<![CDATA[The purpose of this study is to empirically examine the effect of competence, independence and professional auditor skepticism on audit quality in government auditors in North Aceh district. The analytical tool of this research is used the multiple regression analysis technique. This model will answer the problem there, namely measuring how much influence the influence of competence, independence and professional skepticism of the auditor on audit quality simultaneously or partially on government auditors in North Aceh district. The intended respondents were government auditors who worked at the North Aceh district Inspectorate office, totaling 21 respondents, because they had the ability to audit government agencies / offices. The data sources used in this study are primary data in the form of questionnaires and secondary data in the form of interviews. The results of the study showed that simultaneously the competence, independence and professional skepticism of the auditor had an effect on audit quality, and partially the competence and professional skepticism of the auditor had a positive effect on the quality of financial report audits in North Aceh district. <![CDATA[Abstract : This study aims to analyze the relationship between corporate governance (board independence dan board size) to the implementation of environmental standards in corporate social responsibility. This study uses a sample of 200 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) taken from 2015-2016. The result of this research is that there is a significant and positive influence between board independence and board size of commissioners on the environmental strength in corporate social responsibility. <![CDATA[Abstract: The purpose of this research is to determine how much inflation, gold price and number of customers on lending financing ar-rahn in Pegadaian Syariah Unit Geudong. This research is carried out by collecting secondary data which are found from the annual report of PT Pegadaian Syariah Unit Geudong and website of Bank Indonesia for period January 2016 to December 2018. The method used to analyze the relationship between independent variables with dependent variable is multiple linear regression method and classical assumption test. This research is a quantitative research by conducting quantitative data analysis. Technique of collecting data of this research is by collecting secondary data which have been finished. The result from this research shows that inflation, gold price and number of customers have significant influence on lending financing ar- rahn simultancously. gold price and number of customers influence to lending financing Ar-Rahn partially. The result is expected to be beneficial to Pegadaian Syariah, especially PT Pegadaian Syariah Unit Geudong in order to improve performance in the future.Keyword: Inflation , Gold Price , Number of Customers and Lend Financing of Ar-rahn ]]>

<![CDATA[In this digital edge, Indonesian Financial Service Authority (OJK) has encouraged bank industry to develop internet banking services. This service has changed the way customer interact with the bank from face to face interaction to online interaction. The development of this internet banking services have triggered marketing researcher to investigate how this service can influence customer satisfaction and commitment. This study aims to examine the effect of internet banking service quality on customer satisfaction and commitment. A questionnaire survey has conducted to 130 bank customer’s in Padang. Research instruments of this study have been adapted from many previous studies. Structural Equation Model analysis technique has been used to analyze the data of this research. The result of this study found that the dimension of internet banking service quality such as easy to use, website design, privacy, responsiveness, efficiency and reliability have significant effect on customer satisfaction. Furthermore, it was found that customer satisfaction has significant effect on customer commitment.Keywords: Commitment, Stisfaction, E-Banking]]>

<![CDATA[Abstract: This study aims to analyze the effect of Islamic finance on economic growth in Indonesia. This study was conducted in 33 provinces with 7 years from 2011-2017. The research model uses panel data model. Financing Research Results provided by Islamic Commercial Banks are very useful in supporting economic growth. Research shows that most Indonesian provinces are still in quadrants II, III and IV. There is enough evidence that finance can spur economic growth. The recommendations of this study are that the government and related agencies focus on increasing funding in an effort to grow a higher economy in addition to the need to increase investment financing.Keywords: Financing, Economic Growth, and Panel Data]]>

<![CDATA[Abstract: Along with the times, the paradigm of the realization of social and environmental responsibility must also have implications for the company's sustainability in the future, so it is necessary for companies to integrate economic interests and carry out social and environmental responsibilities, one of which is through Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). The CSR that has been carried out by the company has indeed been running effectively and efficiently, but it is necessary to develop a strategy that can accommodate the obligation to carry out social and environmental responsibilities as well as related to economic interests in accordance with the company's strategy through Creating Shared Value (CSV) planning. This study aims to formulate the CSV concept at PT Semen Gresik, Rembang Factory. This type of research is phenomenology with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques in this study were through in-depth interviews and Focus Group Discussions (FGD). In-depth interviews consisted of informants from internal companies and the public. Then for the FGD the sources were internal parties of PT Semen Gresik (2 people) and ring 1 community (2 people), as well as non-ring 1 community (2 people). The results of this study conclude that from several CSR programs that have been carried out by PT Semen Gresik, Rembang Factory, it is divided into 12 programs that can potentially be CSV programs. There are 4 CSV concepts formulated by the company, namely programs aimed at ring 1 and non ring 1 communities that are inline with short, medium and long term corporate strategies.Keywords: Creating Share Value (CSV), Continuity]]>

<![CDATA[Abstract: This study aims to test empirically the effect of auditor competence and professional skepticism of government auditors on the quality of audit reports on the city government of Lhokseumawe. The analytical tool used is multiple regression analysis with the consideration that the pattern of relationships between variables in the study is correlative and causality. This model will be able to answer the form of the problem, namely measuring how much influence the influence of auditor competence and professional skepticism of government auditors on the quality of audit reports simultaneously or partially at the Lhokseumawe city government. The intended respondents are government auditors who work at the Inspectorate office of Lhokseumawe, totaling 30 respondents, because it is believed that they have the ability to audit government institutions / offices. The data sources used in this study are primary and secondary data with data collection techniques through distributing questionnaires and interviews. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously the competence of auditors and professional skepticism of government auditors have an effect on the quality of audit reports, and partially the competence of auditors and professional skepticism of government auditors have a positive effect on the quality of the audit reports on the financial statements of local government work units of Lhokseumawe City. The results of this study are expected to become a reference and consideration for local governments, especially the auditors of the Lhokseumawe city government, so that the audit implementation prioritizes their professionalism.Keywords: Competence, professional skepticism and quality of audit reports]]>

<![CDATA[Abstract: The study in this study on the analysis of the The Influence of Transformational Leadership, Organizational Culture and Motivation on Employee Performance at Regional Office of National Land Agency of West Sumatera Province. The issues raised in this research are: How is the influence Transformational Leadership towards Employee Performance at Regional Office of National Land Agency of West Sumatera Province. (2) How is the influence Organizational Culture towards Employee Performance at Regional Office of National Land Agency of West Sumatera Province. (3 ) How is the influence Motivation towards Employee Performance at Regional Office of National Land Agency of West Sumatera Province In this research using descriptif analyse. This analysis for give deep arguement and implemented hypotesis that describe in quantitatif analyse, based on questioner list has been filled by employee. <![CDATA[Abstract: One of sector that has important role in supporting economic development is the banking. And one of the banking product is credit cards are optionally. In improving its performance needs to be supported by good employee performance. But, the performance of emloyees in the Bank X Credit Card Unit still hasn’t reached the target. The objectives of this research is to identify the effect of emotional intelligence on job performance with job satisfaction and job stress as intervening variabel at Bank X Credit Card Unit. The method used in this research is quantitative research with the total number of respondents as much as 50 employees of the Bank X Credit Card Unit . The data is analized with smart PLS and the results of this research shows that emotional intelligence has positive and significant effect on job performance, emotional intelligence has a negative and significant effect on job stress, emotional intelligence has a positive and significant effect on job performance, job satisfaction hasn’t positive and significant effect on job performance and job stress has negative and significant effect on job performaceKeyword : Emotional Intelligence, Job Performance, Job Stress, Job Satisfaction, Banking]]>
