Anemia has a role as a cause of high maternal and infant mortality. According to Riskesdas in 2018 the prevalence of pregnancy anemia is relatively high, which is 48.9%. From the data in 2018, the highest number of pregnant women who have anemia at the age of 15-24 years is 84.6%, age 25-34 years is 33.7%, age 35-44 years is 33.6%, and age 45 -54 years at 24%. For the treatment, iron tablets are given for 90 days. The results of the 2018 Riskesdas survey the coverage of Fe tablets for pregnant women in Karanganyar district has reached 100%, but the incidence of anemia in pregnant women is still high. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of consumption of iron tablets (Fe) on hemoglobin (Hb) levels in pregnant women at the Kusumahati Jaten Clinic. The sample used saturated samples and obtained a sample of 30 people. Data collection used guided interviews in third trimester pregnant women and Kusumahati Jaten clinic reports about examining the amount of Fe tablets given to respondents and Hb levels that were first examined before consuming Fe tablets. In addition, direct measurements were taken of the mother's Hb with an Easy Touch tool. Based on the results of the research and discussion that has been described, it can be concluded that there is an influence between iron (Fe) intake and the increase in hemoglobin (Hb) levels in pregnant women in the Kusumahati Jaten clinic, Karanganyar in 2018. in the low category as many as 19 respondents (63%) and the Hb value on the second stage examination showed in the high category as many as 23 respondents (77%). From the results of this study it is expected that pregnant women consume iron tablets according to the prescribed amount.

Bleeding Post-delivery is one of the causes of death in the mother. Which is the most common cause of postpartum bleeding is 50-60% due to muscle weakness or absence of uterine contractions. This can be caused because post partum mothers do not carry out early postpartum mobilization in the first 24 hours after labor and the following days. Analytical design - cross sectional. The number of samples was 28 people and the sampling technique was consecutive sampling. The independent variable is the motivation of post partum mothers to do early mobilization, while the dependent variable is the behavior of post partum mothers in conducting early mobilization, collecting data using a questionnaire. Based on the results of the study that more than 50% of respondents (60%) were not motivated in conducting early mobilization, at most the behavior of post partum mothers doing early mobilization was less than 12 people (48%). The Wilcoxon test results showed that α was smaller than α table is 0,000 <0,05, meaning that there is a relationship between motivation and maternal behavior in carrying out early mobilization. It is expected that midwives can provide information about early mobilization by applying directly and also helping post partum mothers in early mobilization so that post partum mothers are not afraid to carry out early mobilization.

Egg has a good nutrient, but egg yolk also has high cholesterol so if we eat it excessive, it will do serious damage in our body and increasing the risk of coronary heart disease. Therefore, needed an inovation in food processing industry to process healthier foods and low cholesterol. One of the way by decreasing cholesterol levels in egg yolk by bay leaf (Syzygium polyanthum). Extract and powder of bay leaf (Syzygium polyanthum) were made to decreasing cholesterol levelsin egg yolk. After that, extract and powder solution of bay leaf were made with 2% of consentration. Uncooked eggswere soaking at extract and powder solution for 12 and 24 hours. Then, uncooked eggs were steam and do cholesterol examination with “CHOD-PAP” method and also do organoleptictesting involving 30 panelist. The result showed that soaking with extract of bay leaf for 24 hoursshowed higher decreasing cholesterol levelswhich has measured of 231 mg/100g. Cholesterol levels of egg before soaking knowing which has measured of 621 mg/100g, so that the percentage of decline is 62,80%. Statistic analysis with two ways ANOVA showed that there is a significant different in cholesterol levels. Organoleptic testinghas showed if consumen like the egg.

Giving ASI is the basic capital of forming a quality human being where this process starts at an early age, especially if the mother gives her ASI exclusively. Exclusive breastfeeding is carried out from birth to a 6 month old baby without other food or drinks. The coverage of exclusive 6 months breastfeeding in Indonesia is still far from the world average of 38%. This study aims to determine the characteristics of KP-ASI with the smooth operation of breast milk in Gayaman Village, Mojoanyar District. This study uses analytical survey methods with a correlational research design. Data collection method with cross sectional approach. The population in the study were breastfeeding mothers who had babies 0-6 months as many as 25 people. The results showed that from several characteristics there were 3 characteristics that influence the smoothness of breastfeeding, namely the characteristics of the number of children, education and sources of information, where each characteristic had a value of p value <0.05. While the characteristics of age and work are not related to the smooth operation of breast milk. Counseling from health workers needs to be improved in nursing mothers since pregnancy, especially in the third trimester. Support from the family and the environment is also needed so that nursing mothers feel calm, comfortable during the nursing process.

Health workers, especially students of the Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT) have a greater risk of contracting hepatitis B virus infection from exposure to body fluids when doing clinical labs. The importance of seroprevalence, knowledge and attitudes greatly influences students when doing practicum as a preventive measure for hepatitis B infection. This study aims to identify MLT student’s seroprevalence, knowledge and preventive attitudes towards hepatitis B virus infection. This research is a quantitative descriptive study using a cross-sectional study design carried out in one of the health universities in Surakarta in October - November 2018. Subjects were taken using total sampling techniques with a total of 71 students study in D-IV Medical Laboratory Technology. Data collection was done by questionnaire about knowledge, and preventive attitude of hepatitis B infection in students and blood samples collected and screened with HBsAg examination. Data analysis using computerization with SPSS version 21. The results showed that MLT students had good knowledge of 80.3%, good preventive attitudes of 97.2%, and seroprevalence of 1.4% of students with positive HBsAg. Knowledge and preventive attitudes of MLT students fall into the good category. Seroprevalence of D-IV MLT students showed poor results. It is expected that the higher education institution to carry out HBsAg examination as a college entry requirement, so that it can reduce work risks and can improve work safety as medical personnel.
