This study aims to determine the effect of CAR and LDR, either simultaneously or partially on ROA in the Commercial Banks included in LQ45 stocks with the observation period 2008 – 2015. The type of study is research hypothesis with purposive sampling method. The target population of this study is recorded in the Commercial Bank shares LQ45 period 2008 – 2015 announced by the Indonesian Stock Exchange. The research sample consists of 4 commercial banks. The analysis technique used is a statistical test with multiple regression method. The result showed that the CAR variable is negative effect and no significant on ROA. LDR variable is positive and significant mpact on ROA. Variables that have a dominant influence on ROA is variable LDR. And simultaneously CAR and LDR not significant effect on ROA.Key word : CAR, LDR, ROA

AbstractThis study aims to analyze the effect of work ability and extrinsic motivation on employee performance on CV. Pesona Palembang. Data analysis methods used are qualitative and quantitative, with primary and secondary data sources in the form of questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The population of this research is all employees of CV. Pesona Palembang with sampling technique is saturated sampling, with the sample amounted to 51 respondents. The results showed that there is a significant influence between work ability and extrinsic motivation on employee performance CV. Pesona Palembang simultaneously with Sig 0.000. While the partial also found the effect of work ability and extrinsic motivation, where the ability of work to be the most influential variable on employee performance. Keywords: Work Ability, Extrinsic Motivation, Employee Performance Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kemampuan kerja dan motivasi ekstrinsik terhadap kinerja karyawan pada CV. Pesona Palembang. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dan kuantitatif, dengan sumber data primer dan sekunder berupa angket, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan CV. Pesona Palembang dengan teknik sampling adalah sampling jenuh, adapun sampel berjumlah 51 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara kemampuan kerja dan motivasi ekstrinsik terhadap kinerja karyawan CV. Pesona Palembang secara simultan dengan Sig 0,000. Sedangkan secara parsial juga ditemukan pengaruh kemampuan kerja dan motivasi ekstrinsik, dimana kemampuan kerja menjadi variabel yang paling berpengaruh terhadap terhadap kinerja karyawan. In this study, the authors take the title "Influence of Employee Compensation Motivation.MNC Leasing company palembang". This research was conducted by the author is to determine how much influence the compensation on employee motivation MNC Leasing company Palembang. This research uses quantitative data analysis techniques. The research data was obtained from the respondents (questionnaire) in company MNC Leasing , in this case the primary data that is diteknik pemgambilan the data obtained from the MNC Leasing company. The statistical analysis used in this research is regression analysis and hypothesis testing using the program SPSS 16. The results of this study indicate that there are significant compensation to big motivation that can be seen from the results of the variable coefficients x of 56.4 percent, the presence of a considerable influence on employee motivation in the MNC Leasing company will certainly be able to improve progress for the company, can also be the prosperity of employees working with bonuses for their hard work on the profits earned by the company as compensation makes employee motivation increases and would make the company's productivity increased well.Keywords : Compensation , Motivation Productivity, Employee.

The purpose of this study is to determine Budget and Expenditure realization at the Kalidoni District Office in Palembang. Variable of this study was realization of Budget and Expenditure during 2012-2014. The subjects are the Budget and Expenditure at the Kalidoni District Office in Palembang. The method of this study was descriptive methods and data collection techniques were documentation and interviews.The data source of this study were the employees at Kalidoni District Office. The results of this study indicate that the realization of Budget and Expenditure District of Kalidoni Palembang, the ratio of income and unstable realization were 96% in 2012, 58% in 2013 and 85% in 2014. For the ratio of budget and realization in 2012 of 85%, in 2013 by 88% an d in 2013 is 92%. The ratio of expenditure and realization were 89% in 2012, 68% in 2013 and 472% in 2014. The independence ratio were 110% in 2012, 203% in 2013 and 714% in 2014. Effectiveness ratio were 91% in 2012, 66% in 2013 and 9,8% in 2014. Efficiency ratio were 70% in 2012, 72% in 2013, and 87% in 2014. In general, the realization of the budget and expenditure in Kalidoni district is good enough, the level of independence is good, but the level of effective and efficient in the District Kalidoni is still not included in the criteria.

The purpose of this study to find and describe the layout of the office at PT. South Mountain Lestari. Methods used are observation and documentation. Based on observations Tata layout at PT. Mount South Lestari Palembang using the short-distance principle to make the movement of employees not loose so that the use of time is not effective. There has been no planning consideration on spatial factors such as lighting, air circulation and illumination, allowing employees not to work as expected by the company. Fresh and clean air will increase the productivity of employees, the lighting there also does not meet the criteria of an office because of its lighting or good lighting is a vital thing that the senses require to perform office tasks. Good lighting will increase work productivity, improve work quality, reduce errors, reduce eye damage, improve employee morale and provide a better image for the company.Keywords: Layout, office and Company

Results of hypothesis testing has proven there are significant financial compensation to performance phl t-test, it is known that the t value in the variable Financial compensation is greater than t table (7.324> 1.994). This shows that the hypothesis of Ha Ho accepted and rejected, then this proves that there is an influence on the performance of financial compensation by proving that there are significant financial compensation to the performance by the probability (Sig.) Of 0.000 <0.05. Results of hypothesis testing based on the research results known financial compensation variable positive and significant effect on the performance with a percentage of 4.41% and 3.41% influenced by other variables that are not analyzed in this study. Financial compensation is predominantly influenced by salaries, because the salaries phl can meet the needs of the physical and social status so phl will gain job satisfaction. Performance is very dominantly influenced by the award given in the form of money, because phl will feel the results of the work they provide is greatly appreciated by the remuneration and phl will feel comfortable with their work. This study aims to find empirical evidence about the antecedents of the intention of testing Internet users consisting of several factors in the decision to trade through e-commerce. The subjects were 175 consumers of Internet users in Indonesia through a mailing list. This study uses a questionnaire survey instrument. This study identifies the extent to which the reference (antesedent) of intention (intention) of internet users against decisions transactions through e-commerce. In this study tested the hypothesis that there are 10 and 9 hypothesis is proven using software SMARTPLS. From the results of this study indicate that the intention of Internet users in the decision transactions through e-commerce is affected by the privacy, security, confidence (trust), the perception of risk (perceived risk), perceived ease of use (perceived ease of use), the benefits perceived (perceived usefulness ). The purpose of this research is to know how to influence working capital turnover againts financial performance at CV. Putra Buana years 2009-2014. While the research method used is descriptive with simple linear regression.Working capital management is very important because it concerns of working capital as well as the working capital policy implementation in day to day operations, and short term liabilities the company so that the continuity of the company’s future can be maintained. The management of working capital effect on the ability of the company in generating profits. From the data obtained, the financial condition of the CV. Putra Buana years 2009-2014 tends to still fluctuate. To improve the financial performance of CV. Putra Buana required increased efficiency and profit margin turnover assets, because the end result of the mixture of both efficiency and profit margin turnover assets (operating assets turnover) specifies the height of the low earning power.

The phenomenon of poverty can not be avoided, but development has decreased the number of poor people but has not been able to eliminate poverty. It is time for poverty alleviation programs on the factors that influence it, because the factors causing poverty each region have different characteristics, thus efforts to alleviate poverty are also different.The data were collected by direct interview with respondent using questionnaire, samples were taken by using Slovin formula taken from Household data of Social Protection objective year 2017. The analysis result showed 86% of household heads were at productive age, 87% education of head of family did not finish junior high, Education is insignificant. Families, no significant family allowances. The role of local government is very important because more features of poverty in the region so that poverty alleviation programs are prepared in accordance with the characteristics of the region. To overcome the low education of poor families needed improvement and improvement. The orientation of education is directed at creating graduates who are able to become entrepreneurs and create jobs. Various training is required for additional skill enhancement and the development of productive assets in return for capital assistance.Key words : poverty, education, employment, number and income of family members
