Abstract

Management plays a very important role in supporting the running of the asset inventory and its management. Currently, the drug supply asset management system at the Kaka Bekasi Pharmacy is still carried out using a simple computerized method, namely using the Microsoft Excel application and manual recording, causing various kinds of problems. The problem faced by the pharmacy is that the asset management of drug supplies in the process of recording orders, purchases, sales is not recorded accurately and is well integrated so that in the search process one has to look for drug stock data, as well as being slow in knowing which drugs will expire. Lack of security in the system is also a problem with pharmacies as it can be accessed by anyone. Therefore, to assist managers in drug asset management, a Web-based Drug Inventory Asset Management Information System was designed using the Prototype Method at the Kaka Bekasi Pharmacy, system design using UML, PHP programming language with sublime text editor and MySQL database management software. The result of this research is a prototype that can be further developed in order to produce an asset management information system that can be implemented at the Kaka Bekasi Pharmacy.

Abstract

One of the most important assets to support a work program carried out at CV convection. City Collection is a payroll system. In the current process, it is certain that a company will produce a lot of work that requires quite a lot of employees to produce it. System development is one of the problem solvers that is reliable enough to develop a problem system in payroll transactions. In making the development of the payroll system using the Visual Basic 6.0 programming language as a database for data storage and using observation and interview methods using the Prorotype model. The application of the development of a payroll system that is supported by a desktop-based application which makes it an application that can make it easier for admins and financial officers in payroll, so that the level of effectiveness and efficiency of the employee's payroll system at convection City Collection has been reduced from before.

Abstract

Visualization is a tool that makes it easy to understand the information presented in charts and graphs. The purpose is to facilitate data exploration. Therefore, the authors use relationship diagrams as Mathematical Modeling to explore data that has a relationship between tables. The purpose of the study is to map the dataset, which found out a possibility that some errors when entering data. In the mapping process, we use the composition of relations, thus making the number of possible relationships in the mapping. Because of the problem, the table mapping use into a binary relationship diagram based on the number of attributes in a table. The conclusion obtained when using a binary relation diagram is that the more column in a table, the more mapping relationship diagrams must be drawn. Although the relationship diagram becomes very complex, it handled if the tables are correctly normalized.

Abstract

Electrocardiograph (ECG) merupakan instrument medis yang mampu mengukur aktivitas listrik yang dihasilkan oleh jantung untuk mendeteksi kelainan pada organ tersebut. Sehingga sangatlah penting untuk memperoleh hasil yang akurat agar dalam menentukan diagnosa penyakit seorang pasien. Tidak presisinya peralatan EKG akan menyebabkan hasil perekaman aktivitas kelistrikan jantung yang tidak akurat. Dengan demikian perlu dilakukan pengujian secara berkala pada alat ECG dan dilakukan kalibrasi. Dalam penelitian ini akan dilakukan pengujian pada alat Electrocardiograph (ECG) dengan merk GE, Tipe Mac 600. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode perbandingan langsung dengan Electrocardiograph Simulator. Hasil pengujian mendapatkan nilai kalibrasi level tegangan dengan toleransi 5% dengan nilai 5,10, dan 20 mm/mV. Nilai pada kalibrasi laju rekaman memiliki toleransi 5% yaitu sebesar 99 mm untuk 8 siklus dan 98.5 mm untuk 4 siklus. Sedangkan pada kalibrasi sinyal ECG didapat hasil pengukuran sebesar 10 mm dan masih dalam batas toleransi 5%, dan hasil kalibrasi sinyal sinusoida 20mm dan masih dalam batas toleransi 10%.

Abstract

The decline in employee performance at UP PTSP Makasar District is characterized by a decreased level of service time efficiency in the area of KRK and IMB licensing. In addition, the cause of the decline in employee performance is due to the behavior of employees who like to postpone work and come late to work intentionally, and also employees lack the determination of high morale at work. The achievement of the duties of UP PTSP employees in Makasar Sub-District was not in accordance with the determined time standard. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the work environment and workload on the performance of UP PTSP Makasar District employees and to know the factors that had to be prioritized to become better. The data used for research is questionnaire data which is processed by the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method. This study analyzes the factors of work environment and workload using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with AMOS applications. Based on SEM output regression weights value states that there is no significant effect between work environment on employee performance. While there is a significant effect between workload on employee performance. The main priority in improving employee performance through the work environment is cleanliness in the workplace. The main priority in improving employee performance through better workloads is with work conditions at the workplace.

Abstract

BPRS Al Salam is a Sharia Micro Finance Institution (LKMS) that already has many customers, especially in financing products. However, in the manual funding application, the customer must come to BPRS Al Salaam, this is very troublesome for customers who want to apply for financing. Financing type marketing media still uses brochures, there is no easily accessible media to find out information on customer financing data such as financing status, payment maturity from financing transactions and the absence of a special forum for communication between BPRS and customers. To improve service to customers of BPRS is the application of the concept of customer relationship management (CRM). The purpose of this study is to design a CRM for financing products in order to improve service to customers. The system development method uses the Prototyping method. Tools in designing systems using UML include usecase diagrams, narrative usecase, activity diagrams, sequence diagrams, and class diagrams. Whereas system programming uses PHP and MySQL database, system testing with user acceptance test (UAT) methods. The results of this study resulted in a CRMS (customer relationship management system) developed with the Kalakota and Robinson approach that would produce a system that was in accordance with the needs of the organization and concluded that 80% of users agreed that the BPRS interface and application features were made in accordance with desires.

Abstract

CV Bahagia Jaya Alsindo is part of PT. Bahagia Jaya Sejahtera, a member of the Bahagia Jaya Group, is known as a producer of agricultural, industrial, agricultural, livestock and fishery equipment / machinery. Problems arising from the many demands of work from the company to the production operator that resulted in the production process not running optimally, there are indications of employee turnover and work space that is not comfortable so that makes employees feel stressed at work. This study aims to determine the workload of hammer mill machine production operators measuring and cutting materials, assembling, painting, and finishing good, to determine the factors that cause mental workload with employee turnover indications and to reduce the mental workload felt by hammer mill production operators. The method used in this study is NASA-TLX (Task Load Index) with two stages, namely the weighting stage and the grading stage. Initial research results obtained WWL (Weight Workload) operator part of the measurement and cutting materials by 73.56, the Assembling section by 76.00, the painting part by 72.00, and finishing good by 73.33 where the results experienced a mental workload high. Proposed improvement is done by holding psych tests, providing training, providing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) while working and holding work shifts.

Abstract

Communication can be done anywhere and anytime, making it easier for people to exchange information. Communicating today is very easy by utilizing various applications or media by using internet facilities such as Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp Messenger, and others. The author builds an application that can connect users in communicating, exchanging information, and sharing the science that is the uSocial application. The app is created by applying the Firebase, Volley, and RecyclerView methods. These three methods are useful for running applications directly or In Real-time. Algorithm testing is done by comparing the Brute Force algorithm with the Horspool, and Knuth Morris Pratt algorithms. The results of Brute Force algorithm testing on word searches performed based on the length of search sentences resulting in 100% accuracy for 500 data trials as well as shortening the time for posts searches then better using Brute Force algorithms. The test results using the Whitebox method tested using three parameters, namely cyclomatic complex city, region, and independent path, produce 17. The program's flow and logic follow ANSI standards and there is no need to change the flow or plan back. At the same time, the results on the Blackbox testing of the functions in the application managed to produce the desired output.

Abstract

Almost all aspects of human life has been touched by the development of information and communication technology. Especially in the current pandemic where face-to-face interactions are very limited, so sometimes information is not conveyed clearly and precisely. For example, in the case of work when there are new employees who have difficulty getting information or just asking colleagues because they cannot convey information clearly. The lack of access and the amount of access needed to obtain certain information makes it difficult for new employees to work even though the questions asked are the same questions asked by one employee or another. Chatbot is the result of technological innovation that aims to facilitate the process of exchanging information by using interactive programs. With this text-based Chatbot application, you can minimize the time needed to answer questions because it is automated. The Naive Bayes Classifier algorithm was used in making Chatbot in this study by previously creating a collection of frequently arising questions (FAQ) containing 10 questions and their answers which will be used as a dataset. By using a split ratio of 0.8 and a total of 60 questions, the resulting accuracy value is 93.33% and the error value is 6.66%.

Abstract

Identifying the corona virus on international arrival passengers aims to find out whether the passenger has the corona virus or not. Corona virus is one of the health problems that really needs our attention now. Because this virus can cause death, and the way the virus is transmitted is very easy and fast. There are many things that can be done to reduce the spread of this virus to the territory of Indonesia, one of which is to identify the body temperature of each passenger on international arrivals at the airport. At the airport the identification of this virus is done by using Artificial Intelligence. One of the things that is the goal of developing artificial intelligence (AI) is to help humans. This often means imitating the abilities and intelligence of the person he is trying to help or replace. The tool used is the Thermal Scanner Camera that can see directly the body temperature of the passenger. And there are several kits that have been made to check directly whether there is a corona virus in the human body by using the Rapid Test and PCR Test. This research was conducted to see how important AI (artificial intelligence) is in helping reduce the spread of corona virus. According to some existing data, the use of Thermal Scanner Camera can help reduce the spread of corona virus at airports.
