Abstract

The purpose of this study analyzed the influence of perceptions of quality, price, corporate reputation and customer satisfaction partially and simultaneously to the decision to purchase airline services. Benefits Research, provide empirical evidence on the influence of variables that can influence purchasing decisions from consumers and provide solutions in the form of suggestions on the management of these variables. For the community. provide knowledge to the public especially for those who want to be involved in the business world and related to the business of maintaining the brand and maintain the existence of customers. For education, it gives academic contribution to the importance of managing variables that can influence consumer purchasing decisions through the perception of quality, price, company reputation and customer satisfaction. Number of sample 96 respondents, data collection method through questioner and documentation, method of data analysis with multiple regression. Result of regression equation: PKP = 12,034 + .624 PK 0,873H + 0,505RP + .705KP. . meaning that the perception variable of quality, price, reputation of company and customer satisfaction have positive influence to decision of purchasing service of flight. Of the four variables that are more influential on the decision to purchase airline services are price variables and customer satisfaction. The correlation coefficient of perception variable of quality, price, reputation of company and customer satisfaction to decision of purchasing service of aviation have very strong relation with value value r = 0,843. The determinant coefficient of r2 = 0,710629, meaning variable variable of perception of quality, price, company reputation and customer satisfaction can explain 71,06% to decision of purchasing service of flight, while 28,94% influenced by other factors. Based on t test, the value of t count the fourth variable> t table means partially the four independent variables have a significant influence on the decision to purchase airline services. With the F test, the value of F arithmetic (Variable perception of quality, price, company reputation and customer satisfaction)> F table, meaning that simultaneously the variable has a significant influence on the decision to purchase airline services. Based on the results of research, the company should improve the perception of quality through improving the quality of service and reputation of the company through the improvement of the attributes offered through its products. Customer satisfaction and price become the center of attention from customers, then the management should still be able to maintain it for the sake of the survival of PT. Vina Tour & Travel Medan in the future.

Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze Employee Commitment and Communication to Employee Performance at Cooperative CU Mandiri Unit Areas Tebing Tinggi. The data was collected through interviews and questionnaires distributed to 67 employees at CU Mandiri Cooperative Unit of Tebing Tinggi District. Data analysis in this study using SPSS version 20. The technique used is the method of sampling and data testing techniques used in this study include the validity test and reliability test, the classical assumption test. Multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis test also conducted to test and prove hypothesis in research. Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this research is to know the improvement of ASN competence through human resource information system, career development and work discipline of ASN, and its impact on ASN performance in Medan city government institution. Analytical technique used in hypothesis test in this research used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). This study uses secondary data in the form of recapitulation of ASN amount spread over various SKPD in Medan City Government and primary in the form of questionnaires distributed to ASN spread on various SKPD existing in Medan City Government. Population or Total ASN in Medan City Government as many as 5,384 people from population taken sample of 373 ASN by Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling. The result of research in Medan City Government shows the implementation of Human Resource Information System has a positive and significant impact on ASN career development, the implementation of human resource information system has a positive and significant impact on ASN discipline, ASN work discipline has significant influence on ASN competence, Human, discipline and career development have no significant effect on ASN performance, competence mediate the influence of career development on ASN performance, competence able to mediate relationship or influence discipline on ASN performance, Competence has significant influence to ASN performance

Abstract

The purpose of this study to analyze the application of theory of planned behavior to predict student behavior to buy Lenovo laptops. Benefits This study provides input to other researchers in conducting further research on the same topic and add insight and knowledge of researchers in the field of consumer behavior, especially about the application of theory of planned behavior to predict student behavior to buy a laptop lenovo. Total sample 96 respondents, data collection method through questioner and documentation, Descriptive analysis technique. The results showed based on the observed variables that: Attitudes, subjective norms and control behaviors felt by students FE Unika St. Thomas SU on average gives a positive influence on the behavior to buy branded Lenovo laptops. This is in line with the behavioral interest equation = BI = 0.44Ab + 0.16SN + 0.40PC. That is, the behavior of FE Unika St. Thomas SU to buy larger brand Lenovo laptops is influenced by attitudes of 0.44 (44%) than perceived behavioral controls of 0.40 (40% and subjective norms 0.16 (16%)). attributes that students place to win competition and preferably, laptop manufacturers increase the influence of subjective norms and perceived behavioral control by offering various benefits to consumers

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Return On Assets (ROA), Earning Per Share (EPS), Price Earning Ratio (PER) to Return of Stock at Hospitality Services Company listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange. The benefits of research is to provide information material to investors in making investment decisions. The number of companies to be sampled are 5 Hospitality Services Companies, namely: Bayu Buana Tbk (BAYU), Fast Food Indonesia Tbk (FAST), Grahamas Citrawisata Tbk (GMCW), Destination Tirta Nusantara Tbk (PDES), and Golden Eagle Energy Tbk SMMT). In this study used secondary data that is Financial Statements Hospitality Services Companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange 2010-2013 period that can be accessed via the internet. Method of data analysis used is multiple regression analysis (multiple regression analysis). Based on the result of research, the regression equation is obtained as follows: Return = 0,979 - 0,438 DER - 0,093 ROA + 0,002 EPS + 0,002 PER indicate that DER variable variable have negative and insignificant influence, ROA variable has negative and significant influence, EPS variable has positive and significant effect, and variable of PER have positive and insignificant effect to stock return. DER, ROA, EPS and PER simultaneously affect the stock return of hotel services company. value adjusted R2 of 0.909. This means that 90.9 percent of stock return variables can be explained by variations of DER, ROA, EPS and PER variables while the remaining 9.1 percent is explained by other variables outside the model.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of product, promotion and service quality partially and simultaneously to the decision of Samsung mobile phone purchase and to know the dominant influence of the three variables (product, promotion and service quality) to the decision of purchasing Samsung mobile phone. Benefits Research, for researchers to compare the theories that have been experienced so far through research conducted, as well as develop analytical thinking skills and critical to existing problems and For Researchers can then use the results of this study as a comparison to the theory of theory based on the results of research conducted. Number of samples 72 respondents, data collection methods through questionnaire and documentation, variables studied about the influence of Product, Promotion and Quality of Service Against Samsung Mobile Purchase Decision, method of data analysis with multiple regression. The results showed that multiple regression equation Y = 0,39 + 0,51X1 + 0,27X2 + 0,12X3, it means product, promotion and service quality have positive influence to decision of samsung mobile phone purchase. Of the three independent variables (product, promotion and service quality) which gives the biggest influence is the product variable. Based on t test, from three independent variables (Product, Promotion and Service Quality) only two significant variables to decision of samsung mobile phone purchase that is product and promotion variable while service quality is not significant. With the F test, of the three independent variables (Product, Promotion and Service Quality) have a significant influence on the purchasing decision of samsung mobile phone. Correlation coefficient of product variables, promotion, and quality of service to the purchase decision of 0.804 means the relationship of independent variables with very strong bound variable. Coefficient of determination (Adjusted R2) equal to 0,625 means, product variable, promotion, and quality of service together can explain equal to 62,5% while the rest 37,5% influenced by other variable besides product, promotion and service quality. Of the three independent variables (product, promotion, and quality of service) should increase the frequency of promotion and quality of promotional quality delivered and also improve the quality of service so that the effect on the decision to purchase mobile phone samsung higher. Based on the value of coefficient of determination (Adjusted R2) of 0.625 indicates that product variables, promotion, and service quality together can explain by 62.5% while the remaining 37.5% influenced by other variables. Based on this it is better to increase the role of the three independent variables because that can be explained only by 62.5%.

Abstract

In BPJS Health still happened paradox rights, that is for health protection there is still ambiguity happened at Mitra Hospital which not as expected with that felt by patient, for example for certain sick like cancer for chemo process only long and difficult service for certain reasons as well. This is contrary to expectations by the Minister of Health proposed by Nafsiah Mboi that BPJS Health will endeavor to bear all kinds of diseases. Based on this, the research problem is formulated "Whether the theory of reasoned action can be used to predict the interest of the community to be a Mandiri BPJS Health participant in Medan Selayang Society". The purpose of this study is to determine the application of the theory of reasoned action in predicting the interest of entering into a participant Mandiri BPJS Health. While the benefit of the research is to provide information to the management of BPJS Health about the theory of reasoned action to predict the interest to be a participant Mandiri BPJS Health. Determination of the sample is done incidentally ie kusioner given to the Society which when met with researchers in the research location. The number of samples is determined based on the maximum error (sampling error). From the research results can be concluded that: (a). Attitudes and preference groups to be participants of Independent BPJS Health on average respondents give a positive effect (strong) on the intention to behave. (b). Based on the equation of intention to enter the participants into the Mandiri BPJS Health as a requirement of 0.62 (62%). While the effect on subjective Norm (SN) is 0.38 (38%). As a consideration (a). BPJS Health Management needs to improve the consistency of services for the required attribute benefits in accordance with the demands of positive participants on the presence of BPJS Health, (b). BPJS Health Management continuously needs to learn the attitudes of participants, because this can be used as a basis to increase the number of participants and improve the satisfaction of a prosperous Society.
