The current state of affairs in early childhood is the dominant type of aggressive emotion. Negative emotions (aggressive) can arise when the child is in school, so the teacher demands a role in managing the child's emotions. The purpose of writing this article is to find out the teacher's role in managing negative (aggressive) emotions in early childhood. The design of writing this article is a literature study. The teacher's role in managing negative emotions in children is to provide warmth to children, create comfort in school, reduce the level of frustration or pressure, use storytelling methods, role play, and sociodramas that use puppets in learning, give direction to aggressive children by speaking softly - slowly use positive sentences, and provide rewards for changing aggressive behavior.Keywords: Teacher's Role, Negative Emotions

The research was distributed by low motivation citizens learn in following the process of learning, this is allegedly due to lack of skills gives reinforcement by tutors on equality program Package B in the SPNF SKB Padang Panjang City. This type of research using quantitative methods korelasional. The population in this research study program is a citizen equality Package B in the town of Padang Panjang SPNF SKB of 20 people. The number of samples is as many as 15 people. The technique of sampling using stratified random sampling. This research data analysis techniques using percentage and rank order. On the results of the research can be seen that (1) the lack of skills gives reinforcement by tutors, (2) lack of motivation in learning citizens follow the learning process, and (3) there is a significant relationship between the skill of giving reinforcement by tutors with the motivation of learning in the citizens equality Package B in the SPNF SKB Padang Panjang City.Keywords: Reinforcement, Motivation of Learning

This research is motivated by the success of the Bina Keluarga Balita (BKB) Taruko I Korong Gadang Village, Kuranji Sub-District, Padang City, as seen from the high percentage of the presence of mothers or families participating in these activities and achievements achieved by BKB. Researchers suspect that the cause of the BKB's success was due to the guidance of family welfare carried out. The purpose of this study was to describe the material, media/APE, and attitudes of workers/cadres and participants in the guidance of family welfare. This type of research is quantitative descriptive research. The population in this study were 49 families of BKB. The sampling technique is clusster random sampling of 30 people. Questionnaire technique in collecting data with a tool list of statements. Techniques for analyzing data with percentages. The results showed that family welfare guidance through BKB services, namely: (1) material in BKB family welfare guidance was good, (2) educational media/games were categorized very well, and (3) attitudes of educators/cadres and participants were classified as very good.Keywords: Guidance, Family Welfare, BKB

This research is motivated by the high level of creativity of instructors in choosing suitable learning methods, and using interesting and non-boring learning media, so that students can be motivated to take part in learning such as: high attendance rates, high level of student involvement in the process learning, the high level of activeness of students in learning is seen from the activeness of students in asking questions and statements. The type of this research is descriptive quantitative research, the population in this study were computer training students totaling 30 people, based on the number of population used in this study are 22 people using Cluster random sampling technique, and data analysis techniques used in this study are percentages. Based on the results of this study the researcher found: (1) the high level of creativity of instructors in choosing learning methods can improve learning motivation according to the students, it can be seen from the ability of the instructor in choosing suitable and varied methods during the learning process (2) the high level of creativity of instructors in using the media learning can improve students' learning motivation, judging from the ability of instructors to use interesting learning media. This research is motivated by the low level of family care with the development of the character of early childhood in ther RW. V Kelurahan Indarung Kecamatan Lubuk Kilangan Padang City. The objectives of the study describe this include: (1) family care, (2) character development, and (3) the relationship of family care with the development of the character of children at RW. V Kelurahan Indarung Kecamatan Lubuk Kilangan Padang City. This study included quantitative research with correlational types. Population in this study were parents of early childhood totaling 30 people, samples were taken by 25 people from a population of 30 people with a sampling technique that was random sampling. Data collection techniques use questionnaires, and data collection tools using questionnaires. Data collection techniques are questionnaires, while data collection tools use questionnaires or statement lists. The results of the study show that: (1) the relationship of family care to early childhood is in the very low category, (2) the relationship between the development of the character of early childhood is in the low category, and (3) there is a relationship between family care and the development of the character of the children.Keywords: Family Care, Character Development, Early Childhood

This research is motivated by the success phenomenon of Tenun Songket Lansek Manih Training Strategies in IRA Songket, Sijunjung. This is evidenced by the presence, liveliness, and achievements obtained by the residents learning from the work of songket weaving. Researchers suspect the cause of the successful implementation of songket weaving training because of the learning strategies used by the instructor in interesting training. This type of research is quantitative descriptive research. The population in this study were 70 people who studied at IRA Songket. The sampling technique used is simple rendom sampling. Samples were taken as 35 people. While the questionnaire guidelines data collection tool. Data analysis techniques use a percentage formula. The results showed that Songket Lansek Manih Weaving Training Learning Strategy in Sijunjung IRA Songket from the aspects of learning methods, learning media, and learning resources was categorized as good.Keywords:Methods, Media, Learning Resources

This research is motivated by the way the implementation of learning education and training goes well, each year the participants' learning outcomes increase. So this study suggests looking at an overview of the evaluation process in Balai Besar Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Kesejahteraan Sosial (BBPPKS) Regional I Sumatra in Padang City which contains evaluations of inputs, processes, outputs, results, and influences. This type of research is quantitative descriptive research, with a population of 30 people. The sample in this study replaced 20 participants, who were determined using cluster random sampling techniques. The technique of delivering data in this study uses a questionnaire, while the data analysis technique used in this study is percentage. Based on the results of this research, research that found evaluation of input and influence was in good category, and process evaluation, updates, and results in a pretty good category.Keywords: Process Evaluation, Education and Training, BBPPKS

The results showed that adolescent guidance by clerics in Surau Ikhsan Kuranji, Guguak Subdistrict, Lima Puluh Kota District was disseminated still low. The participation of adolescents took part in youth wirid in Surau Ikhsan Kuranji, Guguak Subdistrict, Lima Puluh Kota District was still low. There was a significant relationship between the guidance of adolescent wird by ustadz with his participation in the youth wirid in Surau Ikhsan Kuranji. Evidenced by the correlation coefficient of 0.504, with a significance test the value of t count of 3.07 is greater than t table 1.70814 at a significant level of 0.05 with dk = 25. In the results of the study it can be concluded that the higher the level of guidance of adolescents by the cleric, the higher the youth participation.Keywords: Youth Wirid, Participation
