Abstract

This research was motivated by the low learning activity of students at Madrasah Diniyah Takmiliyah Awaliyah Nurul 'Ilmi which allegedly had something to do with the students' learning environment. The purpose of this study is to reveal a description of the learning environment of students, the learning activities of students at MDTA Nurul 'Ilmi, and to reveal the relationship between the learning environment and the learning activities of students. This type of research is a descriptive correlational study with a quantitative approach. The population of this study was students from class I to class IV MDTA Nurul Ilmi in 2020, amounting to 59 people and a sample of 60%, namely 35 people with a sampling technique, namely stratified random sampling. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire and the tools used were questionnaires. The data analysis technique uses the percentage formula and the product-moment formula. The results of this study indicate that: 1) the learning environment of students at MDTA Nurul 'Ilmi is low; 2) the learning activities of students at MDTA Nurul 'Ilmi are classified as low; 3) there is a significant relationship between the learning environment and the learning activities of students during the Covid-19 Pandemic at MDTA Nurul 'Ilmi, Ulakan Tapakis District, Padang Pariaman Regency. The suggestion of this research is that it is hoped that the teacher creates a comfortable learning atmosphere in the classroom for students so that the learning activities of students increase.Keywords: Learning Environment, Learning Activity

Abstract

This research was motivated by the lack of social behavior of children at the TPA of the Al-Iman Mosque, this is presumably due to the low moral development given by teachers to children. This study aims to: 1) describe moral development by TPA teachers; 2) describe the child's social behavior; and 3) looking at the relationship between moral development by TPA teachers and children's social behavior in TPA Mesjid Al-Iman, Gunung Sarik Village, Kuranji District, Padang City. The approach in this research is a quantitative approach with correlational research type. The population in this study were all children who participated in the TPA at Al-Iman Mosque, amounting to 54 children, while the sample taken was 34 people using the stratified random sampling method. Data collection techniques in this study used structured interviews with data collection tools in the form of a list of statements. The data analysis technique used the percentage formula and product moment correlation. The results showed that; 1) moral development by TPA teachers at TPA Mesjid Al-Iman is still categorized as low, 2) social behavior of children at TPA Al-Iman is categorized as poor, and 3) there is a significant relationship between moral development by TPA teachers and children's social behavior in TPA Al-Iman Mosque, Gunung Sarik Village, Kuranji District, Padang City.Keywords: Moral Development, Social Behavior, Al-Qur'an Education Park

Abstract

This study aims to determine the students' perceptions of the varied lecture methods, to know the description of students' learning outcomes, and to find out the relationship between students' perceptions of the varied lecture methods and learning outcomes. This research is a correlational study with a quantitative approach. The subjects of this study were third grade students at MDTA Darul Hikmah. The population is 27 people and the sample is taken from the whole population using total sampling technique. The data collection tool in this study was a questionnaire. The data analysis techniques used in the study were percentage statistics and serial correlation. The results showed that the students' perceptions of the lecture learning method varied in the unfavorable category. The learning outcomes of students are also in the unfavorable category with an average score of 56.85 in the semester. The results of the price consultation r, it is concluded that r count is greater than r table, that is, there is a significant relationship between students' perceptions of the varied lecture learning method and learning outcomes.Keywords: Perception, Learning Methods, Learning Outcomes

Abstract

This background of research by the successful implementation of non-formal education in the Duku village of Koto XI Tarusan sub-district is presumably due to the support for non-formal education by the Duku Kenagarian Community Leader, Koto Xi Tarusan District. Research has the goal of seeing the picture of non-formal education by community leaders seen from the aspects of entrepreneurs, coordinators, and facilitators. This type of research is descriptive quantitative. The population of this research is 45 people. The population in this study was 45 people in Kenagarian Duku. The sampling technique is cluster random sampling, the sample taken is 37 people. The data collection technique used a questionnaire. Meanwhile, the data collection tool is a questionnaire. The data analysis technique uses the percentage formula. The results showed that (1) support Non-Formal Education by Kenagarian Community Leaders Koto XI Tarusan District on the entrepreneurial aspect is said to be very supportive, (2) support Non-Formal Education by Kenagarian Community Leaders Duku Koto XI Tarusan District on the coordinator aspect is said to be very supported, (3) support Non-Formal Education by Kenagarian Community Leaders Koto XI Tarusan District in the aspect of facilitators said to be very supportive.Keywords: Support, Non-Formal Education, Community Leaders

Abstract

This research was motivated by the low performance of members of the Bungo Cangkiang farmer group in Padang Pariaman Regency, this is alleged because it has to do with the motivation to follow the agricultural counseling program. This study aims to look at the motivational picture of participating in the extension tile program, the performance picture of farmer group members, and the relationship between the motivation to follow the counseling program and the performance of members of the Bungo Cangkiang farmer group in Padang Pariaman Regency. The approach to this research is quantitative with a descriptive type of correlational research. The research population is a member of Bungo Cangkiang farmer group in Padang Pariaman regency as many as 52 people and the sample was taken as much as 75% of 39 people, with the technique of sampling is random sampling stratified. In this research, the data collection techniques used are questionnaires and tools used, namely questionnaires. Data analysis techniques using percentage formulas and product moment formulas. The results of this study showed that: 1) the motivation to participate in the counseling program of farmer group members is relatively low; 2) the performance of farmers group members is relatively low; 3) There is a significant relationship between the motivation to participate in the counseling program and the performance of members of the Bungo Cangkiang farmer group in Padang Pariaman Regency. It is expected that the extension of field agriculture (PPL) to be more sensitive to the formation of motivation and improvement of the performance of members of the Bungo Cangkiang farmer group.Keywords: Motivation, Program Counseling, Performance

Abstract

This study aims to see the effect of the Teams Games Tournament (TGT) cooperative learning model on the learning participation of students in Islamic Civilization History subjects. This research is motivated by a less varied learning model in the subjects of Islamic Civilization History. This type of research is quantitative with quasi-experimental methods and a non-equivalent control group design. The research subjects used two classes, namely the experimental and control classes, which then used an instrument in the form of an observation sheet. Data analysis to test the effectiveness of learning using the t test. The results showed that the participation rate of students in the experimental class was in the high category with a mean of 18.40 (77%) while the control class was included in the fairly high category of 14.00 (58%). Participation in learning can also improve students 'understanding, it can be obtained from the results of the students' Post Test. The results of hypothesis testing by applying the Independent Sample T Test, it is known that the value (Sig 2-tailet) is 0,000 and less than 0.05, so it can be concluded that the Team Games Tournament (TGT) method can increase the participation of students.Keywords: Team Games Tournament (TGT), Participation, Learning

Abstract

This research is motivated by the successful implementation of life skills learning to sew household linen in an effort to improve the family economy in the Mega Permai Complex in Padang Sarai District, which is thought to be due to an effective learning strategy. This study aims to describe the learning strategies, learning approaches, methods and techniques of learning household linen sewing skills. This type of research is a qualitative research using a case study approach. Sources of data in this study consisted of research subjects, namely people who worked as tailors at the Mega Main Complex in Kel. Padang Sarai and research informants, namely owners and employees of sewing houses who produce household linen, and former employees who later set up their own businesses in the Mega Permai Complex. The data collection technique used the observation method, the interview method and the documentation method with the data analysis, namely data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Researchers in this study used triangulation techniques in order to assess the validity of the data. The results of this study indicate that: 1) the learning strategy used by educators as well as household linen sewing house owners is to use direct learning strategies. Because in learning activities it is more educator-centered and is most often used. And this learning strategy uses the lecture method and there is also an element of practice. 2) The learning approach used by educators as well as household linen sewing house owners is to use an individual approach. The individual approach is suitable because employees have different backgrounds. 3) The methods and techniques used by educators as well as household linen sewing house owners are using lecture and experimental learning methods and techniques..Keywords: Life Skills, Strategies, Approaches, Learning Methods and Techniques

Abstract

The Minister of Education and Culture and his staff are trying to liberate teachers and students. Teachers are given the opportunity to explore their potential and their students. Teachers and students are given the freedom to think and determine the appropriate method in achieving learning objectives. The diversity of the abilities of students does not make students a source of self-doubt, but serves as benchmarks for teachers in building teacher gives freedom to students in choosing the methods and materials they need. Students are fully responsible for the educational process. The concept of “Merdeka Belajar” with humanistic theory along with its objectives the abilities of their students in a positive direction. Teachers are no longer burdened with administrative tasks that hinder teacher creativity. Humanistic learning theory has the aim of humanizing humans. The implementation, and evaluation. The goal to be achieved is to humanize humans and explore and develop the potential of teachers and students. Implementation of learning refers to meaningful learning that prioritizes the needs of students in real life.
