Abstract

Advances in science and technology that are increasingly rapidly and developing in today's era make users get business opportunities through technology media. Such as the use of trading media, service companies use internet media, which is currently not difficult to reach by all groups. One of these services is an online transportation service, namely Grab. The grab application can make grab-car orders, go-rides and not only that on the grab application. There is a menu for ordering go-food, pulses/tokens, cinema tickets, hotels, bills and others. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the grab application used by the people of Palembang City. This grab application has been seen as a facility that provides convenience and convenience in ordering online based on user experience. The convenience and practicality provided are of course the reasons people use Grab services. For this reason, it is necessary to evaluate usability so that users do not experience difficulties in accessing the application, and also users can make repeated purchases. This evaluation is needed to improve the quality of the website, especially in terms of user experience to make it better, therefore the grab party must pay attention to the ease of users in accessing the grab application. The ease of accessing the application cannot be separated from the usability of a website. Abstract

Along with the increasing number of internet service users at PT Indonesia Comnets Plus (ICON+), the number of customer complaints about the services received also increases. At this time PT. Indonesia Comnets Plus (ICON+) still does not have a system that accommodates customer complaints. Therefore, the author focuses on the purpose of this study to design a Customer Complaint Service Application design for PT. Indonesia Comnet Plus (ICON+) Palembang branch. The customer complaint application at PT Indonesia Comnets Plus (ICON+) is designed using the UML (Unified Modeling Language) tool which is used to describe the system designed and to make it easier to visualize the system designed by the author. This application is designed using Figma to design the user interface. Meanwhile, to design the database design the author uses a sqlite database. The research method applied in this research is the development of the waterfall method which describes a systematic and sequential approach (step by step) in software development. (ICON+). Where customers can submit complaints through this application without having to come directly to the ICON + Office to be more effective and time and cost efficient. As for PT PT Indonesia Comnets Plus (ICON+) this application can provide convenience in managing customer complaints related to services that are being used by PT Indonesia Comnets Plus (ICON+) customers so that they can be handled properly.Keywords : ICON+, Design, Mobile, UML, Waterfall

Abstract

Indo Global Indo Global Mandiri University, is one of the universities in Palembang City which has a fairly large parking area, so it is necessary to have a concept of comfort and security for the academic community and also guests in placing their vehicles in the parking area within the IGM University Campus. This study tries to provide an alternative how to build a vehicle parking concept, especially cars, by detecting vehicle plates and who owns it, so that it can be known early on vehicles that enter an unknown parking area, so that it can be known whether guests are or are treated as people who are not clear. the goal. The research model was built using the Python Programming Language with the OpenCV (Open Source Computer Vision) library as an image processor which with a process or several stages can change the car license plate in the form of an image into a string (word), then by connecting it to the vehicle owner's database. In order to detect who owns the car that will park. The results of the preliminary research, by detecting the vehicle plate in the form of a car image, the results obtained that the area code and plate number can be detected, but other images are also detected. The results show that the plate number is detected as BG 1359 UJ, converted to BG' 13:19 Q UJ. Abstract

Handling events that occur, by evacuating, meeting needs, protection are things that must be done by the government and local governments and emergency response. The Palembang City Social Service is a government institution that has many fields, one of which is PJS (Social Protection and Security) which has a Head of Social Protection for Natural and Social Disaster Victims (PSKBA / BS). In collecting data on victims of Natural and Social Disasters, the Social Service of Palembang City has used a computer in its data collection, but the data collection is still using MS Excel where the data can be lost at any time. Therefore, this study aims to design a web-based system that helps in collecting data on victims of natural and social disasters that can minimize data loss. In building information system software, the author uses an object-oriented method with a waterfall approach which consists of several stages, namely Requirements Analysis (requirements), System Design (design), System Implementation (implementation), System Testing (testing), and System Maintenance (maintenance). . The design of the Information System for Data Collection of Victims of Natural Disasters and Social Disasters at the Social Service of Palembang City is a system design process that can later be implemented in programming language which aims to make it easier for officers or admins to collect data and also recap reports quickly and accurately. The design of this system is based on the problems that exist at this time where the data collection process is still using Ms Excel which is considered to be still ineffective. The currently designed system is equipped with a menu of disaster data, command posts, victim data, officers, assistance, and a recap menu. Abstract

PT Bank Sumsel Babel is one of the most developed regional banks in the archipelago. Bank Sumsel Babel also provides a variety of investment products, such as Depati, Demang, Telepathy, Pesirah Savings (Local Potential Activator), money transfers with Western Union, Debit Cards, export-import transactions, and ATM services. This research aims to help PT. Bank Sumsel Babel in dealing with technical support report problems. The current problem is that technical support reports independently and manually, causing delays and scattered reports. This reporting is the most important thing because the data is used for internal and external audit purposes and seeing the team's performance in solving the many problems that come in are all summarized in a monthly and annual report. Abstract

This study aims to achieve a business process needed by a company in implementing the company's vision and mission. Therefore, a selection process is needed to be used by the company as a criterion to meet company standards. So this research is based on the implementation of the initial screening of too many employees so that HRD work is hampered. Thus, this application is built using the BFS method. We tried to analyze the implementation of the employee recruitment screening algorithm by comparing the BFS and FSA methods. In addition to building an application using the BFS method, the author also built it using the FSA method to see which of these two methods is more accurate to use in the initial employee screening selection. So the method we are currently using is the Breadth-First Search (BFS) method because it can describe the process starting from the initial selection of employees by explaining the registration steps to the final process, namely decisions from predetermined screening results. So the expected result is creating an application to help HRD as an initial selection of employee recruitment. The results obtained in this study are between the Breadth-First Search Algorithm (BFS) and the Finite State Automata (FSA) method. Abstract

Kotawaringin Timur Regency has many tourist objects and is rich in arts and culture spread in several sub-districts. Efforts to increase the promotion of KOTIM tourism continue to be carried out with the support of the application of technology, one of which is smart tourism. Prospective tourists tend to use internet technology to find information on tourist attractions they want to visit, rather than using the services of agents or travel agencies. Prospective tourists who want to visit East Kotawaringin need information and recommendations that are accurate, fast and economical. Recommendation systems have been widely used in the business world to help provide recommendations for various products. Therefore, a recommendation system is also used to generate tourist recommendations in East Kotawaringin using the Item-Based Collaborative Filtering method which utilizes rating data by visitors based on their travel experience. This system is in the form of a website where users can provide a rating for every tour in East Kotawaringin. Among the 35 tours in East Kotawaringin, as many as 7 tours are used in the recommendation system. These tours are Ujung Pandaran Beach, Red Kalap Gadur Waterfall, Jelawat Fish Tourism Icon, Balanga Roundabout, KOTIM Cultural Miniature Park, Satiruk Beach and Betang Tumbang Gagu. The result of the use of this recommendation system is the display of a tourist recommendation page that can be accessed by the user in the form of tours that have the highest rating equipped with detailed information on supporting tourism facilities.Keywords : Recommendation system, collaborative filtering method, tourism, East Kotawaringin

Abstract

Background : The use of electronic medical records (EMR), including cloud computing-based EMR, is widely increasing. However, data regarding the perception of physicians using cloud computing-based EMR in Indonesia is still limited. Objective: This study aims to determine the perception of clinical doctors in using EMR based on cloud computing. Methods: This is a cross sectional study with a mixed-methods explanatory sequential design approach to determine the perception of clinicians in using cloud computing-based EMR. Qualitative analysis is used to support the depth of quantitative data analysis. Result: There are 10 private clinic doctors who participate. The average value of respondents' satisfaction after using cloud computing-based EMR is 7.4 from a scale of 1-10, with a median value of 8. In the analysis of interest in using cloud computing-based EMR in the long term, it was found that 30% of respondents said "yes", and 70% said "maybe". Qualitative data show that the problems in using EMR are the high price of the EMR system, security and privacy, the display is still limited, and the need for a stable internet network. Conclusion: The use of cloud computing-based EMR by clinicians still meet a number of obstacles. Abstract

 The development of Covid-19 has worsened the economy not only nationally but also globally. Since its spread, the price movement of the Jakarta Composite Index (IHSG) has continued to be volatile. JCI price volatility shows risk and uncertainty in investing. Volatility is used as a barometer to determine portfolio management strategies for financial actors. Therefore, financial actors should find a strategy to be able to predict JCI price movements to reduce risks and gain profits. One way that can be done is to predict the JCI price as a reference in investing. This study uses a hybrid model between the decomposition model and the Neural Network (NN) in predicting JCI price volatility. The decomposition uses two approaches, namely additive and multiplicative, the two approaches will then be combined with NN and the NN algorithm used is Feed Forward Neural Network (FFNN) where the results of the decomposition in the form of seasonal, trend, and random data are used as input in the FFNN architecture. The FFNN architecture in this study differs from the hidden layer nodes and the epochs used. Furthermore, the prediction results from the model are compared with a single NN. The performance of each architecture will be measured using the Mean Absolute Error (MAE) and Mean Square Error (MSE). The results show that the hidden layer with more nodes can provide good performance while the epoch used provides good performance depending on the learning process carried out. The prediction results using the hybrid model can outperform the performance of a single NN.Keywords : time series, volatilitas, studi perbandingan, kecerdasan buatan, statistik.

In addition, with the presence of the internet, humans can do business easily. PT. Karya Utama Jaya Palembang is a company engaged in the sale of residential houses with various types in Palembang. In conducting sales activities PT. Karya Utama Jaya still uses simple information by employing sales personnel to distribute brochures at various points of location so that marketing and sales are not optimal, so housing sales have not been effective and efficient. In connection with the problem of many competitors selling housing and lack of marketing, it is necessary to create a web-based information system by utilizing the internet which serves to facilitate consumers in getting information and being able to place orders easily and can improve a company's performance in selling residential homes and in marketing.Keywords : System, information, house, Online
