This paper discussed about the debtor records management system in PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Main Branch Office Padang. The purposes of this paper is (1) to describe how the debtor records management system in PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Main Branch Office Padang; (2) to describe some obstacles encountered by PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Main Branch Office Padang in the process of records management debtor; (3) to describe the efforts made to overcome the obstacles in the process of records management debtor in PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Main Branch Office Padang. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and intership activity. Based on the research results, we can conclude: First, archive storage systems debtors in PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Main Branch Office Padang using alphabetic system. Second, obstacles which are encountered, are (1) improper storage system; (2) infrastructure and maintenance of archive storage space is not optimal; (3) the absence of professional archivists. Third, the efforts which are being made to overcome the obstacles, are (1) improve storage system whch is used; (2) optimize storage space and archives maintenance, (3) the provision of professional archivists and providing training or education about filing for employees.Keyword: debtor; records; management

The purpose of this study is to describe the making of informative abstracts of research reports collection service deposit Archives and Library Service of West Sumatra Province to make it easier to find the information needed at any time. The method used in writing this paper is a descriptive method with data collection techniques through direct observation. Stages in making informative abstracts are; (1) read and collect documents; (2) abstract recordings; (3) making and typing informative abstract; (4) examination of the abstract final manuscript; (5) the use of the index, in this informative abstract also made index, the index listed on the informative abstract is the first index of the author, both the title index and the three keyword indexes. Informative abstracts are made to facilitate users in finding information and users do not need to read the entire contents of the research report collection Service Deposit Archive Service and Library of West Sumatra Province.Keyword: abstract informative; collection; research report

AbstractThe kind of research this is qualitative with the methods descriptive. Data was gathered through observation and conducting interviews with outstanding librarians and pemustaka for the local office of chancery and libraries the province of west sumatra .As well as by assistance material the manner it should be has to do with video. Writing in the papers were intended to discuss steps that video production profile of the library and libraries in the chancery. west sumatra provinceThis study seeks to describe the stages of making a video of the profile of the library and libraries in the chancery west sumatra province. Based on an analysis data can be concluded that stages in making video library profile as follows: first, production in pre the done before the video consisting of invention an idea or ideas, sinopsis, treatment, storyboard, shooting the script, production production planning and preparation.Â Second, and hold what production developed at the praproduksi.Third, pascaproduksi end in the process of producing the video before video ready to served.Keyword: video, library

In this paper, an annotated bibliography contains bank indonesia issue especially about regional economic studies in 2010-2012. Collected in region VIII BI KPw library. The aim of this study was to deseribe the bibliography arrange process. Data was collected through documentation study i.e. searching and reading documents that retrieved from the library information retrieval system tool. The result of documents reading activities was arranged in annotated bbliography. The arrange process can be summerized as : (a) extractly the title of bibliofraphy, (b) coding, (c) selecting of library material, (d) classifying, (e) making keywords, (f) arraning keywords index, (g) typing the bibliography, (h) verifying the the bibliography. The purpose of writing this paper is to describe the process of collecting dissertation titles index (S3) annotated education period 2008-2012 at Padang State University Graduate Library. Datawere collected through observation and direct participation by collecting data directly from the original source. Analyzing data is done by descriptive. By analyzing the data, it was concluded that: the making of the title index is conducted on a dissertation that subjek education. Dissertation indexed taken from years 2008-2012, amounting to 29 titles. The process of creating an annotated index dissertation title starts with searching for information on a dissertation that will be indexed, selecting and classifying dissertation, recording data, making annotations, specify keywords, create indexes dissertations, and typed index. Dissertation titles index arranged alphabetically title, author index, and is equipped with a keyword index.

AbstractÂ Indigenous knowledge or traditional knowledge of the community regarding batagak penghulu in Nagari Lubuk Pandan, Kabupaten Padang Pariaman. In the procession of matters relating to the following matters: first, minimal local knowledge or traditional knowledge of the community about the course in Nagari Lubuk Pandan, Padang Pariaman Regency. secondly, there are several steps in the repackaging of local wisdom information about: (1) after asking the user, it turns out that the community needs information about the adat procession of batagak pangulu; (2) collecting information in the study area by conducting interviews and also searching for information using several related books and journals, and storing it related to data storage, (3) packaging information, by making editable packaging products using the Canva application, and (4 ) transferring information, i.e. by way of making repackaging information in book form. Third, there are some challenges and efforts made in the making of information packaging, namely: the difficulty of finding informants, by seeking help from the community to find locations to find informants. Furthermore, the language of the informants is difficult to translate, so ask for help from the community to translate language that is not understood. The latest information about the adat procession of Batang Pangang, the efforts made to overcome this problem through the discussion of the culture of the local community.Keywords: Information, Indigenous Knowledge, Batagak Penghulu.

This paper focuses on making the library handbook as a means of promotion in the public libraryâ€™s youngest mountain. The purpose of this research is to create a handbook of Gunung Bungsu Public Library (PUGB) for the benefit of PUGB and librarians. Data were collected through documentation study, observation and interviews in the PUGB. The handbook is a guide or reference books in conducting activities in the library. The handbook can be used as a tool to facilitate the public to get information about libraries and library collections since the guidebook contains important information about the library. Collection of data and information in making the handbook conducted by ducumentation and observation. The first step in makingÂ handbook is the collection of data and information. Further preparation of the organizational framework. The conteats of the framework are is: a preface, table of contents, overview, vision, mission, functions and objectives, opening hours, membership, order, plan room, system service, type of service, procedure utilization, regulaion borrowing, lending procedures, the procedure returns, sanctions, classification pf library materials, documents call number, classification collection, browse, catalog description, Wi-Fi, e-mail, and cover. The final step in the handbookÂ is making the cover of the . The handbook cover of the book is designed by using the software CorelDraw X5. Keywords: handbook; library

AbstractÂ This working paper discusses about to manage index of annotation about Minangkabausm in Padang Ekspres newspaper 2017. The method is used in this working paper is descriptive research of method is to collect the datum of real sources fluently of Padang Ekspres newspaper. Thehe are some ways in managing of indexs annotation of articles about Minangkabausim consists of ninth ways as: 1) to do observation for the news paper is, 2) to select the newspaper articles, 3) to make clipping of newspaper, 4) to make description of newspaper articles, 5) to make annotation, 6) to determine the key words, 7) to make index of newspaper articles, 8) to manage index annotation base on subject, 9) to type index annotation, the key words in index, the outhor index. The second, obstacles and efforts are faced in doing to manage annotation index as: 1) to abstacle to doing solution newspaper can be overcome by classify the date of letter based on the publisher time, 2) the newspaper are not complete available can be overcome by making the list of information abot the newspaper completeness, 3) to storage the newspaper are just put in store room, as well as can put in the collection shelfs.Keyword: index of annotation, Padang Ekspres newspaper, Minangkabau

This article is aimed to (1) describe the system of circulation service at Proklamator Bung Hatta Bukittinggi Library (PPBH); (2) describe the activity of administrating on circulation service at PPBH. From the result of my research, I can conclude (1) the circulation service at PPBH looks does not work optimally yet because of the numerous queues on circulation desk. It caused by the place of collection renting and returning gathered in one place. Besides, the circulation service also looks does not work optimally because of the lack of staff, where the staff who serves the circulation is only one person; (2) the activity of collections renting at PPBH uses card/ renting slip, where when a visitor wants to rent a collection, the staff will write the date of renting, the date of returning, and the classification number of the book, and then it will be signed by the visitor. The activity of returning at PPBH is when the collections is being returned, the staff will check the id card of library member and the date of returning on the bookâ€™s bag, if there is a lateness of returning, the staff will ask for the fee of lateness to the visitor and write it on a sheet of fee of lateness; (3) maximize the work of the staff. Based on the result of my research, then I suggest to PPBH to separate the place of renting and returning the collections, and add some more staff of circulation division. This paper discusses about staking out of website based information investigation media in library of Unit Pelaksana Teknis Dinas (UPTD Balatkop) of west sumatera. This study is purposed for staking out of website as a information investigation media in library of UPTD Balatkop of west sumatera, with the result can be accessed by users as online. Staking out of website based information investigation media in library of UPTD Balatkop of west sumatera is dynamic, use Xammp as server local, Notepad++ for designing pages, PHP as language programmer and MySQL as database storage. Notepad++ is a language editor text and as editor of source code which is running in Windows operational system. Script code that used on notepad++ is PHP. This research is qualitative with deskriptif method. Data is collected by direct observation to the field research by observing information investigation that is used in library. Based on data analyzed, it can conclude that: (1) information investigation is a part of a process invention of information for user needs about information needed, by helping from any investigation tools and discoverer as having by information unit; (2) information investigation media in library of UPTD Balatkop of west sumatera just uses card catalog. In this time, the media for information investigate already sophisticated, that is website based investigation meia. But, it that library is not have yet media for information investigating that can be accessed in 24 hours by using own web. Keywords: Media Information Investigation and Website
