 40 persons is taken so that 30 respondents are obtained. This study shows the results, namely: (1) parental support for fashion design training graduates at LKW Modeste Dolly is categorized as low; (2) the entrepreneurial interest of graduates from fashion training at LKW Modeste Dolly is categorized as low; (3) Parental support and interest in entrepreneurship are positively and significantly correlated  for graduates of fashion training at LKW Modeste Dolly.

Abstract

Rendahnya partisipasi ibu di bawah usia Iima tahun daIam kegiatan posyandu sebagai akibat rendahnya pengetahuan ibu yang berpartisipasi daIam kegiatan tersebut menjadi pendorong peneIitian ini. Tujuan peneIitian ini adaIah untuk: 1) mendeskripsikan pengetahuan dan keterIibatan ibu baIita daIam kegiatan posyandu; dan 2) mendeskripsikan keterIibatan ibu baIita daIam kegiatan tersebut. Metode deskriptif kuantitatif digunakan daIam peneIitian ini. PopuIasi terdiri dari 45 anak di bawah usia Iima tahun, dan sampeI terdiri dari 30 orang. Kuesioner dan aIat pengumpuI data berupa daftar pernyataan merupakan teknik pengumpuIan data. Rumus persentase dan Product Moment digunakan daIam metode anaIisis data. HasiI peneIitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Ibu baIita yang mengikuti kegiatan posyandu digambarkan berpengetahuan rendah; dan 2) Ibu baIita yang mengikuti kegiatan posyandu termasuk meIati digambarkan memiIiki keterIibatan yang rendah. saran bagi peneIiti Iain untuk meIihat variabeI-variabeI baru agar dapat memperbanyak dan menyeIesaikan variabeI-variabeI yang perIu diteIiti.Kata kunci : Pengetahuan; Partisipasi

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low language skills of children. This is evidenced by the number of children who cannot provide answers to complex and clear questions, children are not able to communicate in simple and easy-to-understand sentences, suspected of lack of communication in the family. This study aims to: 1) see the picture of communication in the family. 2) Look at the picture of the language development of children aged 5-6 years. 3) Seeing the relationship of family communication with language development in children aged 5-6 years. The method used in this research is a correlational type quantitative approach. The population in this study are mothers who have children aged 5-6 years in RW 03 Air Tawar Barat Village as many as 56 people. The sample used by the researcher is cluster random sampling. The data collection technique used is in the form of a questionnaire. The data analysis technique uses the percentage formula and product moment. The results showed: 1) The description of family communication in RW 03 was considered good. 2) The description of the language development of children aged 5-6 years in RW 03 is not good. 3) There is a relationship of communication in the family with the language development of children aged 5-6 years in RW 03. Keyword: Communication, Speech development

Abstract

At this time, children really need to be given special attention in studying at home, because children are often engrossed in their own world, such as playing with friends, watching television, using gadgets, so often if parents don't monitor their children, children will forget. to study at home. Especially now that students are required to study from home. Therefore, various approaches are needed so that children want to obey what their parents say. Research using qualitative research that seeks to interact with research subjects naturally or naturally. The case study approach that researchers use is to find out about the parental approach in accompanying children in family learning in RW II, Parak Gadang Timur Village, Padang Timur District, Padang City. In the research conducted, there are several parental approaches in accompanying children's learning in families where parents act as educators and children as students at home. Abstract

This research is motivated by work as motorcycle taxi drivers when they are at the base where they rest while waiting for passengers, when they get together they interact, exchange stories and share experiences, obtain information when motorcycle taxi drivers interact and communicate with fellow motorcycle taxi drivers as well as with passengers, which results in changes behavior of the non-formal education interaction process This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study type which is expected to provide an overview of the research results. The setting of this research was carried out at the Panorama motorcycle taxi base in Bukittinggi. The source of this research was obtained from motorcycle taxi drivers. Data collection techniques used in this study were interviews, observation and documentation. The validity of the data obtained from this study is by triangulation of data sources. The results of the study show that: (1) There are non-formal educational interaction activities about social activities among motorcycle taxi drivers, (2) There are non-formal educational interaction activities about managing finances, (3) There are interactions reminding each other in maintaining health (4) There are interaction activities non-formal education among motorcycle taxi drivers in the religious field.

Abstract

The background to this research was due to the success of the bread making training which was marked by the success of mothers opening a cake business at the Nagari Lubuk Basung Vocational Training Center (BLK), this was allegedly due to the management of the implementation of the training program. The purpose of this study is to describe the management of the implementation of training programs in terms of planning, implementation, evaluation and implementation. This research is a quantitative descriptive type, with a population of people in Jorong VI Parit Panjang, Lubung Basung District. The sampling technique was Simple Random Sampling which was taken as many as 16 people. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. While the data collection tool is a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques use the percentage formula. The results of the study showed that the implementation of Bread Making training for the community in Jorong VI Parit Panjang, Lubuk Basung Pertama District, from a planning perspective, was categorized as very supportive. Abstract

Lack of collaboration is what inspired this study between groups of recipients of PHK assistance, lack of supervision from government agencies towards  the community, lack of realization of layoff funds for educational purposes. So that the general purpose of this study focuses on the implementation of the family of hope program in the field of education in the country of Guguak Tabek Sarojo . the specific objective is to see the evaluation of the family of hope program in the countryof Guguak Tabek Sarojo. This research is a qualitative descriptive type with the research location in Nagari Guguak Tabek Sarajo IV Koto district, Agam  Regency. Collection techniques used observation interviews and recording. Analysis techniques used reduction, presentation and inference extraction or confirmation. The findings obtained are that (1) this layoff assistance can increase human resources so as to improve the quality of education for the lower middle class community, (2) program planning in the evaluation of implementation, (3) formative evaluation of program implementation in the education sector has been carried out although there are still few the obstacles experienced (4) the achievement of the summative program in education can be seen from the positive response of the people who receive layoff assistance. It is recommended that the persons in charge work together and coordinate with each other and charge to make a clear structure explaining their respective responsibilities. Abstract

This research is motivated by the low social emotional development of children. This is evident from the fact that there are still a lot of kids who can't cooperate with friends, who don't want to share with friends, who want to win at all costs, and who are less receptive to their environment. This investigation will: 1) Take a look at the explanation of parental care for kids between the ages of 3-4 years. 2) See a summary of the social and emotional growth of kids between the ages of 3-4 years. 3) Seeing the relationship between parenting and social emotional development of children aged 3-4 years. This study's methodology is a quantitative, correlational technique. In this study, a total of 60 women with children in the age range of 3 to 4 years lived in Tenam Village, Muara Bulian District. Researchers frequently employ cluster random sampling. Strategies for gathering data in the form of a questionnaire. Techniques for data analysis use Product Moment and percentage calculations. The results of the study show that: 1) The description of parental care for children in Tenam Village is categorized as good. 2) The description of the social emotional development of children aged 3-4 years in Tenam Village is categorized as not good. 3) There is a relationship between parenting and social emotional development of children aged 3-4 years in Tenam Village.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to analyze the parents’ strategies applied in improving childrens’ ability in memorizing Al Qur’an. The research method used in this study is qualitative with case study method, because this research describes or describes the state of the object under study in accordance with the facts as they are. The research data was taken from in depth interviews, observation and documentation study with several informants and the subjects of this research were 2 families (family of Mr A and family of Mrs. J). The place where the research process took place was in the Caringin Street 006/002, Margajaya Village, Ngamprah District, West Bandung Regency. The research found that the informants parents’ strategies in improving children’ ability to memorize the Qur’an include:1) parents must start to memorize Qur’an before the children, 2) give the children rewards everytime their reach the target, 3) register their children into tahfiz based school, 4) memorizing the Qur’an together with the children, 5)always send sincere prayers so Allah make it easy for the children to memorize the Qur’an, 6)make a regular tahfiz schedule daily.
