Abstract

Latar belakang: Terapi komplementer sekarang menjadi hal biasa dan disukai oleh pasien. Salah satu yang sedang berkembang adalahmterapi komplementer latihan jalan cepat , yang berkorelasi dengan tekanan darah.Tujuan penelitian: untuk membuktikan efek olahraga jalan cepat pada tekanan darah pada pasien dengan hipertensi esensialMethod:This type of research is a quasi exsperiment approach to non equivalent control group design pretest and posttest, where the intervention group of hypertension patients taking anti-hypertensive medication and given treatment in the form of brisk walking exercise 30 minutes for 8 sessions in 2 weeks, while the control group of patients hypertension who just take drugs. Sampling was done by purposive sampling method were 116 patients with essential hypertension were treated in Public health centers Secang 1. Blood pressure measurements performed at the beginning and end of the study. Statistical test using Wilcoxon test and Mann-Whitney.Results: results of the study showed a mean decrease in blood pressure, with significance at p = 0.001 systolic pressure and diastolic pressure of p = 0.001.Kesimpulan: Olahraga jalan cepat dapat dilakukan sebagai terapi komplementer pada pasien dengan hipertensi esensial. Jalan cepat akan berolahraga melawan pembuluh darah sehingga hasil akhirnya dapat menurunkan tekanan darah.

Abstract

Background- The treatment for lowering blood pressure can be pharmacological therapy with drugs and also non-pharmacological therapy. Cucumber juice and brisk walking exercise are non-pharmacological therapy that can be done with.Purpose - Knowing the effect of cucumber juice and brisk walking exercise on blood pressure in elderly hypertensive patientsMethod- This research is quasi experiment with pretest and posttest design, using purposive sampling with amount of 40 respondents who were draw with certain inclusion criteria. Data analysis used to assess the differences in the group with paired t-test and between groups using Independent t tests.Results- The test results paired t test in the intervention group cucumber juice systolic blood pressure and diastolic p = 0.00 p = 0.00. The test results paired t test in the group of brisk walking exercise systolic blood pressure and diastolic p = 0.01 p = 0.03. Independent test t test in the intervention group cucumber juice and brisk walking exercise with the results systole and diastole p = 0.017 p = 0.04 (0.05), which indicates that there is a difference in blood pressure between the groups cucumber and group therapy exercise brisk walking. On the intervention of cucumber juice for 7 days can lower systolic blood pressure of 10.2 mm Hg and diastolic blood pressure of 8.9 mmHg. While the intervention brisk walking exercise to lower blood pressure 4 mmHg systolic blood pressure and 3.5 mmHg diastol.Conclusion - Intervention cucumber juice is more effective than intervention of brisk walking exercise in lowering blood pressure of elderly patients with hypertension.

Abstract

Background: Social media provides many positive impacts and ease of interaction, but not a few negative impacts, one of them was anxiety. Indonesia ranks 4th in the world in the used of social media with an average duration of usage for 8 hours 51 minutes every day. Though adolescence is an age where someone was very susceptible to anxiety. This anxiety if coupled with the high intensity of used of social media in adolescents was feared will have an effect on social interaction and cause anxiety to be higher and at risk of becoming social anxiety due to the lack of real communication to the social environment. The aims to find out the correlation between the intensity of the used of social media with the level of social anxiety in adolescentsMethods: This research used observational method with Cross Srectional design.Results: Based on the results of the data analysis test, the value of p = 0.00 (p 0.05) was obtainedConclusion: There was a correlation between the intensity of the used of social media and social anxiety

Abstract

Background: Hallucination is a problem that appears in schizophrenia as a positive symptom that must be addressed immediately so as not to disturb the health status. Nursing therapy is the main alternative to resolve hallucinatory problems in schizophrenic patients who are treated at the Mental Hospital.Methods: The method used is literature review with a library of articles or journals from 2010-2019 by searching through Google Scholar, Pro Quest, GALE, EBSCOhost, and Ovid Journal.Results: The results of the synthesis show that nursing therapy can overcome the problem of hallucinations in schizophrenic patients.Conclusion: CBT and group activity therapy as nursing therapy are effective for hallucinations of schizophrenia

Abstract

Background: Indonesia's elderly population is increasing with increasing life expectancy. Changes in mental health that usually becomes a problem in the elderly is depression. Depression in the elderly need to be addressed, one with creative therapy. Creative types of therapy that can influence the elderly depression is like Brain Gym and elderly gymnastics. These activities can be carried out in the elderly in the community with ease because it is their neighborhood health center and also does not require music.Purpose: This study was conducted to determine differences in the effect of brain gym and gymnastics elderly to depression in elderly Posyandu Elderly Patent Canyons, Rejowinangun North, Central Magelang, Magelang CityMethod: The approach in this study is quantitative research design with two non-equivalent group pretest posttest design. The sampling technique used is saturated samples involving all the elderly who experience depression as a sample with 56 elderly measured by GDS 15-Items. The intervention is done 2 times a week for 1 month with a time of 30 minutes.Results: The results showed that there were no differences influence of Brain Gym and exercise the elderly to depression in the elderly due to results obtained Mann Whitney test p value 0.051 (p 0.05).Conclusion: No difference elderly Brain Gym and exercise for depression in the elderly, but these activities can be applied to the activity of the elderly in reducing and preventing depression in the elderly due to the activity can lower GDS scores 15-Items.

Abstract

Bullying merupakan salah satu fenomena sosial yang sering terjadi di masyarakat, baik pada anak-anak, remaja, bahkan usia dewasa sekalipun. Kejadian bullying sangat bermacam-macam seperti pukulan fisik, pelecehan verbal, penyebaran gosip, pengucilan maupun penggunaan sosial media untuk mengirimkan berita buruk. Salah satu permasalahan pada korban bullying adalah cemas. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui efektifitas writing therapy terhadap penurunan cemas pada remaja korban bullying di SMP Negeri 2 Kledung Kabupaten Temanggung. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan Quasi Experimental Design dengan metode Non Equivalent Control Grup Design pre-test post-test. Responden dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 40 responden yang diambil dengan metode purposive sampling dan dibagi menjadi 2 yaitu kelompok kontrol dan kelompok intervensi. Pengukuran kecemasan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan skala ukur cemas HARS (Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale). Intervensi writing therapy dilakukan sebanyak 8 kali pertemuan selama 4 pekan. Setiap pertemuan membutuhkan waktu 35 menit yang terbagi atas 4 sesi.  Hasil penelitian menunjukan writing therapy efektif dalam menurunkan cemas p = 0.001 (p less than 0.05).

Abstract

There are around 20 million people worldwide suffering from schizophrenia. In Indonesia there is an increase in the number of schizophrenic clients, which were originally 1.7 per 1000 to 7 per 1000 population of Indonesia where Central Java is in the fifth position of mental disorders. The symptoms of schizophrenia are divided into 2 categories, positive and negative. Positive symptoms that can appear in schizophrenic clients, one of which is the risk of experiencing behavioral disorders, namely violent behavior. Violent behavior can result in loss of individual control so that it has the potential to hurt oneself, attack others and damage the environment. The purpose of this study is to describe nursing care from assessment to evaluation of schizophrenic clients with a focus on the study of the risk of violent behavior through interventions to control spiritual anger with murrotal ayat kursi. This research includes field research using descriptive analytic methods through case exposure with the nursing process approach. Research subjects are schizophrenic clients with risk of violent behavior. In this study using the instrument aggression questionnaire to measure the level of client aggression. The results showed the provision of nursing care to schizophrenic clients with the risk of violent behavior through intervention to control spiritual anger with murrotal ayat kursi showed improvement in the condition of the client which has a significant influence on mental status decline and aggression scores.

Abstract

Background: Schizophrenia is a psychosis, a type of mental illness characterized by distortions in thinking, perception, emotion, language, sense of self and behavior. One of the symptoms is hallucinations, hallucinations: hearing, seeing or feeling things in the absence of external stimuli. This sensory perception disorder includes all five senses. One of them is auditory hallucinations.Objective: to describe the implementation of the nursing process for mental health with impaired sensory perception, auditory hallucinations, Mrs. F at Prof.Dr. Soerojo Magelang.Methods: this research was conducted using a descriptive method. Collecting data by interview and observation on the nursing process in patients with auditory hallucinations.Results: there was an increase in knowledge and ability to control hallucinations,Conclusion: Nursing care for schizophrenic patients with hallucinations can increase knowledge and ability to control hallucination.

Abstract

Swafoto yang narsistik adalah foto diri yang di bagikan melalui media sosial sedikitnya dua foto per minggu, dengan memiliki kepercayaan diri secara berlebihan, merasa lebih unggul dengan maksud mengeksplore diri ke publik, guna mendapat perhatian yang selalu mengejar pengakuan dari orang lain. Swafoto merupakan salah satu trend dikalangan remaja yang digunakan untuk pengembangan harga diri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi hubungan swafoto yang narsistik dengan harga diri remaja. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan kuantitatif observasional analitik cross sectional. Hipotesis yang diajukan ada hubungan swafoto yang narsistik dengan harga diri remaja. Adapun subjek penelitian memiliki karakteristik responden dengan intensitas mengunggah foto swafoto ke media sosial dua foto perminggu, dengan jumlah 101 responden. Teknik sampling menggunakan sistem purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya hubungan swafoto yang narsistik dengan harga diri remaja (τ=.534, nilai p<.01).

Abstract

Kalegen village is a rural area with an area of 2.26 km2 and the population density in 1130 and has experienced landslides. Disaster, illness were stressor that can lead to mental disorders and risky if not handled well. The community service activity was aimed to implemented the results of research on mental health education in the community through the implementation of Community Mental Health Nursing (CMHN) so hopefully people have adaptive coping. The activities carried out for 50 hours in six hamlets in the village Kalegen Bandongan, Magelang. Question and answer drills, role play were conducted. Results: A 180 members of the community were participated. The decreased of symptoms of stress through the Self Reporting Questionnairre (SRQ) were reported. We found this action was effective for the community in instilling awareness of the importance of healthy mental life. Conclusion: This action support the implementation of the vision and mission of nursing studies program Magelang and provide supplies to students as a therapeutic tool in providing mental health nursing care. Suggestions: Changes the knowledge and ability to handle stress and be meaningful if people exercise consistently.
