Abstract

Determine model teacher or teachers who performed well is one effort in improving on teacher performance.The problem in smk tamansiswa 3 jakarta is no fixed on the performance assessment teachers. Thus there needs the assessment system on teacher performance that can help in determining teachers with management best performance helped build management for providing advice for teachers based on the total score earned by. This system made by using fuzzy logic sugeno.Criteria that are applied in this system readiness matter, among others: learning, media uses, objective, curriculum development, their mastery of the material, the presence of, class control, ability motivate students, ability create a class pleasing. Criteria divided into the fuzzy good , enough and bad .The result of this research was the assessment system uses the teacher performance with the accuracy of fuzzy sugeno 98,92 % .

Abstract

The fuzzy logic is thought to be able to map an input space into an output space. To optimize the inventory in Affan stalls can use fuzzy logic with Mamdani method. The use of fuzzy logic is necessary to optimize the inventory in Affan stalls to avoid excess items. The study method uses literature study and data analysis with the accuracy of data reaches 83%. From this analysis can know and optimize the inventory of goods in Affan stalls with method Mamdani in January 2020 get the accuracy of the data 83% with the demand of 1,500 units, sold 2,100 units and supplies required IE 2,300.

Abstract

Coronavirus disease 2019 or COVID-19 caused by SARS CoV 2 is a tragedy in the world of global health. Even the World Health Organization (WHO) has stated that the corona virus outbreak is a Public Health Emergency of International Concern (PHEIC) or an international public health emergency. Not only has an impact on health but this virus outbreak also has a major impact in various sectors such as disruption of the country's economy, obstruction of the teaching and learning process and so on. This impact is caused by the rapid spread of the virus. Therefore, the authors designed a monitoring and screening application for COVID-19 using certainty factor and forward chaining methods which aim to make it easier for people to monitor the spread of the COVID-19 virus in real time and be able to carry out early screening for COVID-19. Both of these methods produce a system diagnosis with the same results, that is, someone is indicated as SUSPECT COVID-19.

Abstract

In this era, it is demanded to know and understand the development of the importance of technology. Technology provides convenience in helping human activities, especially in the academic world. At the moment Rabbani Islamic Kindergarten has not used the website as a tool for publication media and information exchange, so the information cannot be accessed by public in real time. In this research web is designed and created using SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) Waterfall Model. The research objective is  designing and creating a website to facilitate easy access information, to cover wider area publication, and increase awareness. The results of this study are a website that helpful and easier for teachers, students and all stakeholders of the school to easily get information quickly and accurately. Referring to this, it is expected that by using a web-based information system, any information can be accessed and published to the people, making it easier for the public to get information at real time through an internet connection.

Abstract

Research is an obligation for lecturers to develop their knowledge besides teaching. Until now all lecturer's research is managed by the Institute for Research and Community Service, often called LPPM. College research institute is a place where all lecturer research information can be obtained, problems encountered at tertiary research institutions are the grouping process in the field of lecturer research carried out by the LPPM data and information system section, this is also one of the problems related to text classification . Classification is the process of finding a model that describes and distinguishes classes or concepts that aim to be used to predict classes from objects whose class labels are unknown. Naive Bayes is a simple probabilistic based prediction technique based on the application of the Bayes theorem with strong independence assumptions. In this method there are deficiencies that can affect the accuracy caused by the Naive Bayes feature which is not always applicable. To deal with these problems, researchers conducted a feature selection process using Genetic Algorithms. The dataset used is 275 lecturer research data from all scientific fields. The results of experiments in this study indicate that the accuracy value increased by 26.06% with the use of Genetic Algorithms in the feature selection process.

Abstract

Every electronic device requires a good power supply so it perform functionally needed. Many devices use electrical energy. Starting from a laptop or computer device, TV, AC, refrigerator, cellphone, lights all use electric power. Even in every agency or company requires electrical energy for work activities to be more optimal. UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) itself is very useful for protecting electronic devices from blackouts that can occur at any time. This tool stores electrical energy such as battery and re-flows it, so that devices such as computers are not damaged. By using the calculation algorithm method TOPSIS (Technique For Others Reference by Similarity to Ideal Solution) and SAW (Simple Additive Weighting) in making the best UPS quality decisions in terms of quality of goods by considering the quality of weight with the following criteria: Price, Capacity (VA), Capacity (Watts) and Runtime at 60W (min).

Abstract

After three months of large scale social distancing major (PSBB), Indonesia is getting ready to enter a new order or commonly known as new normal, a new thing that many countries including Indonesia are forced to deal with. The new normal has become a rather interesting thing to discuss that many people are browsing for news orbiting around such topic regarding of what it is, how it is done and when exactly it’s implemented. The initial of this research is to calculate the accuracy of news browsing by computing the score rank so that the keywords that we use can acquire the results as we wanted. This research is using an experiment method in which gathering the news in the virtual world. .One of the ways to acquire the right documents is to make a ranking. Ranking is one of the branches from Information Retrieval System and one of the models that we can use to deal with such problem is the Vector Space Model. The dataset that we use is the Corona-related news through tokenizing, filtering, and stemming on preprocessing. The research results in proving that Vector Space Model (VSM) can be used and can help finding and computing the score rank of the news.

Abstract

The rose is a plant from the genus Rosa which has more than 100 species with various colors. In the process of selecting roses, you will find roses that are still fresh and wilted. With that, we can detect the wilting of the rose by applying the HSI and HSV methods to image processing applications, the data collection process, namely by making data preparations on the Kaggle dataset, then classifying and training the data using the HSI and HSV methods. Based on the classification results of a total of 820 images of rose images, a total of 757 images were tested using HSI and HSV. The values obtained were Range at HSI, H = 0–0.5, S = 0–1, and I = 0.5372549–1 in the Fresh category, while the category HSI wilt, H = 0–0.5, S = 0-1, I = 0.5620915–1. The HSV range values are in the Fresh category H = 0–0.5, S = 0-1, V = 0-1, and the Wilt category H = 0-0.5, S = 0-1, V = 0-1. Furthermore, the success rate for testing roses with HSI reached 92.3% where the data read correctly 757 and read incorrectly 63 out of 820 sample data of roses, while testing on HSV the success rate reached 93.2% where the data read correctly 765 and read incorrectly 55 out of 820 rose flower sample data. Based on the above results, detection of wilting roses using the HSV color space transformation method is the best in data testing.

Abstract

CV. Citra Buana Mandiri is a service enterprise  which provide service such as retreading of used tires. During  retread production process, there were found defects which caused by external and internal factors so the final product  are not in accordance with the quality standards set by the firm.   The purpose of this research is to identify the causes of ring 20 tire defects, analyze whether the product defects are still within control limits and provide recommendations for improvements to improve the quality of ring 20 tires. Tseven tools was used as research approach with final result as follows: identifying factors that cause 1000 tire defects.  ring 20 is the factor of human, machine, raw material, environment and method, then we get 13 possible root causes of the problem.  The proportion of defects in the 1000 ring 20 tire product, it can be concluded that the product is still within control limits, but based on the company's standard tolerance, the percentage of defects that are still outside the predetermined standard is 1 percent and 13 improvement along production stages in order to maintaining excellent quality.

Abstract

Along with the development of toll road infrastructure, we need to anticipate and monitor the effects it causes, especially for residents living around toll roads. The impact of vibrations caused by passing vehicles can disturb the health of the population if it crosses the Maximum Threshold. Based on this, during this research, we will design a vibration measuring device that can be monitored online by the vibration (acceleration). The vibration meter has been designed using the MMA7361 accelerometer sensor. Data transmission is carried out online using the ESP8266 WiFi module and using a portable WiFi hotspot source from a cellular phone. The measurement was carried out for about 30 minutes at the edge of the Jakarta-Serpong toll road, precisely at Km-11. By using four vibration measurement sensors, the sensor distance variations are carried out on toll roads, the distance between each sensor is as far as 3 meters. The results of measurement and testing of vehicle vibrations passing on the Sepong-Jakarta toll road on the four sensors show an acceleration value of <0.45m / s². The measurement results of the vibration of vehicles passing on the Jakarta-Serpong Km 11 toll roadshow that the resulting acceleration value is <0.45m / s². Based on the level of risk of exposure to vibration for health, the acceleration value is in a low category so that the toll lane distance is in a safe zone for the health of the surrounding population.
