Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the behavioral biases of individual investors in Palembang City. Data collection techniques used in this study are primary and secondary data taken through interviews, while secondary data obtained through literature literature. The population in this study are all individual investors in Palembang City. The sampling technique using Snowball Sampling and Purposive sampling with the number of samples of 100 respondents. Methods of data analysis  starting from the verification of respondents, followed by indepth interviews. The results of the interview were interpreted and analyzed using descriptive statistics. The results concluded that 63% of individual investors in Palembang experienced overconfidence biases, 21% experienced cognitive dissonance biases. 19% experienced Illusion of control biases, 46% experienced regret aversion biases, 73% experienced representative biases, 53% experienced loss aversion biases and 38% experienced mental accounting biases. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how the process of preparing a cash budget, analysis of the factors causing the variance between budget and actual cash budget and budget planning and control of cash in the Cooperation Kopdit Rukun Palembang with the observation period the cash budget in 2013 and 2014.In this study, researchers used a qualitative analysis method and analysis kuantiatatif. Where analyzes were performed using the data in the amount set forth to explain an explanation of the figures later described back in the form of prose description language or standard language.The results showed that: (1) In the process of preparing a cash budget on Cooperation Kopdit Rukun of Palembang using a bottom-up approach to budgeting that is where the budget is prepared and put up by the parties to implement the budget. (2) The cause of the difference (variance) between budget and actual cash budget is a cooperative internal and external factors. (3) the cash budget planning by estimating finance and analysis of the activities, both routine and non-routine activities. (4) Control of the cash budget on Cooperation Kopdit Rukun of Palembang form of control on a cash budget a good budget deviation was farvorable or unfarvorable and to anticipate as well as revisions to the deviations that occur. Keywords: Cash Budget, Planning, Controlling

Abstract

This research try to see the relationship between the large of company social responbility with the financial performance. The goal of this research was to know the effect of environment theme energy, employment, product and consumer theme community theme effected in partial and simultant way to ROA. The population of this research was 150 manufactures company which listed in Indonesia stock exchange in 2012 until 2014 and the sample of this research was 45 companies which fulfill the research criteria. From the research can be conluded that 1) enviroment energy theme and employment theme not effected and significant to ROA, product theme and consumer theme efected and not significant to ROA. While community theme not effected but significant to ROA. 2) Environent and energy, employment, product and consumer, community in together effected and significant to ROA.Key words : CSR, finansial performance, ROA

Abstract

A Company which is enganged in the procurement of heavy equipment, it would faced with the problem in adding the heavy equipment. This research was conducted in order to determine which one is the more profitable financial institutions for the company when the loan interest rate is having fluctuation which is can not be predicted before. This research is a descriptive by using  secondary data of credit calculation examples, leasing period ,prices of equipment, economic life, residual value, tax rate and interest rate  of loan. The analysis technique use two techniques: first, quantitatives analysis which is consisted of calculating a bank loan, the calculation of leasing credit, cash flow prjections,net present value and the net advantage of leasing. The result of analysis technique indicated that the alternative financing commercial bank is more profitable for company with the net present value is lower than net leasing present value and the stable if the interest.Keyword: calculating a bank loan,the calculation of leasing credit, cash flow projection, net present value and the net advantage of leasing.

Abstract

AbstractThis study entitled Capability and Discipline of Work on Work Satisfaction and Its Impact on Performance of Employees in The Relationship Service, Communication and Informatics Musi Banyuasin District. The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is influence of work ability and work discipline to job satisfaction and its impact on the performance of employees at the Department of Transportation, Communications and Informatics Musi Banyuasin Regency, the number of samples taken is 98 people who made the respondentThe research method used in this research is quantitative method. The data required in this study is primary data from the answers sebayak 98 employees respondents at the Department of Transportation, Communications and Informatics Musi Banyuasin Regency. Testing results with SPSS showed the influence of work ability and work discipline to job satisfaction and impact on the performance of officials of the Department of Transportation, Communications and Informatics Musi Banyuasin Regency.Keywords : work ability, work discipline, job satisfaction, employee performance.AbstrakPenelitian ini berjudul pengaruh kemampuan dan kedisiplinan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja serta dampaknya pada kinerja pegawai Dinas Perhubungan, Komunikasi dan Informatika Kabupaten Musi Banyuasin. Data yang diperlukan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dari jawaban sebayak 98 responden pegawai pada Dinas Perhubungan, Komunikasi dan Informatika Kabupaten Musi Banyuasin. Hasil Pengujian dengan SPSS menunjukan adanya pengaruh kemampuan kerja dan kedisiplinan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja dan berdampaknya pada kinerja pegawai Dinas Perhubungan, Komunikasi dan Informatika Kabupaten Musi Banyuasin.Kata Kunci : kemampuan kerja, kedisiplinan kerja, kepuasan kerja, kinerja pegawai.

Abstract

The service quality ofo needs fulfillment, consumers desire, and its provison accuracy to meet consumers expectation. using the method of quantitative statistical research and data analysis techniques used was simple linear regression analysis.Since  t-count (11,505)> (2,368) and significant value (0,000) <(0,01). Wasmeansthe HO was rejected and Ha was accepted, then the service qualty significantly influence consumers satisfaction at Studio Ribka Photo Sekip branch in Palembang. Then, correlation  and determination test where they were  obtained correlation coefficient value of R = 0,598 which means that the correlation between service quality and consumers satisfaction was very strong that was  59,8%. After the correlation test was applied, it was followed by determination test. Determination test was done to see how much  the contribution of variable x to variable y, where obtained value of was R2 0,593. It could be stated that the independent variabel correlation between the service quality and consumers statisfaction was 59,3%, meanwhile the rest was 41,7% explained by other variable product, price, promotion, place, presentasi and personalia. Abstract

Banking is a financial institution that plays an important role in the economic growth rate, where one of His ministry is lending or credit to the public. Through this service the community greatly helped in continuing the business that mostly have limited capital. In the provision and distribution of bank credit have a standard operating procedure (SOP) which aims to provide uniformity and ease of operation and administration, so as to avoid things that are not desirable. Internal control structure is composed of five elements, namely the control environment, risk assessment, control activities, information and communication and monitoring has a role in terms of lending. Likewise with the internal control system which includes organizational structure, authorization system, practice a healthy and capable and competent employees. So that the formulation of the issues raised in this study there are two: first, how the influence along the internal control structure and system pengendalin intern on the effectiveness of lending in Islamic banking in the city of Palembang, the second how the influence of the partial internal control structure and system pengendalin intern on the effectiveness of lending in the banking sharia in the city of Palembang. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the internal control structure and system of the effectiveness of internal pengendalin lending collectively and partially (the case study on Islamic banking in the city of Palembang). Type of associative research, using primary and secondary data. The data collection techniques using questionnaires, interviews and documentation. Methods of data analysis is a quantitative and qualitative analysis by using SPSS. The results showed that the internal control structure and internal control system effecting simultaneously on the effectiveness of lending. The magnitude of the effect of the internal control structure and internal control system of the effectiveness of the loan portfolio by 20%. Internal control system does not affect the effectiveness of the loan portfolio, while the internal control structure significantly influence the effectiveness of the loan portfolio

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze the relationship between K3 education and training and compensation for the performance of employees of PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (PT,KAI) Regional Division III Palembang. The independent variable in this study is K3 Training (X1) and Compensation (X2). While the dependent variable is employee performance (Y). This study uses data collected from primary data and secondary data. Data. Secondary data is obtained from several sources such as journals, books and other literature. Primary data is obtained through questionnaires and observations distributed to respondents. The number of respondents used was 85 employees. The analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression to obtain a comprehensive picture of the relationship of variables and other variables. Based on the results of the study showed that K3 training and compensation provided simultaneous effect on employee performance by 54.1%. While the partial test results of K3 Training and Education variables have a positive and dominant influence on employee performance. Whereas compensation variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Processing the data using Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS), the data is tested using statistical assumptions, including validity test, reliability test, and classical assumption test. After the data is free from all statistical assumption tests. Then the data is managed statistically using SPSS. The results of this study are expected to be used as a good input for PT. Train Regional division III in the management of the company and by the next researcher.Keywords: K3 Education and Training, Compensation, and Employee Performance Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara pendidikan dan pelatihan (Diklat) K3 dan pemberian kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (PT. KAI) Devisi Regional III Palembang. Variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini adalah Diklat K3 (X1) dan Pemberian kompensasi (X2). Sedangkan Variabel dependen adalah kinerja karyawan (Y). Penelitian ini menggunakan data yang dikumpulkan dari data primer dan data sekunder. Data. Data sekunder diperoleh dari beberapa sumber seperti jurnal, buku dan literatur lainnya. Data primer diperoleh melalui kuesioner dan observasi yang didistribusi ke responden. Jumlah responden yang digunakan sebanyak 85 karyawan. Teknik Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linier berganda untuk memperoleh gambaran yang komprehensif tentang hubungan variabel dan variabel lainnya. Berdasarkan hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Diklat K3 dan Pemberian kompensasi berpengaruh simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 54,1%. Sedangkan hasil uji parsial variabel Diklat K3 berpengaruh positif dan dominan mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan. Sedangkan Variabel pemberian kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Pengolahan data tersebut  menggunakan  Statistical  Package  for  the Social Sciences (SPSS), data yang ada dilakukan uji asumsi statistik, meliputi uji validitas, uji reabilitas, dan uji asumsi klasik. Setalah data terbebas dari seluruh uji asumsi statistik. Kemudian data dikelola secara statistik menggunakan SPSS. Hasil Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat digunakan sebagai input baik untuk PT. Abstract

Earnings management is the selection of accounting policies by management that are useful for achieving certain goals. One form of earning management is income smoothing. The income smoothing can make the information in the financial statements so unreliable that the interested parties become incapable of making the right business decisions.This study aims to analyze the effect of profitability, financial leverage, and dividend payout ratio to income smoothing either partially or simultaneously. The research was conducted at a manufacturing company listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015. The purposive sampling technique was used to obtain 26 manufacturing companies as sample members.This research uses quantitative data analysis method using SPSS version 16.00 as the processing tool. In this study where the independent variable is the income smoothing where the variable dichotomy scale, so the analysis used is Linear Regression Logistics. The dichotomy scale referred to in this research are doing income smoothing (2) and not doing income smoothing (1).Based on the results of research, Profitability, Financial Leverage, and Dividend Payout Ratio does not affect Partial Revenue Partially. However, if the effects are seen simultaneously, Profitability, Financial Leverage, and Dividend Payout Ratio affect Partial Revenue Partially.Keywords: Earning Management, Income Smoothing, Partial, Simultaneous Practice

Abstract

This research examined the relationship between servant leadership (value people, develops people, builds community, displays authenticity, profides leadership, shares leadership) and organisational commitment in BPJS Kesehatan Kantor Wilayah Jambi. A total of 38 questionnaires were distributed to the employee BPJS Kesehatan Kantor Wilayah Jambi, 33 questionnaires were usable yielded a response rate of  86 %. The collected data were analysed using  validity analysis, reliability analysis, descriptive analysis, correlation analysis using the SPSS 17.The research shows that from statistiki descriptive, based on the average value, mode, with standard Determination daviasi, seventh research variables associated with the item statement shows the positive direction and can be categorized good. The results showed that value people positively and significantly related to organizational commitment, which is obtained by the correlation coefficient was 0.487. The results showed that develops people positively and significantly related to organizational commitment, which is obtained by the correlation coefficient was 0.582. The results showed that builds community positively and significantly related to organizational commitment, which is obtained by the correlation coefficient was 0.606.While display authenticity positively and significantly related to organizational commitment, which is obtained by the correlation coefficient is 0,671.Whereas to provides leadership and significantly positively associated with organizational commitment which is obtained by the correlation coefficient was 0.639 and Shares leadership positively and significantly related to the value of the coefficient correlation is 0.542. Recommendations regarding the relationship of servant ledership with an organizational commitment. The importance of the attitude of the managers (leaders), provide positive behavior in employees that augur well for the progress of the organization in hope to be able to increase productivity. Keywords: Servant Leadership, Organizational Commitment
