Abstract

Background: Pregnancy is the period from conception until the fetus is born. During pregnancy, a mother experiences physical and psychological changes, with these changes a mother will from her self-concept, self-concept indirectly affects the occurrence of anxiety in pregnant women such as worry and fear of childbirth. Purpose: this study to determine the relationship between self-concept and anxiety in third trimester pregnant women facing childbirth in the work area Puskesmas Wonosobo 1. Method: This research used cross sectional correlation research design. The sampel in the study amounted to 58 pregnant women. Data collection technique by means of total sampling. A tool to measure self-concept using a questionnaire adapted from previous research and anxiety using hamilton anxiety rating scale (HARS) questionnaire. Statistical test using the spearman test. Result: shows the results of significance of 0,000 (p<0,05), which means there is a relationship between the self-concept to anxiety third trimester pregnant women facing childbirth.

Abstract

Preeklampsia adalah sekumpulan gejala yang timbul pada wanita hamil, bersalin dan nifas yang terdiri dari hipertensi, edema dan proteinuria yang muncul pada kehamilan 20 minggu sampai akhir minggu pertama setelah persalinan. Salah satu tindakan non farmakologis yang dapat di lakukan untuk menurunkan tekanan darah tinggi pada penderita preeklampsia dengan memberikan teknik hidroterapi rendam kaki menggunakan air hangat. Tujuan penulisan artikel ini adalah melakukan analisis literature review terhadap pengaruh rendam kaki air hangat terhadap penurunan tekanan darah pada preeklampsia berat. Dalam proses penulisan menggunakan metode Literature Review, yaitu sebuah pencarian litherature baik nasional maupun internasional yang diperoleh dari google schoolar. Yang dibatasi 5 tahun terakhir, dari tahun 2018 hingga 2022. Selanjutnya sumber literature yang dipakai diindentifikasi dalam bentuk tabel serta dibahas secara deskriptif untuk menjelaskan metode yang ada. Abstract

Latar belakang: Nyeri menstruasi (Dismenore) merupakan gejala nyeri pada perut bagian bawah disertai dengan gejala biologis yang terjadi baik sebelum maupun selama menstruasi. Kondisi ini meyebabkan terganggunya aktifitas sehari-hari akibat rasa yang tidak nyaman. Prevalensi nyeri menstruasi di Indonesia sebanyak 55%, terdapat 15% di antaranya mengeluh tidak aktif berkegiatan karena dismenore. Terapi non farmakologi khususnya manipulative body therapies salah satunya Massage Effleurage dapat digunakan sebagai upaya pengobatan non farmakologis untuk mengurangi intensitas nyeri menstruasi. Massage Effleurage ini memiliki berbagai macam manfaat salah satunya dapat mengurangi ketegangan pada otot sehingga dapat menurunkan intensitas nyeri. Tujuan: Mengetahui efek massage effleurage terhadap menurunnya intensitas nyeri menstruasi. Metode: Kajian literature ini menggunakan metode PICOS framework untuk mencari artikel pada database seperti Google Scholar, Science Direct. Artikel yang digunakan sebanyak 7 artikel dalam rentang 2018-2021 dan jenis penelitian Quasi-experimental dan Clinical trial study. Hasil : Karakteristik responden mayoritas memiliki siklus menstruasi yang teratur, dengan rentang 14 tahun – 43 tahun. Hasil pengkajian menunjukkan bahwa intensitas nyeri sebelum intervensi adalah sedang dan intensitas sesudah diberikan intervensi adalah ringan.  Kesimpulan : Terdapat penurunan intensitas nyeri menstruasi dalam pemberian terapi massage berdasarkan konsep Gate Control Theory. Saran : Diharapkan terapi manipulatif dapat menjadi rekomendasi dalam pelayanan di fasilitas kesehatan untuk meningkatkan status kesehatan reproduksi sehat. Kata Kunci: Efektifitas, Massage Effleurage, Nyeri Menstruasi.

Abstract

Background: Breast milk production can be influenced by several factors and one of them is psychological factor. Postpartum mothers may experience emotional disorders such as stress that can reduce the stimulation of the prolactine hormon which eventually it inhibits the production of breast milk.Objective : to find out whether there is a relationship between stress level and the adequacy of providing breast milk for breastfeeding mothers at Sakina Idaman Hospital.Research Methods : This study used a cross sectional design consisting of 42 respondents who were selected using a purposive sampling method. A questionnaire was implemented to conduct this study and it tested using the chi square test.Results : Univariate analysis showed that most respondents who did not experience stress were 36 people (85.7%), while most of the respondents considered sufficient in breastfeeding were 37 people (88.1%). The bivariate analysis result showed that there was a relationship between stress level and the adequacy of providing breast milk for breastfeeding mothers at Sakina Idaman Hospital with P = 0.002 (p<0.05).Conclusion : There is a Relationship between stress level and adequacy of providing breast milk for breastfeeding mothers at Sakina Idaman Hospital.

Abstract

Background: Every surgical procedure, including SC surgery, must beaccompanied by pain. SC pain is caused by surgical wounds on the frontwall of the abdomen and uterine wall (Sarwono, 2009). Based on thisphenomenon, pain in post-SC patients needs serious treatment because itcan have an impact both physically and psychologically. Post-SC painmanagement can be done pharmacologically and non-pharmacologically.One of the non-pharmacological studies that are effective for reducingpain in post-SC patients is relaxation handheld finger techniquePurpose: The purpose of writing this scientific paper is to provide an ideaof applying finger grip relaxation therapy to reduce pain intensity so thatit can increase post-SC patient comfort.Method: The method used is a literature review or a review of fiveresearch journals about the effect of finger grip relaxation on post SC pain.The search for these journals was done through PubMed, Onesearch, andGoogle Scholar.Result: Based on a search from five previous research journals, it wasfound that the patient's criteria included being fully aware andcooperative, not experiencing post SC complications, not experiencingother pain, not experiencing mental or mental disorders, and not havingphysical disorders such as muscle stiffness. Giving effective interventionusing a duration of15 minutes, 6-8 hours after administration of analgesics and post SC over12 hours. The steps for giving the intervention include the patient beingadvised to sit or lie down quietly, grasping five fingers, closing the eyes,focusing, and inhaling slowly through the nose, exhaling slowly throughthe mouth.Recommendation: The finger grip relaxation technique can be used as areference in the management literature as a standard operating procedure(SOP) for handling post SC pain reduction.

Abstract

Background: Oketani massage is a massage that can increase breast milk output. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of oketani massage on breast milk production. Methods: This study uses a literature review method. The search was limited to articles published from 2017-2021 with quantitative research types. Searches were done on databases such as Google Scholar, Sage, Proquest, Ebsco, and Cochrane, with the keywords oketani massage dan breast milk production. Results: Based on the search results found as many as 58 articles. Then after the screening stage, 9 articles were obtained for review. Based on the review, it was stated that oketani massage can increase the quantity and quality of breast milk production as measured by weighing the baby’s weight, measuring prolactin and oxytocin levels, using IBFAT questionnaire, observation sheet for breast milk production, and assessing the mother’s perception. Conclusion: Oketani massage has effectiveness in increasing breast milk production in postpartum mothers and breastfeeding mothers..
