Abstract

To improve the competitiveness and productivity of hospitals, it is necessary to apply the OSH culture. One indicator is the use of PPE. The purpose of research is to to know the relationship of  availability of PPE, regulations, and supervision of use PPE in laundry, kitchen, and cleaning services in Siti Rahmah Islamic Hospital. Laundry, kitchen, and  cleaning services have a high risk for working accidents and occupational diseases. The research method is quantitative analysis method with cross sectional design at  Siti Rahmah Islamic Hospital in January-December 2022. Population in this research totally 43 persons.  all populations are sampled in this study The analysis used in this research is univariate and bivariate. The results showed that availability of PPE (0,041), regulations (0,000), and supervision (0,000) significantly correlate with the use of PPE. It is recommended for officers to get used to using PPE  when doing work. Siti Rahmah Islamic Hospital is advised to provide socialization or training regarding the use of PPE. In addition, it is hoped that Siti Rahmah Islamic Hospital will be able to ensure the availability of PPE and supervision of the use of PPE.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the quality of BPJS Health services during the COVID-19 pandemic at the Mampang Health Center based on the dimensions of Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance and Empathy. This research design uses a quantitative approach with a descriptive type of research. The location of this research is the Mampang Public Health Center, Kotapinang District, South Labuhanbatu Regency. Based on the results of the research conducted by researchers on 150 respondents who were patients or participants who visited the Mampang Public Health Center, Kotapinang District using BPJS Health, the results were (88.6%) rated moderate on Tangible dimensions, (85.7%) assessed on the Reliability dimension, (94.3%) rated it moderate on the Responsiveness dimension, (82.9%) rated it moderate on the Assurance dimension, and (97.1%) rated yes it meets the Empathy dimension. None of the respondents' statements stated that the quality of service was poor even though they were BPJS users.

Abstract

HIV/AIDS in Indonesia is concentrated in certain population groups who have a high risk of HIV transmission related to their behavior, one of which is Female Correctional Families (WBP). This study aims to determine the relationship between characteristics and social pressure with behavior to prevent HIV/AIDS transmission in prisoners in Lapas II B, Padang City. This type of research is analytic with cross sectional design. This research was conducted from September 2021 to February 2022 at Lapas II B, Padang City. The research population is 121 people and the sample is 70 people. Sampling was done by cluster sampling technique. Primary data collection was carried out by interview technique using a questionnaire. Data analysis includes univariate analysis and bivariate analysis. The results showed that there was no relationship between knowledge (P Value=0.256) and no relationship between social pressure (P Value=0.171). It is suggested to Correctional Institution Officers to collaborate with the Health Office, Puskesmas, Police, Ministry of Religion, community leaders and family members regarding efforts to prevent HIV/AIDS transmission behavior and motivate prisoners. It is hoped that the IIB prison leadership will make an empowerment program to improve skills and self-quality.
