Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of work load and workdiscipline to performance of Crews Ship of the country Andromeda. Population of thisstudy as many as 15 crews. The results of calculations using SPSS, showed that: R2 of0.349 (37.4% ), illustrates that the performance of crews (Y), can be explained by allindependent variables 34.9%, while the remaining 65.1%, can be explained by otherfactors, which are not included in this study. From the result of hypothesis F test ,obtained value of Fcount ( 6.243) > 0.05, means that there is the influence of work loadand work discipline together to crew performance. While the results of the hypothesis ttest, both of two variables there are no influence of them to performance

Abstract

PT. Gojek Indonesia (GO-JEK) was a firm engaged in the business of transportation based on application smart phone. GO-JEK do strategy sponsorship by become one of the main sponsors in the implementation of a football gojek traveloka liga1 indonesia. With strategy sponsorship, how does it influence on reservations go-jek in palembang ?Sponsorship is the financial support from an organization, person, or activity in exchange for publicity and brand association.The purpose of this research is to know how the influence of sponsorship strategy PT.Gojek Indonesia in league 1 Indonesia of the decision of reserving go-jek Palembang. The data used in this research was the primary data obtained from the data the questionnaire. Method of withdrawal of samples on this research using Cluster Sampling.The results of this research indicate that is no significant influence against decisions ordering GO-JEK in Palembang. Testing is done based on the regression results table that indicates that the value tcalculate > ttable (1,332 > 1.65).the conclusion, the decision ordering GO-JEK in Palembang is affected by the sponsorship of 0.7%. While the rest of 99.3% are other factors that are not included in this study such as quality of service, prices, methods of payment and the variety of products offered.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of student conditions, skills of lecturers teachingand campus environment on student learning motivation Faculty Economics of PTS. Thedata were collected from August - September 2017. The data used were secondary datafrom questionnaires distributed to several PTS campuses in Palembang, PalembangUniversity, Tridinanti University, IBA University and Muhammadiyah University ofPalembang. There were 260 questionnaires distributed, from which the questionnairewas then tabulated, then the statistical test using SPSS obtained the following results: 1)The result of multiple linear analysis showed that all independent variables (studentcondition, teaching skill of lecturer and campus environment) had significant influence tostudent's learning motivation, student condition variable have more dominant influencethan other variable, 2) result of t test indicate that partially variable of student conditionand campus environment have significant effect to student's motivation variable, whilepartial teaching skill has no significant effect to student's learning motivation 3) F TestResult indicate that student condition variable, teaching skill of lecturer and campusenvironment simultaneously / simultaneously have an effect on student's motivationvariable, 4) Adjusted R R Test Result are showing the coefficient of determination equalto 0,307 or 30,7% variable of student condition, teaching skill of lecturer and campusenvironment influence student learning motivation.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim to know how the influence of price andproduct quality on the purchasing intention kerupuk kemplang UKM in Palembang city.The type of this research is quantitative descriptive research with data collection throughthe distribution of questionnaires distributed to 150 respondents who have intention toconsume kerupuk kemplang in Palembang city by purposive sampling technique and dataanalysis using multiple regression. The results of this study with simultaneous, the priceand product quality positively influence the purchasing intention kerupuk kemplangPalembang amounted to 4.092 with a significant level of 0.019. Partially, the price doesnot affect the purchasing intention where the variable probability is 0,521>0,05 whilethe product quality can influence the purchasing intention of kerupuk kemplang inPalembang where the variable probability is 0,01 <0,05.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of variable compenation and age on employee loyalty PT Asuransi Tri Pakarta Palembang either simultaneously or partially. Using employee sample of 25 people, the data were collected either through questionnaires or documents and then analyzed using descriptive statistics and parametric statistics (multiple linear regression), it was concluded that the computation and employee age variables simultaneously had significant and positive influence employee loyalty variable PT Asuransi Tri Pakarta Palembang. And only partially variable compensation alone capable of significantly affect employee loyalty variable, while the age of employees have no significant effect.

Abstract

This study discusses the application of cooperative financial accounting standards based on Financial Accounting Standards Entity Without Public Accountability (SAK ETAP) on Village Unit Cooperative. The object of this research is KUD Sriwijaya Plakat Tinggi Musi Banyuasin Regency. KUD Sriwijaya Plakat Tinggi Musi Banyuasin Regency has standards and guidelines used in the preparation of financial reporting will be reported at annual meeting members and can serve as the basis for economic decision-making as well as to improve the quality of supervision of cooperative business management practices. Previously the regulation or standard regarding cooperatives contained in PSAK 27. Along with the development and revision, the cooperative standard is regulated in SAK ETAP and refers to the Regulation of the Minister of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises Republic of Indonesia 12/2015 concerning General Guidelines for Cooperative Accounting. Therefore, KUD of Sriwijaya of Plakat Tinggi Musi Banyuasin Regency adjusted the application of standard in the preparation of financial statements. This research is conducted qualitatively by using qualitative data analysis technique. Qualitative data in the form of survey results and interviews conducted at KUD Sriwijaya Plakat Tinggi Musi Banyuasin Regency.

Abstract

Rawas cukup tinggi. Konflik tidak hanya terjadi antara masyarakat dengan pemerintah saja, namun juga masyarakat dengan perusahaan dan perusahaan dengan pemerintah. Berdasarkan kajian awal diketahui bahwa salah satu akar masalahnya adalah pada faktor tata kelola, dimana pengelolaan hutan selama ini lebih mengedepankan aspek bisnis dan eksploitasi dengan tanpa mempertimbangkan peran serta masyarakat di dalam dan sekitar kawasan hutan. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah dengan diterapkannya Pola Pengelolaan Keuangan daerah (PPK BLUD) pada KPHP Lakitan akan membuat perbaikan pada tata kelola hutan dan selanjutnya berdampak pada pengurangan tingkat kesenjangan sosial ekonomi antara pengelola KPHP dengan perusahaan dan masyarakat. Penelitian ini bersifat kualitatif yang menggali sebanyak-banyaknya informasi dari narasumber dengan menggunakan teknik wawancara mendalam dan Focus Group Discussion (FGD) kepada para pihak yang terkait dengan pengelolaan hutan, yaitu pihak pemerintah (meliputi pihak KPHP Lakitan, Dinas Kehutanan Musi Rawas, dan instansi terkait), perusahaan dan masyarakat yang tinggal di dalam dan sekitar kawasan. Hasil yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa berbagai pihak memiliki kewenangan dan kepentingan dalam penerapan PPK BLUD pada KPHP Lakitan melalui pendekatan Power-Interest-Legitimacy (PIL). Berbagai pihak tersebut, baik dari sisi pemerintah, swasta, maupun masyarakat diyakini akan memberikan sumbangan positif pada pengembangan KPHP Lakitan asalkan terdapat sinergi yang baik antar berbagai pihak tersebut.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Bagaimana Pengelolaan Keuangan Dana Desa Pada Desa Tanjung Bali Kecamatan Batanghari Leko, teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik analisis kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa pengelolaan keuangan dana desa pada desa Tanjung Bali Kecamatan Batanghari Leko pada tahun 2015 sampai dengan tahun 2017 sudah menjalankan siklus keuangan desa dengan baik mulai dari penyusunan rencana anggaran hingga pada siklus pertanggungjawaban anggaran dana desa. sehingga dapat dikategorikan efektif hanya saja pengaruhnya adalah Penundaan terhadap pencairan dana desa pada tahun berikutnya.

Abstract

This research is intended to find out how the influence of Career Development on Employee Performance PT Bumi Andalas Permai (BAP) Palembang. In this case the sampling using the Saturated sampling method with the employee population of PT BAP Palembang as many as 78 people. From the results of the questionnaire, processed by using SPSS for Windows version 19 by using simple linear regression method, hypothesis test (t test), and correlation coefficient.Based on the analysis results obtained coefficient (R) of 0.033 which shows the relationship between the two low variables. In the hypothesis test (t test) obtained t count value of -0.285 and t value table 1.991, and significant value 0.777. And when viewed from the probability (sig), career development has a probability value of 0.777. It has also been explained that 0.777> 0.05, then H1 is rejected and H0 is accepted, indicating there is no effect of career development on employee performance. The effect of career development on employee performance can be seen also from the value of regression coefficient (R) 0,001, which shows that the percentage contribution of career development influence to employee performance equal to 0,1%. Can also be interpreted that the variation of career development variables used to explain 0.1% variation of performance variables. The conclusion : career development program does not effect employee performance on PT BAP Palembang.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur dan menganalisis pengaruh pengungkapan Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) dan Pengungkapan Identitas Etika terhadap Kinerja Keuangan.Unit analisis dalam penelitian ini adalah 11 Bank Syariah yang terdaftar di website resmi Bank Indonesia periode tahun 2011-2016. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data panel dengan analisis data menggunakan metode analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa pengungkapan Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) dan Pengungkapan Identitas Etika Bank Syariah di Indonesia secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Keuangan.Penelitian ini mendukung teori stakeholder dimana pemenuhan tanggungjawab sosial etika terhadap stakeholder mampu memberikan eksternalitas positif bagi perusahaan.
