Abstract

Abstract:This study aims to examine how much influence the United States GDP, inflation, exchange rate, and production have on Indonesia's coffee exports to the United States. This study uses a quantitative approach with secondary data for 20 years from 2000 to 2019. The research method uses multiple linear regression analysis with IBM SPSS v.25.0. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously the United States GDP, inflation, exchange rate and production variables affect Indonesia's coffee exports to the United States. Partially the inflation variable does not have a significant effect on Indonesia's coffee exports to the United States. Meanwhile, the GDP variable of the United States of America has a positive and significant effect on Indonesia's coffee exports to the United States. The exchange rate and production variables have a negative and significant effect on Indonesian coffee exports to the United States.Keywords: GDP, Inflation, Exchange Rate, Production, Export

Abstract

Abstract: The study in this study concerning the analysis of the influence of transformational leadership style and organizational culture on the performance of the Padang One Primary Tax Service Office with Job Satisfaction as Mediation ". In this study using descriptive analysis. This analysis is to strengthen the arguments and logic in answering and implementing the allegations that will be described in quantitative analysis, based on those collected from the questionnaire that has been submitted and filled in by 95 employees. Then this data is analyzed statistically using PLS applications. The results of the analysis showed that there was a positive and significant influence between transformational leadership and organizational culture on employee satisfaction, then transformational leadership and organizational culture on employee performance.Keywords: Transformational Leadership, Organizational Culture, Job Satisfaction, Employee Performance

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to be able to test and determine the factors that can affect Employee Performance, which include Authentic Leadership, Motivation, Discipline, and Career Development at PT. Polychemie asia pacific is great for improving employee performance. The data analysis method used is the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS), Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) listrel by distributing questionnaires to 384 employees with supervisory level and below who work at PT. Polychemie asia pacific is beautiful as the research sample. The results show that Authentic Leadership with a value of 0.19, Motivation with a value of 0.47 Career Development with a value of 0.04 significantly affect employee performance. Meanwhile, the Discipline variable has no significant effect on Employee performance. In accordance with the results of the study, the researcher gives advice to the company to be able to improve the company's employee performance, as well as ensure and comply with the requirements in accordance with applicable laws, regulations and procedures and apply steps to achieve company goals.Keyword: Authentic Leadership, Motivation, Discipline, Career Development, Employee Performance, Industrial

Abstract

Abstract: The aims of this research to analyze the condition of container loading and unloading services at Terminal Berlian, find out the factors that cause low operating performance, as well as design solutions to improve operating performance in Terminal Berlian using the lean six sigma method. This research uses an exploratory qualitative approach which explains why it is questioned and discusses what was produced by interviews with 15 informants who determined structural officials who were experienced in the Operations Directorate and supported other data sourced from operational reports. The results of the analysis show the root of the dominant problem in the work process are waiting for the departure process, waiting for the truck losing cargo, waiting for the load from CY, unloading idle time and trouble of the equipment. The design of improvement is carried out by strategies to reduce waste by eliminating NVA NOT work preparation and departure of the ships, eliminating NVA waiting times, and reducing NOT breaks, and the strategies to improve process capability by increasing the speed of cycle time and increase using HMC per vessel. The results of the research shows that the application of the lean six sigma method can  improve the operating performance of Terminal Berlian with an average increase in cycle time of 39.11% and an average increase in the ratio of ET: BT to 39.96%.Keyword: Lean Six Sigma, DMAIC, Value Stream Mapping, Cause Effect Diagram

Abstract

PT. Berhasil Indonesia Gemilang officially operated since 19 November 2014, BIG is a company engaged in the distribution services of cement products. Good inventory management is expected to replenish each other and can strengthen the position in the distribution  to customers and given the best service.  An average about 470,700 Bag, in the year 2016 , in the year 2017 the average of the plot 1,172,584 Bag and in the year 2018 the average supply of 1,778,121 Bag from the data recorded from the year 2016-2018 there is a drastic increase in inventory supplies. Data analysis uses cause and effect diagrams or fish bone diagrams to determine the underlying cause of increased inventory supplies. The result of the analysis will know the cause of inventory supplies.Keywords: Stock, cement, fish bone diagram

Abstract

This study aims to design a production cost budget at the Teaching Factory for cooking oil, chemical engineering department of the Lhokseumawe State Polytechnic. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, where the researcher will explore production data on the object of research and then compile the data into a production cost budget based on previous research studies and based on existing literature. This research is interesting because the cooking oil installation in the laboratory is different from the general factory, this is because the installation assets are included in BMN so that they cannot be included separately in the calculation of the production cost budget if the installation is carried out economically. This research can provide an ideal production cost budget calculation model in a laboratory at a state university or polytechnic.Keywords: Design, Budget, Cost, Production, Laboratory

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the Effect of Job Analysis On Employee Performance On PT.Hayati Pratama Mandiri West Sumatra. This research is exploratory research with research sample that is as much as 186 people. This study uses multiple regression analysis with the help of SPSS program version 22.00 with the results of research that is 1) Job description has a positive and significant impact on employee performance in PT.Hayati Pratama Mandiri West Sumatra. The better the existing job description, it will improve the performance of employees of PT. Hayati Pratama Mandiri, 2) Job specifications have a positive and significant impact on employee performance. The more exact job specification which means that each job has the exact requirements specifications and employees obtained in accordance with the specified specifications, it will improve the performance of employees PT.Hayati Pratama Mandiri, and 3) Job evaluation has a positive and significant impact on employee performance at PT. Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of business strategy and corporate characteristics on the financial performance of Commercial Bank Business Group (BUKU) in Conventional Commercial Banks in Indonesia. This research is exploratory research with quantitative method. The sampling technique was conducted by census method with all Bank BUKU 3 and Book 4 which amounted to 18 Banks. This study uses regression analysis of panel data with the help of SPSS program version 22.00. The results showed that efficiency in production and distribution have a negative and significant effect on financial performance, marketing cost and sales efficiency have negative and insignificant effect to company's financial performance. Intensity of asset has negative and insignificant effect to financial performance, firm size has positive and insignificant effect to the financial performance of the company, and the growth rate of DPK has a positive and insignificant effect on the financial performance of the company Commercial Bank Business Group (BUKU) in Conventional Commercial Banks in Indonesia. Abstract

The title of this research is “The effect Fundamental Factors  to Stock Return of Automotive and allied  Industry in Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2011-2016 ”. The aims of this research are to know are fundamental facktors have influence which is sigificant in simultan and partial to stock return, and to know which of the variable dominant have an effect which is significant to common price of Automotive and allied  Industries in Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2011-2016. In this Research there are 12 firms. This researches used secondary data collected by using library research method, and for analysis test the researches used Panel data method. Analysisi tools used are a “f” test, “t” test, and coeffisient of determination. Based on “t” test the research know that in partial only Return On Asset have influence which is sigificant to stock return. Based on coefficient of determination know that amount of current ratio, debt to equtity ratio, total asset turn over, return on asset dan price earning ratio have not influence which is significant in simultant  to stock return. Abstract

This study aims to test empirically the effect of apparatus competence, performance-based budgeting and functional supervision simultaneously or partially on the performance accountability reports of government agencies in North Aceh Regency. The analytical tool used is multiple regression analysis techniques, the relationship between variables in the study is correlative and causality. Respondents in this study were heads of agencies or employees involved in the accountability report, totaling 66 respondents, because it was believed that they had broad access to the budget process. The data sources used in this study are primary and secondary data, namely through questionnaires and interviews. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously the influence of apparatus competence, performance-based budgeting and functional supervision has an effect on the performance accountability reports of government agencies, and partially the influence of competence, performance-based budgeting and functional supervision has a positive effect on the performance accountability reports of government agencies in North Aceh district. This research is expected to become a guideline and consideration for local governments, especially North Aceh district, so that apparatus competence, performance-based budgeting and functional supervision can be applied in the process of preparing government agency performance accountability reports.Keywords: Competence, Budget, Control and Performance Report.
