Abstract

Currently, many Indonesian people like to conduct online trading transactions. However, a number of business people find it difficult to choose a marketplace to market their products. One of the reasons is because they rarely pay attention to the marketplace trends that consumers are discussing. Therefore, analyzing trends on social media such as Twitter, it becomes very important for business people to understand the pattern of consumer tendencies towards their services or products. So the purpose of this study is to create a model that can analyze marketplace trends based on the classification of customer reviews on Twitter using the SVM algorithm. The kernels used are linear, RBF, sigmoid, and polynomial with parameter optimization using grid search. The methodology used is KDD. The results of the evaluation of the best classification model are the sigmoid kernel with 92% accuracy, 92% precision, 92% recall, and 92% F1 score and parameters C=100, =0.01, and r=1. Market trend results based on the highest percentage of positive reviews are Tokopedia, Shopee, and lastly Bukalapak.

Abstract

The book lending application at SDN Mekarjaya 11 is still manually, so the recording of loans and repayments is inaccurate. The purpose of this study is to facilitate library employees in recording the book process such as borrowing, repayment, fines and reports of the whole process. The author uses the Research and Development method, in general is the development and research in the field of technology. This library application using the Java language also uses Netbeans IDE, Xampp and MySQL software. The result of this design is the library application of SDN Mekarjaya 11 which facilitates employee performance in the book lending data collection process.

Abstract

IndiHome is an internet service provider from PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk with the widest internet coverage in Indonesia. Customer satisfaction is one of the things that must be considered in a company, including the IndiHome company. IndiHome's customer service satisfaction level can be seen from customer reviews via Twitter social media. This study discusses the classification of IndiHome customer reviews by applying the CRISP-DM research stages and the application of the Naïve Bayes Classifier algorithm and the Linear Support Vector Machine Kernel. Customer review data were obtained from Twitter, totaling 1000 tweets using the Rapid Miner and R library tools. The preprocessing stages applied were cleansing, case folding, tokenizing, word conversion, stopword, and stemming. The results of data visualization are presented in the form of a word cloud which is categorized based on positive and negative opinions of words that often appear. The results showed that the application of the Support Vector Machine Kernel Linear algorithm is better than the Naïve Bayes Classifier algorithm with an accuracy value of 82.11%, 76.44% precision, 88.01% recall, and an AUC value of 0.909.

Abstract

FSA abstract machine (Finite State Automata) is a machine that is only seen from logic and processes and can use various programming languages to make it. The FSA Abstract Engine is accepting and rejecting an input. FSA is divided into two namely, DFA (Deterministic Finite Automata) and NFA (Non-deterministic Finite Automata). This paper discusses the use of the FSA algorithm to create DFA and NFA abstract machines based on Android. By using an android-based FSA abstract engine application the user can determine the input results of the automata process accepted or rejected easily and accurately without having to do manual calculations.

Abstract

PT. Mada Wikri Tunggal is a company engaged in the automotive industry which produces small components in motor parts. A common problem experienced by each production company is the planning for the amount of production that must be in accordance with the production capacity coupled with fluctuating demand. So that companies can make orders according to capacity and also the time required for a Master Production Schedule. The method used is the changing labor method. Because this method is very suitable for companies that experience fluctuating demand. The results obtained are that the company can meet the existing demand for the period January to December 2021 as many as 48507 units. The Regular Time fare in 12 periods / 1 year is Rp. 242,685,000. The Hiring fee in 1 year is Rp. 16,000,000. The Lay Off fee in 1 year is Rp. 20,000,000. And the cost of Under Time for 1 year is Rp. 1,750,000. So the total production cost of PT. Mada Wikri Tunggal of Rp. 280,435,000.

Abstract

Monitoring systems are a rapidly increasing need in almost all lines of public, such as roads, parks, buildings, terminals and many places that have a monitoring system. Detection adapts learning of moving objects in video observation to obtain results such as the human sense of sight. By detecting objects in the monitoring system, we can determine the frame that shows the position of the moving object. The methods that can be used to de-tect objects are background subtraction and morphology, these methods are considered appro-priate to be implemented in the designed program. The research method used is divided into two stages, namely data collection to collect CCTV video samples and search for related research references. Then the stages that the program goes through include frame extraction, implemen-tation of background subtraction, conversion of grayscale images and converting them into bi-nary form, performing opening morphological operations, making masking and implementing them into video. From the test results the program has a success rate of 93.3% of the test with bright lighting and 83.3% of the test with dim lighting.

Abstract

PT XYZ Indonesia is a company engaged in manufacturing by producing power transformers located in west java. In the implementation of the production process of PT XYZ Indonesia, there are sometimes problems. The problem that occurs in PT XYZ Indonesia is the production process time in the insulation section exceeds the specified target time, because the operator’s work activities are less productive, it is necessary to calculate workload in order to know the workload obtained by the operator. The purpose of this study is to level the operator workload and determine the number of workers to be optimal. Researchers used the full time equivalent method to revise the problem, by measuring the operator’s work time so that it knows the value of the workload obtained. After calculating using this method, the actual conditions at PT XYZ Indonesia have 16 operators in the insulation section, with an average value of the workload obtained is 0.34 while the recommendation of the researchers is 9 work operators in the insulation section with an average value the workload obtained is 1.06, so that it is easy to supervise the operator due to a reduction or diversion of 7 operators.

Abstract

Letter is a written communication medium that is made or received by a party related to the implementation of a main task and function of the organization to another party. The Office of the Secretariat of the Rectorate of the National University, which is the working unit for managing correspondence for the leadership, is currently still using manual mail management, both in recording, archiving and disposition. Therefore, the authors designed a mail management system at the secretariat of the web-based rectorate with the PHP programming language and MYSQL database that are easily accessible online via internet browsing, with the aim of making it easier for employees to manage letters, so that work efficiency has increased, disposition becomes faster. and accurate, and the mail management system is becoming more integrated and computerized. The white box testing method is used in system testing, where the results obtained are of the same value for the number of Cyclomatic Complexity City (CC) = 22, Region (R) = 22 and Independent Path = 22, meaning that the logic flow of this system shows that the mail management system is based on This website is correct and appropriate, and free from logical errors.

Abstract

Pendulum motion is an example of simple harmonic motion which undergoes back and forth motion through its equilibrium point regularly. In the motion of a pendulum there is a period which is the time it takes to travel one path of the pendulum. In determining the period of the pendulum, there are quantities that affect the period of the pendulum, one of which is the initial deviation. This study aims to prove and determine the relationship between the magnitude of the pendulum deviation with the value of the pendulum period. The value of the period of the pendulum at an angle of <100 will be different from the value of the period at an angle of >100. Experiments were carried out using Arduino as a digital practicum tool, this is because the digital practicum tool has a high accuracy value and has a low relative error. The angle variations selected are 100, 200, 300, and 400, the results obtained in the experiment show that there is a significant difference between the coefficient of variation of the pendulum and the coefficient of the pendulum period.

Abstract

Two different algorithms will use different approaches. Like KNN (K-Nearest Neighbour) and SVM (Support Vector Machine), with the former calculates the closest distance between two instances, while the latter calculates the existence of hyperplane that separates two resulted classes. By using train data consisting of anomaly or noise data and using real measurement normally given by a lecturer to the students in the class to determine the students’ pass or fail in one subject, the research finds the difference between the two algorithms. The research is conducted in the University of XYZ on IIT (Introduction to Information Technology) subject. With the use of Orange Data Mining software, the research aims to give information about the suited algorithm for prediction or classification of student’s success in a related subject or others. It uses quantitative analysis with KNN dan SVM algorithms methods. Based on an assessment of several parameters, KNN is better than SVM, but SVM is better than KNN in obtaining a passing threshold value.
