Abstract

The advancement of information technology has positive impacts on life, especially in the service system. Current university has implemented a system information, applicable campuswide known as iDuHelp service system. However, problems are identified in the iDuHelp service system, which will be further described in detail. The problem is then resolved with the support of the performance from ROOSTER (Role Online System Ticketing Raharja), by providing unique ticket numbers which will be transferred to the relevant parties in order to provide accurate information. Many related methods of this study, including the methods of iLearning, also the road map of the study and mindmapping, arefurther described in detail and will eventually produce clearer research outcomes. The method of analysis is also done through three stages, namely the identification of information needed, identification of system requirements, and eventually the survey on the current system. Described in this article are the problems that arise and the solution to the problem under study. There is also a flowchart workflow. In the prototype implementation of iDuHelp, will be shown the system performance of ROOSTER and the listing program. It can be concluded that the performance of ROOSTER can maximize the service system iDuHelp on higher education platform .

Abstract

Technology information had a critical role in human life, no exception in education. One of the products technology that is occupied in education is multimedia. Perguruan Tinggi Raharja which applies the methods of iLearning need multimedia in realizing concept 4B. The application of multimedia was meant to make efficiency and effectiveness in the procurement information in form of documentation such as image, audio, and video. However Green Documentation as a file storage in Perguruan Tinggi Raharja is still less than optimal, so the documentation is spread across multiple storage online media. This is because either Green Documentation and media online were available haven't been enough to be storage requirements which covers images, audio, and video in one integrated place that you can share. As a result, students having trouble finding documentation of activities held by the campus. MAGICS is an online media which allows all documentation can be arranged neatly to facilitate searches. This paper tries to describe the problems and solving in an information systems, especially in terms of documentation. Implementation of MAGICS can be used as a solution for providing file storage and file sharing in the application of learning method (iLearning).

Abstract

Developments in technology , especially Internet technology has supported to provide various types of services that can be accessed easily , quickly , efficiently , whenever and wherever , as well as allowing the use of e – portfolios . E – Portfolio is based on the application of advanced users to store , organize , and share items that represent the individual learner . Therefore , making an application e – portfolio system is highly recommended right . With methods based system online , the e – portfolio system will be very easy to use . E – portfolio is called iRME in Perguruan Tinggi Raharja. In this article described the problems that arise and solving the problem examined . In addition there are 5 ( five ) advantages of this application . In the implementation of the prototype view of iRME application . It can be concluded that the contribution iRME system can accommodate and facilitate private lifetime collection efforts Pribadi Raharja in personal portfolios . By implementing iRME on Perguruan Tinggi Raharja expected Pribadi Raharja to ease in making the Curriculum Vitae ( CV ) of quality .

Abstract

The execution of a task becomes critical points in the assessment of learning and understanding. Either individually or performing group tasks collaboratively. In particular Higher Education, Perguruan Tinggi Raharja currently using learning tasks utilizing media IME support ( iLearning Media ) , IDU ( iLearning Education) and media processing tasks using paper. Identified there are 7 ( seven ) problems underlying this study. There are six (6) using a Widuri’s excess , 6 ( six ) gains resulting from the features that exist in the Widuri , there are three (3 ) using a Widuri’s benefits , and 3 ( three ) deficiency using the Widuri as collaborative task execution . To identify the problem , the authors compare the currentrunning system by using the media IME , IDUs and manually with paper . The author also create flowcharts , UML and literature review of the Wiki as a research method . This study aims to allow students to work on tasks with ease and liveliness lecturer can assess student progress through this task anytime and anywhere because it can be accessed online and centralized . The solution is to use the media of Widuri supporter of Media Wiki for collaborative tasks online .

Abstract

Media information developed so rapidly in line with technological developments. Media information running on a college, greatly affects the student in understanding the developments taking place in its environment. Application of the media aims to facilitate students in meeting the needs of science. However, the use of the information media and the campus is not optimal yet computerized student ignorance will lead to the existence of such media. Thus the importance of online information media to facilitate the process of information retrieval. Now with iLearning learning, all the information can be integrated extensively. iRAN is a campus information media that have been computerized aims to manage all documentation of an event, incident, and campus information. In this case to measure the quality of information produced, iRAN adopted a study conducted by DeLone and McLean (1992) showed that among the six categories that build on the success of information systems, there is a connection and dependence which then determine the success or failure of the implementation of an information system. In addition there are 6 literature reviews that can be used as references in preparing this report. The final result of the study is an integrated information system that is widely campus, where iRAN can provide the latest information about activities or events that are taking place within the campus while also every student can participate share what they know into iRAN.

Abstract

Subdistrict Batuceper a government agency employee attendance system is still running it manually . Where the application of the attendance system there are some things that become obstacles . The problems that occur are in terms of effectiveness , efficiency and process time of roll call . Attendance report form which is currently still in the form of writing that can complicate the search process the data , and the possibility of missing attendance data . With the above reasons , the author tries to provide alternative solutions to the problem by creating an application that will record attendance system employee attendance , time of arrival , time of return , which will be made in a systematic and computerized . This system eliminates the process of recording employee attendance that still run manually , ie by reducing the error rate by means of input personal identification number in the attendance process . At this writing will also be explained stages of processing , ranging from processanalysis , planning, design using the programming language PHP ( Hypertext Prepocessor ) and MySQL database , until the implementation stage using spiral with engineering notation and object -oriented approach , UML ( Unified Modeling Languange ) , in order to determine what data is being input and output on the system running . With the attendance information system is expected to minimize the constraints that occur in the system before.

Abstract

With the development of computer technology , especially in the field of multimedia enabling competition in the highly competitive retail world . At the present time due to intense competition in the business world , the service and quality of goods is not enough to be able to increase revenue and attract customers who are loyal and inevitably this makes employers think hard to find a way to survive and stable in the business . One way is to use visual communication media can indirectly communicate the expected value of its effectiveness in product marketing programs . CV.Zero Store is a company located in Villa Mutiara Pluit Tangerang which sells a variety of products and a jersey type shirt screen printing . The problems that exist in the company does not have a means of supporting media promotion of effective programs , this company is already using a media campaign to promote its products as it is used today is the brochures , banners , promotions with clients directly keklien and perceived inadequate for future promotion . Therefore , it takes promosiyang other means such as the media in the desired catalog marketing targets that have been programmed . For media catalog is a masterpiece of design that is packaged in the form of a booklet which is a medium that can be made in the company’s assets that can be used to improve an image or the image of the company to establish cooperation relations with companies , institutions and other relevant agencies . Besides the new design is expected to add variants of the media campaign so as to form the image or the image of the company as desired . Therefore dituangkanlah such a design in an article entitled “Designing Catalog For Supporting Information Media and Promotions at CV Zero.Store “
