Abstract

Teknologi Informasi (TI) serta Sistem Informasi (SI) saat ini wajib ada dalam menunjang sebuah organisasi atau perusahaan. Arsitektur yang baik beserta dokumentasinya yang sesuai memungkinkan kemudahan pemeliharaan agar sistem tidak menjadi usang. Dalam hal ini arsitektur TI didefinisikan sebagai framework yang terintegrasi untuk mengembangkan atau memelihara TI yang ada dan memperoleh TI yang baru untuk mencapai tujuan strategis organisasi. The Open Group Architectural Framework (TOGAF): Kuat pada Aspek Arsitektur Bisnis dan Arsitektur Teknis. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan TOGAF ADM mulai dari fase pendahuluan, kebutuhan manajemen, visi arsitektur, bisnis arsitektur, arsitektur system informasi, arsitektur teknologi,serta solusi dan peluang. Menetapkan 3 prinsip pengembangan arsitektur informasi teknologi adaptif pada Universitas Bina Insan. Pengembangan aplikasi berbasis single sign on (sso) untuk intergrasi antar system. Merupakan sebuah hasil dari penelitian ini yang dapat menghasilkan sebuah rancangan infrastruktur teknologi informasi yang berifat adaftip dengan konsep yang di adopsi berupa teknologi virtualisasi server, serta pemanfaatan proses bisnis mampu berjalan efisien, efektif serta sesuai yang diinginkan manajemen.

Abstract

Penentuan penerimaan dosen baru merupakan kegiatan yang selalu dilakukan setiap perbandingan antara dosen dengan mahasiswa belum terpenuhi. Di Universitas Indo Global Mandiri (Universitas IGM) membutuhkan waktu yang lama dalam menganalisa dan melakukan perangkingan untuk menentukan penerimaan dosen baru. Penerimaan dosen baru bertujuan agar mendapatkan dosen baru yang berkualitas dan sesuai dengan kriteria yang di butuhkan sehingga dalam pengambilan keputusan lebih cepat dan tepat. Perhitungan penerimaan dosen baru ini menggunakan metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW). Metode ini melakukan pencarian penjumlahan terbobot dari kinerja yang terdapat perengkingan pada alternatif di semua atributnya. Kategori yang di pakai untuk perhitungan ini terdapat 3 (tiga) kategori yakni kategori kualifikasi pendidikan, tes psikotes, dan tes wawancara. Hasil penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menilai berdasarkan bobot menggunakan metode SAW, maka didapat 4 (empat) pelamar dengan nilai tertinggi yakni pelamar 1 = 52,5; pelamar 2 = 50, pelamar 3 = 32,5 dan pelamar 4 = 57,5. di lihat dari hasil pengolahan maka pelamar 4 memiliki nilai tertinggi yakni 57,5 menyatakan bahwa pelamar 4 di rekomendasikan menjadi dosen baru di Universitas IGM. Hasil dari penilaian penentuan penerimaan dosen baru dilihat dari perangkingan tertinggi dengan nilai rangking terbesar yakni pelamar ke 4.

Abstract

Public and Private Schools must always develop to improve the quality of education with professional service to school residents. Information Technology will produce a well-computerized system to support human resources with performance in management tasks. The Student Parent Book information system is the most important thing in education in order to fulfill the need for information for students so that the process of making reports and recording administrative data at SMA Negeri 1 Kelekar can be even better. With the existing system, it will provide menu features that exist in the unit category component or an information and will be obtained as a guide for students, SMA Negeri 1 Kelekar currently uses, manages and stores student data in the Parent Book. Not yet computerized in data processing. Students, there will be a risk that it will be difficult to find information on student data identity and the creation of a student data report that has been recorded in the student main book. The information system at SMA Negeri 1 Kelekar which will build a new system will be very useful, this information system will be designed as a web-based system that is more easily accessible, in order to provide benefits for the school, especially the School Administration Staff so that they can use the information system in accordance with future needs. All the menu features available in this system are to facilitate the process of recording and reporting the student master book, so that it can be accelerated in searching for student data at SMA Negeri 1 Kelekar in using the existing student master book process that is available to run well and smoothly.Keywords : System, Master Book, Web Based, PHP and MySQL

Abstract

PT Bank Sumsel Babel is one of the most developed regional banks in the archipelago. Bank Sumsel Babel also provides a variety of investment products, such as Depati, Demang, Telepathy, Pesirah Savings (Local Potential Activator), money transfers with Western Union, Debit Cards, export-import transactions, and ATM services. This research aims to help PT. Bank Sumsel Babel in dealing with technical support report problems. The current problem is that technical support reports independently and manually, causing delays and scattered reports. This reporting is the most important thing because the data is used for internal and external audit purposes and seeing the team's performance in solving the many problems that come in are all summarized in a monthly and annual report. Website problem report technical support is the best solution so that there are no delays in reporting and logs of solving problems that have been resolved can also be used by personal teams in solving new problems so that they can save time solving problems and a list of problem positions in open positions can be monitored by managers, administrators and the leader of the file section reports needed in audit requirements can be provided quickly.Keywords: Problem Report, Website, PT Bank Sumsel Babel

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan maksud guna membangun sebuah sistem ujian secara online yang berbasis web yang bertujuan untuk mempermudah, lebih praktis dan effisien dalam pelaksanaan ujian di SMK Negeri Tugumulyo. Tujuan utama ujian adalah untuk mengetahui kemampuan siswa selama mengikuti pembelajaran di sekolah dengan memberikan penilaian terhadap kemampuan siswa, sebelumnya sistem ujian pada SMK Negeri Tugumulyo dilakukan dengan sistem manual yang seringkali menimbulkan permasalahan diantaranya soal harus digandakan dengan membutuhkan biaya dan waktu, membutuhkan kertas, kehilangan lembar jawaban siswa, peluang untuk saling bertukar jawaban cukup besar. bahkan terjadinya kebocoran soal. Dari permasalahan yang ditemui inilah maka perlu adanya perbaikan dalam sistem ujian pada SMK Negeri Tugumulyo dengan sistem online berbasis web yang terhubung dengan jaringan internet untuk meningkatkan mutu dan efektivitas ujian tersebut. Aplikasi ujian online berbasis web pada SMK Negeri Tugumulyo ini menggunakan bahasa pemogramam PHP dan dibangun dengan Framework codeigniter sehingga layanan dan fungsi dari aplikasi yang dibuat dapat terintegrasi dalam sebuah sistem berbasis web. Pengembangan sistem yang digunakan adalah pengembangan sistem metode Waterfall yang dimulai dari perencanaan, analisa, desain dan pelaksanaan. Hasil dari Aplikasi ini adalah sistem pelaksanaan ujian online yang sistematis dengan fasilitas pengeloaan soal, pengelolaan ujian, pengeloaan siswa peserta ujian, pengeloaan guru dan hasil ujian . Kata Kunci : Ujian, Online, Web, Codeigniter Abstract This research turned into conducted with the intention of building a web-based online exam system that aims to make it easier, more practical and efficient in the implementation of exams at Tugumulyo State Vocational School. The main purpose of the exam is to determine the ability of students during learning at school by providing an assessment of students' abilities, previously the examination system at Tugumulyo State Vocational School was carried out with a manual system which often caused problems including questions that had to be duplicated requiring cost and time, requiring paper, losing sheets. student answers, the opportunity to exchange answers is quite large. even a question leak. From the problems encountered, it is necessary to improve the exam system at Tugumulyo State Vocational School with a web-based online system that is connected to the internet network to improve the quality and effectiveness of the exam. This web-based online exam application at SMK Negeri Tugumulyo uses the PHP programming language and is built with the CodeIgniter Framework so that the services and functions of the applications created can be integrated in a web-based system. The development of the system used is the development of the Waterfall method system which starts from planning, analysis, design and implementation. The result of this application is a systematic online exam implementation system with facilities for managing questions, managing exams, managing students taking exams, managing teachers and exam results. Abstract

Technological developments in the era of globalization are currently experiencing rapid and rapid progress. Currently information technology is developing in accordance with the development of the internet. One of the faster and more rapid developments in information is web-based information technology, which is much needed and can be obtained accurately, quickly and accurately. With a good information system can facilitate the process of applicants or employees in the service process. For offices with a lot of data, processing with technology is very helpful. This online bridal registration system is a web-based system that is useful for assisting prospective brides in registering their marriage. The process of registering a marriage at the KUA in Jayaloka Regency still uses a manual process where the bride and groom come to the KUA to register their marriage and collect information about the terms of marriage. Therefore, the rapid development of information technology encourages the author to register the bride and groom online so that they can help the bride and groom. The design of this study was to create a registration website and data collection was carried out through observation, interviews and literature review. The programming language is PHP and the UI design software uses waterfall. Create a database with MySQL using XAMMP. In testing the implementation of the bride and groom registration system, the author carried out the test using the black box testing system, after carrying out a series of system tests, it was concluded that the system was running well.

Abstract

Permasalahan dalam penilitian ini adalah bagaimana memberikan kemudahan pemerintah dalam rangka mengetahui lokasi-lokasi penduduk miskin pada tiap daerah sehingga nantinya dapat menyalurkan bantuan kepada masyarakat agar lebih efektit dan efisien. Belum adanya sistem yang terstruktur dengan menggunakan computer, sehingga nantinya diharapkan dengan adanya sistem informasi geografis ini dapat membantu pengguna dalam pengelolaan lokasi pemetaan masyarakat miskin dengan lebih efektif dan efisien. Selain itu, metode penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan menggunakan metode waterfall yang terdiri dari beberapa tahap: analisis, perancangan, pengkodean dan pengujian. Selanjutnya, dalam mengumpulkan data, peneliti menggunakan data primer dan data sekunder. Data primer meliputi observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Di sisi lain, data sekunder termasuk referensi, jurnal, artikel dan dokumentasi. Nantinya sistem informasi geografis (sig) lokasi pemetaan rumah penerima Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) berbasis web mobile menggunakan Leaflet ini dapat diakses dengan menggunakan smartphone sehingga memberikan kemudahan dalam proses pelayanan serta penyampaian informasi.

Abstract

Permasalahan dalam penilitian ini adalah pada pelayanan kependudukan catatan sipilyang mana pada kondisi pandemi meminta upaya pelayanan publik agar tetap optimal sertamemberikan kemudahan bagi masyarakat dalam mengakses setiap layanan yang tersedia.Sistem pelayanan yang masih konvensional membuat dibutuhkan sedikit sentuhan teknologialam memudahkan proses pelayanan yang ada. Sehingga dengan adanya pandemi kali ini,diharapkan dapat mengubah sistem pelayanan yang manual dan konvensional menjadi lebihterotomatisasi dan digital. Selain itu, metode penelitian ini adalah deskriptif denganmenggunakan metode waterfall yang terdiri dari beberapa tahap: analisis, perancangan,pengkodean dan pengujian. Selanjutnya, dalam mengumpulkan data, peneliti menggunakan dataprimer dan data sekunder. Data primer meliputi observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Di sisilain, data sekunder termasuk referensi, jurnal, artikel dan dokumentasi. Nantinya pada front endakan menggunakan android serta back end admin dapat diakses dengan menggunakan sisteminformasi website. Akhirnya dengan adanya perencanaan sistem informasi pelayanankependudukan berbasis android dapat memberikan kemudahan dalam proses pelayanan yangada pada dinas kependudukan dan catatan sipil kota Lubuklinggau.

Abstract

Object identification and recognition in the field of computer vision is undergoing rapid development and is applied to various fields, ranging from industry to the health sector. This is reflected in the amount of research conducted, including a focus on the application and personalization of machine learning, as well as the development of new models to solve specific problems and challenges. In the palm oil industry, fruit maturity is divided into two categories, namely immature and ripe. Traditionally, fruit maturity is determined visually by experienced workers based on the number of fruits falling from the bunch or the color of the bunch. However, this technique has disadvantages such as the reduced amount of oil when many fruits fall from the bunch and the subjective assessment of fruit color. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to create an oil palm fruit maturity classification system based on YOLO v5. The dataset used consists of 1500 photos and the annotation data is created with roboflow. The final result is divided into three categories, namely ripe, immature, and rotten. The YOLOv5s algorithm was used to train the dataset. Based on the model estimation results, mAP reached 92%, accuracy reached 97%, and recall reached 96%. The last step is real-time system testing.

Abstract

The problems in this study are: (a) How researchers designed geographic location information systems for the distribution of data on children with special needs equipped with information services that are friendly to them. (b) How the application can be Implemented and used easily. In addition, the purpose of this study is to design a geographic information system application for the distribution of locations of children with special needs based on WebGIS in Lubuklinggau and to apply knowledge about information systems theoretically and practically. In addition, this research method is descriptive using the waterfall method which consists of several stages: analysis, design, coding and testing. Furthermore, in collecting data, researchers use primary data and secondary data. So it is hoped that later this designed application will apply web service technology, so that information about mapping children with special needs is always up to date.  And to overcome this problem, researchers use an approach to a digital mapping model in the form of a Web-based GIS by utilizing leafleat.js as a digital map. The method used in this study uses UML (Unifed Modeling Language), PHP programs, codeigniter frameworks and MySQL databases as data storage. The Geographic Information System (GIS) for the distribution of children with special needs (ABK) aims to provide convenience and speed to children with special needs in obtaining information about health and public facilities services that are friendly to those in Lubuklinggau City.
