This article is aimed to (1) describe the system of circulation service at Proklamator Bung Hatta Bukittinggi Library (PPBH); (2) describe the activity of administrating on circulation service at PPBH. From the result of my research, I can conclude (1) the circulation service at PPBH looks does not work optimally yet because of the numerous queues on circulation desk. It caused by the place of collection renting and returning gathered in one place. Besides, the circulation service also looks does not work optimally because of the lack of staff, where the staff who serves the circulation is only one person; (2) the activity of collections renting at PPBH uses card/ renting slip, where when a visitor wants to rent a collection, the staff will write the date of renting, the date of returning, and the classification number of the book, and then it will be signed by the visitor. The activity of returning at PPBH is when the collections is being returned, the staff will check the id card of library member and the date of returning on the bookâ€™s bag, if there is a lateness of returning, the staff will ask for the fee of lateness to the visitor and write it on a sheet of fee of lateness; (3) maximize the work of the staff. Based on the result of my research, then I suggest to PPBH to separate the place of renting and returning the collections, and add some more staff of circulation division. The purpose of this study is to describe design web as pomotion media collection of naskah kuno Minangkabau at Museum Adityawarman West Sumatera, so that can to acces by users according to online. The Data of this study is colletion of naskah kuno Minangkabau at Museum Adityawarman West Sumatera. Data were collected by using observation and record with staff at Museum Adityawarman West Sumatera. Design web using Adobe Dreamweaver CS5. The findings of the study showed that promotion activity collection of naskah kuno at Museum Adityawarman West Sumatera to worked with socialization method, competition, parade, and to prepare information about cultural tour of Museum Adityawarman on the web Province West Sumatera. Writing paper aims to find and describe: (1) benefits students after reading the materials collection at the Library of Elementary School No. 29 Dadok Black Stubble, and (2) comparison of time it takes students to the time available to visit the SD State Library Number 29 Dadok black stumps. The method used in this study is observation and interviews. Observations and interviews were conducted with stakeholders. Based on the research found that: (1) students utilize library materials in the Library of Elementary School No. 29 Black Dadok stumps to find a school assignment given by the teacher in the classroom and study bidag students to the school library just to find textbooks that are tasked by the teacher, (2) learners in elementary school No. 29 Dadok Black stumps using the breaks to visit the school library, these students expressed the schedule time available to rest like shopping, playing, resulting in a lack of interest and willingness of participants students to visit the school library. In order to use library materials can be used optimally, should Libraries Elementary School No. 29 Dadok stumps Black design a good planning before the addition of library materials. The plan includes: (1) pay attention to the needs of information desired by the student participants who will surely be used later, (2) pay attention to the age and grade level of students in accordance with the latest curriculum, (3) school institutions should provide library materials order form for learners. So that the time spent by students to visit the school library effectively, should the Elementary School Library No. 29 Dadok Black stumps have library staff who are experts in the field of libraries, so that the service schedule can be given to students to be effective. The purpose of this study was to describe about schools in improving student reading Solok City (1) the role of libraries SDIT Iqra' Solok City in improving students reading interest, (2) the books in the library SDIT Iqra' Solok City can serve as supporting the learning process of students class, (3) constraints encountered in developing an interest in reading in the Library SDIT Iqra' Solok City. Data were collected through observation and interviews with librarians in SDIT Iqra' Solok City data required for the necessary methods and techniques of data collection fact that evidence can be obtained. The method used is descriptive analysis. By analyzing the data, it is concluded - following. First, the role of libraries SDIT Iqra' include: improvement of service the library, the school library should provide a collection. Second, the books in the library SDIT Iqra' Solok City can serve as supporting students' learning process, students are introduced directly by the user according to the subject being taught, and the teachers presenting latest book to every student so that students can be interested read books the library school. Third, problems encountered in the development of reading interest in the Library SDIT Iqra'Solok City are: (1) limited collection library, (2) that has not been ideal library space, (3) professionals who have not been fixed. This paper discuss about the beneficial of government publication at DPRD West Sumatera. This study were purpose to describe: (1) the beneficial of government publication within the office of DPRD West Sumatera; (2) the constraints which faced in process of beneficial of government publication at the office of DPRD West Sumatera. The data were collected by direct monitoring and interview with Kabag and Kasubag of the office ofÂ DPRD West Sumatera. The analyzing of data by descriptive way. Based on the analyzing of data, that can concluded the things such as. First, the beneficial of government publication at the office of DPRD West Sumatera was unfulfill resembled. Second, the constrain which faced in process of beneficial of government publication at the office of DPRD West Sumatera; (1) the collection of government publication is not on good arrangement yet; (2) the source of human power (SDM) which is less; (3) the responsibility of librarian, and (4) there is no input of data of government publication to computer. According to analysis carried out through observation and interviews show that: (1)Office of Archives, Library and Documentation services the city of Padang in applying open systems or open accses not run according to proper service which allows users to search for library services directly to its line of book shelf library. However, upon return visitor instantly put on the shelf book, (2) the constraints faced by the Office of Archives, Library and Documentation of Padang is still a lack of socialization or disciplinary rules as guidance literature. In addition,the existing infrastructure in the Office of Archives, Library and Documentation of Padang is still not adequate as the lack of computers and inadequate space, causing less users feel comfortable in the Office of Archives, Library and Documentation Padang. Data were collected through observation and interviews. The findings of the study are (1) The library Pemko Padang has done campaign management library though not running optimally. Media campaigns are used by officers Library Pemko Padang is through the name and logo of agencies, mobile libraries, service on holidays, distribution of brochures, billboards, and a storytelling contest. (2) Obstacles encountered in conducting the campaign management library in the Records Office, the limited budget, the library promotional activities Pemko Padang is not done regularly, the lack of human resources, lack of facilities and infrastructure, lack of library collections. (3) How that should be done by the Library Pemko Padang in overcoming the obstacles faced are: set a budget, or a set period of time in the implementation of library promotion, to increase human resources, infrastructure additions, to increase library collection. This study aimed to describe: work motivation Politani librarian at the Library, the forms of motivation given leadership to the librarian, and the difficulties inmotivating librarians working in the Library Politani. Data were collected through interviews and observations in the Library Politani. The data were analyzed descriptively. Technique of analyzingdata is done by describing the interview, describing the results of direct observation, data has been obtained in accordance with the theory discussed, conclusions, and reporting. The results of this study are as follows: (1) motivation librarians already exist in it self, but the implementation is still not good, (2) forms of motivation given to the librarian leadership Politani Library is extrinsic motivation in the form of gifts, and advice orally (ego-involvement), (3)difficulties in motivating librarians motivation is difficult to determine the most appropriate tool for each individualis not the same desire, the ability Library Politani limited in providing facilities, library leaders work hard to know the motivation of each individual librarians. The purpose of this research are (1) describe a variety of correspondence on the Padang District prosecutors, (2) describe the maintenance procedures of correspondence in the Padang District Attorney. The data is collected by interviewing the archivists who work in the correspondence field on the Padang District Attorney's Office, it was analized by using descriptive method. Based on the data analysis, it can be concluded as following matters: first, the typesof correspondence on the Padang District Attorney are regular and confidential letter. The purpose of this research are (1) describeÂ the users perception of the services which provided at Bung Hatta Proclamatorâ€™s Library, (2) describe the factors that influence visitorâ€™s perception, in order to create a good perception of the librarianâ€™s service at Bung Hatta Proclamatorâ€™s Library. The data were taken by using a Likert scale and conducted by using questionnaire and interviewing, so that the conclusions are correct. The sources of research data was taken from visitors who visit the library by spoken and written method. It was collected by informants as the original speakers. The result of the research is the perception about a good library service, so that the users are happy to come to the library. Keywords: perception; library services
