Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of debt to equity ratio and earning per share the stock prices of manufacturing companies listed at the Indonesian Stock Exchange. The method of analysis used was linier multiple regression model. This research used secondary data, annual report of the manufacturing corporations during 2012-2014 with 120 unit of corporation as population and 30 unit taken sample by using purposive sampling method. The result of the research indicate that: debt to equity ratio have negative and not significant influence on the stock prices of the corporation, while earning per share have positive and signifikan influence on the stock prices of the corporation. Simultaneously debt to equity ratio and earning per share have signifikan influence on the stock prices of the corporation.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this research is to know and analyze the most factors Dominant influence employee loyalty PT. Karya Swadaya Abadi (Karsa) Medan, The number of samples is 70 respondents. Types of data used primary and secondary data, and methods of data collection through questionnaires and documentation, data analysis methods used factor analysis. From the results of the study and discussion, the number of KMO Measure of Sampling Adeguacy (MSA) was 0.851 with a significance level of 0.000, because the value of KMO above 0.50 and significant at 1 percent, then the data is feasible enough to be analyzed further by using factor analysis. The scree plot shows the graph, where from factor 1 to factor 2 (source line component number = 1 to 2), the direction of the line decreases quite sharply. Then from point 2 to 3, the line still decreases with the smaller slope. The fourth factor is already below the number of Y axes (eigenvalues). This shows that the three best factors to summarize the fourteen factors affecting employee loyalty at PT. Karya Swadaya Abadi (Karsa) Medan. The dominant factors affect employee loyalty PT. The work of Swadaya Abadi (Karsa) Medan with a correlation value greater than 0.80 consists of: incentives (0.823), status (0.821), and promotion (0.813). As for suggestions given as consideration to the leadership of the company is to increase employee loyalty, should the company hire the best performing contract employees to permanent employees. Instead, the company maintains incentives to employees who excel to increase employee loyalty to the company.

Abstract

The aim of this research, analyze the influence of cultural, social, personal and psychology of the buying decisions in Indomaret and analyzes of the four variables: cultural, social, personal and psychological variables which are the most dominant influence on buying decisions in Indomaret. Benefits study provides empirical evidence about the influence of cultural, social, personal and psychological on purchase decisions in Indomaret, provide knowledge to the public about cultural, social, personal and psychology of the buying decisions in Indomaret and contribute to the academic community about the importance of knowing the effect of factors cultural, social, personal and psychological on purchase decisions. The study population across the Faculty of Economics of the Catholic University of Santo Thomas North Sumatra ever shopped at Indomaret district of Medan Selayang while the study sample sebahagian the population can be considered representative. The total sample of 100 respondents, the type of data used primary and secondary data and data collection tools through questioner and documentation. Data analysis tool used regression. The results showed the multiple linear regression equation: KM = 3.503 + 0,122FBu 0,016FSo + + + 0,337FPsi 0,246FPri. The equation shows that cultural factors, social factors, individual factors, and psychological factors have a positive influence on the purchase decision will be positive. Abstract

The purpose of this study to analyze the effect of brand image variables and customer satisfaction on customer loyalty Sim Card Telkomsel partially or simultaneously. Abstract

The concept of Local Economic Development (LED) is an analytical tool that can be used to describe and measure economic conditions in a region. The territory in question may be administrative territory or region / region of particular business / commodity development, including small and medium enterprises (SMEs). Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) are part of the most strategic economic sector, concerning the livelihood of the people and is an important pillar in supporting and moving the joints of the economy in many countries .. SMEs play several important roles in Indonesia, one of them important players In Local Economic Development (LED) and community development. The purpose of this study is directed to determine the factors - factors that affect Local Economic Development with SMEs as the base sector in the city of Medan. The research method used in this research is Quantitative Descriptive Research Method. Data collection is done by using secondary and primary data. Then the analysis used to test the research hypothesis that has been determined by using the sample data obtained. The Inferential Statistics Method used in the analysis of this research data is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Descriptive result of this research is there are three variables have the average score of each - each variable is smaller than the middle threshold score 9. The three latent variables referred to include: social capital, socio-economic characteristics, and economic development policy However, when viewed From educational and skill perspectives, labor market and geographical characteristics greater than the middle threshold score 9. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality which consists of (tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy) to customer satisfaction of PT. Matahari Putra Prima (Hypermart Sun Plaza) Medan. The benefits of research is to provide input for the company in order to formulate marketing strategies and to contribute to researchers in the field of marketing science. The sample size is 96 respondents. Data collection techniques used were questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis method used is multiple regression analysis. Based on the result of research, the regression equation is obtained as follows: Y = 3,359 + 0,131x1 + 0,174x2 + 0,196x3 + 0,236x4 + 0,374x5. Based on the analysis of statistical data, the indicators in this study are valid and the variables are reliable. In the classical assumption test, the regression model is normally distributed, free of multicolonearity, and no heteroscedasticity occurs. The individual sequence of each of the most influential variables is the emphaty variable with the regression coefficient of 0.374; Then assurance with regression coefficient 0.236; Then followed by responsiveness with regression coefficient 0,196 and reliability with regression coefficient 0,174; While the variable that has the lowest effect is tangible with regression coefficient 0,131. PT. Matahari Putra Prima (Hypermart Sun Plaza) Medan in improving customer satisfaction is expected to not only use and execute strategy of applying service quality only but must cover all components related to marketing and have relationship with customer satisfaction. Problems or other aspects that may affect customer satisfaction can be a quality product, price, promotion, and place.

Abstract

This study aims to see the development of assets, profit / loss and observe financial ratios as projected financial performance of PT Perkebunan Nusantara III (PTPN III) Medan for the last 3 years ie the period of 2010 until 2012. From the results of vertical analysis known factors Causing the fluctuation of PTPN III financial ratios are: a) Liquidity increases due to the decrease in short-term liabilities; B) Solvency increases as a result of the increase in total debt; C) The creditability of accounts receivable collectability has improved; D) The profitability of a company decreases due to lower net income, increased assets and equity; E) Declining profitability is caused by the global economic crisis. While the results of comparison analysis are: 1) Current assets increased in 2011 and decreased in 2012 resulting from a reduction in cash, cash equivalent of third party receivables; 2) Fixed assets due to increased ownership of facilities / infrastructure and buildings; 3) Short-term debt increased in 2011 but decreased in 2012 due to decreased contractor debt, tax debt and bank debt; 4) Long-term debt increased due to increased deferred employee benefits and deferred tax liabilities; 5) Increased equity caused by increased issued and paid-up capital of the company; 6) Reduced net sales of palm oil, rubber and palm kernel and its derivatives due to falling selling prices; 7) Net income increased in 2011 but in 2012 is reduced and far from the planned company.
