Sistem manajemen kinerja yang dirancang harus dapat mengakomodasikan sistem operasi dari sebuah perusahaan. Manajemen kinerja mempunyai peranan penting untuk mencapai tujuan organisasi serta memberikan manfaat kepada organisasi, manajer dan individu. Proses manajemen kinerja menuntut orang melakukan 3 (tiga) hal dengan baik, yaitu: Mendefinisikan kinerja; Memfasilitasi kinerja; dan Mendorong kinerja. Sebagian organisasi sukses menjalankan manajemen kinerja dan tidak sedikit yang mengalami kegagalan. Hal ini karena adanya tantangan atau keengganan atasan/pimpinan dan bawahan/karyawan untuk menerapkannya.

This study aimed to determine the social media promotion effect on travel decisions. This research design is survey research. The population in this study was people who searched for tourist information and made travel decisions. The sampling techniques in this study used purposive sampling with 110 samples. The data collection technique used a questionnaire tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used to answer the research hypothesis is a simple regression test. This research indicates that there was a positive effect of social media promotion on travel decisions. The results of this study were the coefficient of determination (R2) which is 66.2%, the results of the Fcount test are 211.612 with a significance value of 0.000, then the t-count results are 14.547 with a significance value of 0.000. These results show that promotion through social media simultaneously and significantly influences travel decisions.

This research aims to determine the influence of occupational health safety, training and career development on employee performance. The research sample was taken using purposive sampling technique. The data collection method uses primary data by distributing questionnaires to respondents, namely PT employees. PLN (Persero) UP2B SUMBAGUT. The data collected is quantitative and will be analyzed using existing formulas assisted by SPSS version 26 software. The results of simultaneous hypothesis testing state that the variables of occupational health safety, training and career development simultaneously have a significant effect on the performance of PT employees. PLN (Persero) UP2B SUMBAGUT which can be seen from the significance value F < α, namely 0.000 < 0.05. The coefficient of determination of the Ajusted R Square value is 0.706, meaning that employee performance can be explained by the variables of occupational health safety, training and career development by 70.6%, while another 29.4% can be explained by other factors such as leadership, motivation, compensation and many more. which was not explained in this study.

Research related to brand loyalty is important, especially in the period following the Covid-19 pandemic. At that time, many tourism destinations and businesses were destroyed and tended to go bankrupt, so a strategy was needed to revive brand loyalty in tourist destinations in Indonesia which were famous as world tourist destinations. This research aims to provide a tourism marketing perspective with a destination brand experience. The brand experience felt by tourists is a series of efforts, activities or products received by tourists starting when tourists have a desire to travel. This research uses quantitative methods, data collection by questionnaire with a sample of tourists, the range of this research was conducted from January to May 2023 and by using a questionnaire on google form. The number of samples included in this study was 200 respondents, the sample determination was carried out by purposive sampling. Respondent data was analyzed by Structure Equation Model with Smart PLS 4.0. The results of this research found that destination brand experience has a positive effect on destination brand authenticity, destination brand satisfaction, and destination brand loyalty. Meanwhile, destination brand authenticity and destination brand satisfaction have a positive effect on destination brand loyalty. The results of the indirect influence show that destination brand authenticity and destination brand satisfaction mediate the influence of destination brand experience on destination brand loyalty.

This study aims to examine the influence of leadership, individual capability, and supervision on employee performance at CU Cinta Kasih Tigapanah Cooperative. The research population consists of 37 employees, with a saturated sampling technique applied. Data collection was conducted through questionnaires and analyzed using SmartPLS version 4.0. The results indicate that leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with a T-statistic value of 4.082 (greater than 1.96) and a P-value of 0.000 (less than 0.05). Similarly, individual capability also significantly affects employee performance, with a T-statistic value of 2.073 and a P-value of 0.019. Moreover, supervision positively and significantly influences employee performance, with a T-statistic value of 2.014 and a P-value of 0.022. These findings demonstrate that leadership, individual capability, and supervision collectively have a positive and significant impact on employee performance at CU Cinta Kasih Tigapanah.

This study aims to analyze the model of queues at filling stations Kopkar Nusa Three Jl. Sunggal Medan using phase.Teknik single multi-channel data collection is done through observation and documentation. The study population was the whole vehicle wheel 2 (two) in the queuing system on weekdays applicable on Nusa Tiga Kopkar gas station Jl. Sunggal Medan. Sampling is done by nonprobability sampling Convenience sampling using primary data obtained from observation. So the data is taken against vehicles entering into the queuing system is running. From the analysis of the queuing system Kopkar Nusa Three gas station Jl. Terrain Sunggal known Poisson distributed arrival frequency, level of service and inter-arrival time is not exponentially. The level of visitor arrivals was obtained for 13 people per 8 minutes. This means that the server is quite crowded by the customer and the service provided is also capable of serving pelanggan.Waktu customers waiting in the queue (Wq) is 0871 minutes and still be within the maximum limit of the customer is willing to wait (time aspiration) that is equal to 15 minutes.

This study aims to see the development of assets, profit / loss and observe financial ratios as projected financial performance of PT Perkebunan Nusantara III (PTPN III) Medan for the last 3 years ie the period of 2010 until 2012. From the results of vertical analysis known factors Causing the fluctuation of PTPN III financial ratios are: a) Liquidity increases due to the decrease in short-term liabilities; B) Solvency increases as a result of the increase in total debt; C) The creditability of accounts receivable collectability has improved; D) The profitability of a company decreases due to lower net income, increased assets and equity; E) Declining profitability is caused by the global economic crisis. While the results of comparison analysis are: 1) Current assets increased in 2011 and decreased in 2012 resulting from a reduction in cash, cash equivalent of third party receivables; 2) Fixed assets due to increased ownership of facilities / infrastructure and buildings; 3) Short-term debt increased in 2011 but decreased in 2012 due to decreased contractor debt, tax debt and bank debt; 4) Long-term debt increased due to increased deferred employee benefits and deferred tax liabilities; 5) Increased equity caused by increased issued and paid-up capital of the company; 6) Reduced net sales of palm oil, rubber and palm kernel and its derivatives due to falling selling prices; 7) Net income increased in 2011 but in 2012 is reduced and far from the planned company.

This study aims to test and analyze the influence of socioeconomic factors and work motivation on the work performance of the CU Cinta Kasih Tigapanah Cooperative Karo District employees. The sampling technique used is Proportional Random Sampling. The data analysis technique is multiple linear regression. From the results of data processing, socioeconomic factors were found to have a positive and significant effect on the work performance of the CU Cinta Kasih Tigapanah Cooperative employees in Karo District. T test results show that the socio-economic variable variable 2,819> t table 1,668 and with a significant level of 0.009 t table 1,668.

This study aims to 1. Determine whether the level of education, income and type of work has a positive and significant effect on the performance of the employees of the Cooperative CU Cinta Kasih Tigapanah Kab. Karo; 2. Human resource strategy is part of the business strategy implementation process. Certain business strategies require specific competencies and personal characteristics. Human resource strategy is a derivation of changes in business strategy or company strategy.This research is intended to know:1) What is the stated business strategy of the Catholic University of Saint Thomas Medan? ; 2) What is the human resource strategy implemented by the Catholic University of Saint Thomas Medan? ; 3) .Is the human resource strategy implemented in accordance with the business strategy of the Catholic University of Saint Thomas Medan? Based on the results of the analysis, it is known that the human resource strategy is in accordance with the business strategy of the Catholic University of Saint Thomas Medan. This can be proven by the following data: a) In 1984-2000, the Corporate strategy was a Growth strategy by conducting Market Development and Product Development. The Business strategy is Defender while the Human resource strategy is Club; b) In 2001-2015, the Corporate strategy is Growth (Product development) and Retrenchment (Turnaround). Its Business strategy is Defender and Reactor, while its Human resource strategy is Club and Fortress; c) In 2016-present, the Corporate strategy is Stability and Growth (Market development & Product development). The Business strategy is Analyzer and the Human resource strategy is Academy.
