The current Internet usage is increasing. This becomes an attraction for investors to develop a virtual world business. The term e-commerce is a web application sites that provide business services. Increased transaction penjulan virtual world inviting people to commit a crime. The difficulty of detecting sites that indicated fraud and lax government regulations become obstacles in memberatas crime in cyberspace. One type of crime that often occurs is a fraud transaction. Variety crimes committed in fraud transaction is the purchase of goods that are not in accordance with the order (specification drawings), goods that were never sent, or the goods are delivered in damaged condition etc. To overcome these necessary precautions. One of them is building a website application assistance Protection (PAW) which can provide information about the legality of an e-commerce site. Basic web quality assessment using the method and problem-solving techniques using decesion tree method. While tTahap software development using Web Development Life Cycle. PAW is an application that contains questions that lead to the testing of e-commerce sites. PAW can be an effective detection applications. Reason one choose a field of study is that we often hear when the students are studying. This can occur because most students choose majors based on the strong influence of the environment, such as a friend or a parent. By the time these students realize that their chosen field of study is not in accordance with the potential of the talent they have, timbulah regrets later on. If a case of choosing this field of study continues, it will affect the learning achievement of the students themselves. Effect of talent with accomplishment is strong. But it was not easy to know one's talent. To find potential talent necessary psychological test and consultation with a psychologist who will not be cheap. Therefore timbulah idea to build an expert system that can detect potential talent that can provide an alternative appropriate field of study based on the potential talents. Detecting potential talent is done by psychometric analysis. Psychometric analysis is used as a tool to determine a person's field of study. Through quantitative analysis will be done the preparation of test item is valid and reliable. The results of the analysis of an expert system, same / approach with the ideas of a specialist / psychologist. The model used to build the expert system is a decision tree model (decesion tree) using algorithms C.4.5. The expert system is implemented through a web-based application. Web-based expert system can be easily accessible, anywhere and anytime, and thus will be more efficient utilization and dissemination. With this application, is expected to help potential mahsiswa in determining the appropriate field of study based on the potential of the talent they have.Key word : Expert systems, Decision tree model, Psychometric analysis, Web applications

The success of university could be measured by how much the alumni is working in the exact field of study. This could be analyzed using quistionare where the alumni filed the quistionare in the alumni website. However the data collected is not measurized how the alumni are accepted in the working place. This paper would disscuss how to implement information system of tracer study in the facultiy of computer science of the University of Indo Global Mandiri. The information system methodology would be the FAST framework as well as the ERD and DFD design mechanism, the research found out that the fast framework methodology is sufficient to develop the tracer study information system. Furthermore the information system of tracer study will present the result of tracer study by the alumni using graphical analysis for example pie chart. A Financial Information System has an important role in developing and improvingBetra Bebek Ungkap Entreprises Ogan Ilir in South Sumatra. Development of Information Technology is currently supporting dissemination of information quickly so that it can be accessed by mobile from anywhere and at anytime, STMIK Atma Luhur Pangkalpinang As one - the only college-based Information and Communication Technology (ICT) should also follow these developments, one system is information systems employees (SIMPEG), where the system will contain detailed information such as number of employees, history rank, history position, length of service and the other - the other, so that could be a reference material led to consider a promotion, a raise or other parts that need data employees. The system is web-based for easy access from anywhere and anytime through any device that has a browser and an internet connection and is created using CodeIgniter and Bootstrap framework, and reports can be converted into the form of a spreadsheet. In this study, we tried to propose a method to assess the success of the harvest broiler using internal factors found on farms in Prabumulih. To be able to measure the success rate of harvest broiler, we use the Performance Index (PI) as a parameter. By looking at the results of measuring the degree of success of the crop expected broiler breeder who owns the farm, especially in Prabumulih, can better utilize and maximize the potential that can increase crop yields. After going through a testing phase, the percentage of harvest success rate reached 90% when the results of calculation of the value of PI reached the high category. This proves that by looking at the value of PI, farmers, especially in the farm group in Prabumulih can predict the success rate of harvest in a period. By calculating the value of PI and learn all variables breeders can develop appropriate measures to avoid the occurrence of crop failure. With reference to the value of PI, farmers can also make better planning in preparing the development of broiler chickens for the next period.Key words :success rate, Performance Index, Broiler

Palembang is the capital of South Sumatera province, Which has been well known of the great kingdom of sriwijaya. therefore this places been one of destination people tourism which full of the historical and culture heritage. In generally tourism has definition as a journey in which short stay are made at a number of places, and traveler finally return to his or her own place.A Tourism is supported by some elements such as accommodation, food objects and tourism objects. While many tourism object hard to get to access a lot of information about tourism that make the tourists confused to find because of the lack of information for traveling, therefor to overcome these problems the writer made an application to the tourism city of Palembang-based android that can help determine the existing tourist destinations around the users in town by using Euclidean Distance algorithm.The application is accessed through the support of mobile Google Map and Google API using GPS (Global Positioning System) which was built on the Android platform. In the system of the author will be built using the model Prototype. This method is the one of development of the system where the results of the analysis division applied directly into a model without having to wait for the completion of the entire system is analyzed. As well as the role of distance euclidean algorithm which can be used to calculate the distance between the object and the tourism and compare the results of the calculations of some object, so it can provide recommendations about the objects.Keywords: Algoritm, Android, EuclideanDistance,Tourism

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the role of the School Committee in monitoring the use of school operational funds SMP in District Seberang Ulu I Palembang by using a qualitative approach and supported data kuantitatif.Peran School Committee in the use of funds is not yet fully refers to the dimensions the expected number of Kepmendiknas 44, 2002, namely: 1) as an institution consideration; 2) as a supporting institution; 3) as a control; and 4) as a mediator. Of 4 (four) the role of the School Committee, the only role as a board consideration and support institutions that have played by the Manager of School Committee in District Seberang Ulu I Palembang, while the role of the board and controllers as a mediator, Manager of School Committee in District Seberang Ulu Palembang I have not showed its role optimally.
