Abstract

The purpose of this research to know the Comparison Charcoal Husk withcompost skin cacao as cropping about the media and crop production and production red onio (Allium ascalonicum.L) hydroponic wick system. This study has been implemented dikebun experiment faculty agricultural kuantan singingi islamic university. This research use random design complete ( ral ) non factorials, using various the comparison media (factors M) consisting of 5 standard treatment and 3 test. Treatment M1 ( Charcoal Husk ) M2 (compost skin cacao) M3 (Charcoal Husk + compost skin cacao) (1:3) M4 (compost skin cacao + Charcoal Husk) (2:2) M5 (Charcoal Husk + compost skin cacao) (3:1). There is a unit of experiments 15, any unit experiment consisting of 4 plants , 3 plants constituting sample plants. The result showed that comparison media Charcoal Husk with compost skin cacao give real impact give influence the real thing to all observation parameter. Observation plant height with the best results on treatment M5 with hight plant 35.71 cm. And have a real influence on observation parameter number of leaves 28.44 helai,gross weight 18.76 g dan dry weight 14.79.Keywords : Red Onion, Charcoal Husk, Compost Skin Cacao, Hidroponics

Abstract

Penelitian dalam bentuk percobaan lapangan dengan judul” Aplikasi kombinasikompos kotoran ayam dan kompos kotoran kambing dalam meningkatkan pertumbuhandan hasil tanaman kacang tanah varietas gajah (Arachis hypogeae L), telahdilaksanakan pada Kebun Percobaan Fakultas Pertanian Universitas MuhammadiyahSumatera Barat di Kelurahan Tanjung Gadang Kecamatan Payakumbuh Barat KotaPayakumbuh Percobaan ini dimulai dari Agustus sampai dengan Oktober 2017.Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) dengan 5perlakuan dan 4 kelompok, sehingga seluruhnya terdiri dari 20 petak. Perlakuannyaadalah kombinasi kompos kotoran kambing dengan kompos kotoran ayam sebagaiberikut: 100 % kompos kotoran kambing + 0 % kompos kotoran ayam, 75 % komposkotoran kambing + 25% kompos kotoran ayam, 50 % kompos kotoran kambing + 50% kompos kotoran ayam, 25 % kompos kotoran kambing + 75 % kompos kotoranayam, 0 % kompos kotoran kambing + 100 % kompos kotoran ayam. Data pengamatandianalisis secara Statistika dengan Uji F, Apabila F hitung lebih besar dari F tabel,maka dilanjutkan dengan uji lanjut Duncan’s New Multiple Range Test (DNMRT) padataraf nyata 5 %.Dari hasil penelitian terhadap kombinasi kompos kotoran kambing dengankompos kotoran ayam dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa Dari hasil penelitian dapatdisimpulkan bahwa kombinasi 25 % kompos kotoran kambing + 75 % kompos kotoranayam memberikan pertumbuhan dan hasil terbaik terhadap hasil tanaman kacangtanahKey word : kombinasi, kompos, pertumbuhan, hasil, kacang tanah

Abstract

Pengembangan kawasan perdesaan tidak kalah penting dibandingkan denganpengembangan pada kawasan perkotaan, yang secara terintegrasi pengembangankeduanya ditujukan untuk mewujudkan penyelenggaraan penataanruang wilayahnasional yang aman, nyaman, produktif, dan berkelanjutan. Konsep pengembanganperdesaan berkelanjutan diperlukan guna mendukung terwujudnya saling keterkaitanyang kuat antara kawasan perdesaan dengan kawasan perkotaan. Bila pertumbuhandibiarkan tanpa intervensi dan tidak direncanakan secara berkelanjutan, dikhawatirkankawasan perdesaan menjadi terus berkurang di masa depan.Kabupaten Limapuluh Kota memiliki kawasan pedesaan yang sangat luas, dariseluruh wilayah kabupaten hanya ibukota kabupaten yakni Sarilamak yang bercirikanperkotaan. Oleh karena itu, mewujudkan ruang kawasan perdesaan berkelanjutan dalamrangka pengembangan wilayah di Kabupaten Limapuluh Kota perlu dilakukanperencanaan pengembangan kawasan pedesaan berkelanjutan berbasis pertanian lahanbasah. Dimana kawasan yang akan dijadikan lokasi perencanaan adalah kawasan yangmemiliki potensi pada pertanian lahan basah. Nagari Sungai Rimbang di KecamatanSuliki merupakan kawasan yang sangat berpotensi untuk pengembangan kawasanpertanian lahan basah.Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode deskriptif kualitatif yang mengkajibeberapa aspek yakni tipologi pedesaan, sumber daya manusia, sumber daya alam,kelembagaan, ekonomi, dan sarana prasarana. Selanjutnya untuk mengidentifikasipotensi dan masalah pengembangan wilayah Sungai Rimang dilakukanlah AnalisisSwot. Analisis ini tentu saja berpedoman pada aspek-aspek yang telah dikajisebelumnya. Hasil analisis swot dijadikan acuan dalam rencana pengembangankawasan yakni pengembangan kelembagaan, pengembangan sektor pertanian,pelestarian nilai budaya masyarakat, pengelolaan dan pelestarian lingkungan,pengembangan infrastuktur pedesaan, dan pengembangan komunitas pedesaan. Semuarencana ini akan dijabarkan dalam bentuk program pelaksanaan yang lebih terperinci.Kata Kunci :pengembangan pedesaan, berkelanjutan

Abstract

Research on influence the allotment of some doses fertilizer liquid OrganicCrocober Plus on The Growth of The Kayu manis Plant (Cinnamomum burmanni Ness ex) To the provision of a couple doses fertilizer liquid Organic Crocober Plus carried out in the half shadows and laboratory the faculty Agricultural Muhammadiyah University West Sumatera. Research purposes, to get a dose of fertilizer complex the organ which is proper for Kayu manis plants . Design used is Random Complete ( RAL ), with 4 the economic situation and 4 remedial: doses fertilizer the liquid Organic Crocober Plus 0, 5, 10 and 15 ml /l. Data observation dianalis in statistika by test f the first real 5 percent . The results of reasarch show to the growth of plants Kayu manis doses 15 l /ml plants give the best results to the growth of plants Kayu manis.Key words : Crocober Plus and Kayu manis

Abstract

Success in oil palm cultivation is greatly influenced by the procurement of seedsand media. In addition to procuring seeds and good media, the use of ZPT also supports the success of nurseries. Use of young coconut water in nurseries. Young coconut water which contains a lot of growth regulators (ZPT) which can stimulate germination and growth of oil palm seedlings. The purpose of this study was to determine the various planting media tests and the provision of young coconut water to the growth of oil palm seedlings (Elaeis quineensis. Jacq) in the main nursery. This study uses Factorial Randomized Block Design (RBD) which consists of 2 factors, the first factor is the factor (M) of planting media which consists of 5 levels, namely: M0 = soil (control), M1 = Land + Sand (2: 1), M2 = Land + Sand + Tea grounds (2: 1: 1), M3 = Land + Sand + Rice Husk (2: 1: 1), M4 = Land + Sand + Cowhide Fertilizer (2: 1: 1), and thesecond factor is (A) giving young coconut water which consists of 4 levels, namely: A0 = without giving young coconut water (control), A1 = giving young coconut water 20%, A2 = giving 40% young coconut water, A3 giving coconut water young 60%. Data were analyzed statistically using analysis of variance and further tested for Honest Real Difference 5%. The results showed that the treatment of various planting media and giving young coconut water interactively did not significantly affect all observation parameters, but the best results were shown in the treatment of M1A0 in observing the height of the seedlings (cm) as high as 47.60 cm and the base diameter of the stem of 3.45 cm2. as well as the main influence of various planting media and the provision of young coconut water is not real in all parameters of observation. Keywords: growing media ,oil palm, main nursery, ZPT

Abstract

Research "Growth Response and Result of Melon Plant (Cucumis melo, L.) due tothe provision of Egg Shell Flour with various Kinds of Manure". has been conducted in theExperimental Garden of Agriculture Faculty of Muhammadiyah University of WestSumatera, from February to May 2017. The purpose of this research is to get the bestmanure with eggshell flour combinations for the growth and yield of melon plants.This study used a Completely Randomized Design (RAL), the observations wereaveraged and analyzed by F test at 5% real level, with 4 treatments and 4 replications sothat the total number of plots was 16 plots. Plot size 1.2 m x 2m, polybag distance 60 cm x50 cm, so that each plot there are 8 polybags with 3 plants as sample. The treatments arevarious types of manure with additional eggshell flour as follows; A. Without fertilizer,B.chicken manure, C. Cow manure and D. Goat Manure. Observations in this studyinclude: when the field appeared, the height of the plant, the number of branches, thenumber of leaves, when the flower appeared, the diameter and length of the fruit, and theweight of the melon fruitThe results showed that the effect of chicken egg shell powder in various types ofmanure is chicken manure, cow manure and goat manure on the growth and production ofmelon Cucumis melo L. var. Amanta F1 has not had any significant effect on the growthand production of melon plants. Provision of chicken manure provides the highest growthand production potential of melon plants and is better than cow manure and goat manure

Abstract

Penelitian tentang pengaruh pemberian pupuk organik cair dari sabut kelapadan bokashi cair dari kotoran ayam terhadap pertumbuhan tanaman sawi caisim(Brassica juncea L.), telah dilakukan di Kelurahan Tarok Dipo, Kecamatan GugukPanjang, Bukittinggi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian pupuk organikcair dari sabut kelapa dan bokashi cair dari kotoran ayam berpengaruh nyata terhadaptinggi tanaman, berat basah, berat kering dan berpengaruh tidak nyata terhadapjumlah helaian daun. Abstract

Penelitian tentang pemberian beberapa dosis kompos eceng gondok danpengaruhnya terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman tomat (Solanum lycopersicum L.)telah dilasanakan di sawah disekitar kampus fakultas pertanian Universitas Muhammadiya Sumatra Barat Kelurahan Tanjung Gadang Koto Nan Ampek Kec. Payakumbuh Barat Kota Payakumbuh dengan ketinggian tempat 514 mdpl. Waktu penelitian Oktober 2017 sampai Desember 2017. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mendapatkan dosis kompos eceng gondok yang terbaik untuk meningkatkan pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman tomat.Percobaan ini menggunakan rancangan acak kelompok dengan 5 perlakuan dan4 kelompok sehingga semuanya berjumlah 20 petak dan setiap petak terdapat 6tanaman dan 3 merupakan tanaman sampel. Data hasil pengamatan dirata ratakan dan di analisis secara statiska dengan uji f. Bila f hitung perlakuan lebih besar dari f tabel pada taraf nyata 5 % maka dilanjutkan dengan uji Duncan’s New Multiple Range Test (DNMRT) pada taraf nyata 5%. Perlakuan pada percobaan ini adalah dosis kompos eceng gondok sebagai berikut: A. 0 Ton/ HA, B. 10 Ton/ HA C. 15 Ton/ HA ,D. 20 Ton/HA dan E. 25 Ton/ HA. Dari percobaan yang dilakukan dapat diambil kesimpulan pengguanaan kompos eceng gondok 20 ton/ha dapat meningkatkan pertumbuhan dan hasil tanamantomat.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the phytochemical compounds which found inspices used in the making of rendang, knowing the chemical components of the mainspices of rendang, and determine the ability of antimicrobial in each of rendangseasoning. The result of analysis proved that there phytochemical compounds. (1) Thesecompounds are phenolic, alkaloids, flavonoids, terpenoids, steroids, and saponins.These compounds have funtion to determine the main chemical components in theextract constituent rendang spices that are known as antimicrobial power. (2) Theamount of the chemical components is obtained successively in marinades rendang suchas onion (2695,5 ppm inulin), red pepper (494,5 ppm capsaicin), turmeric leaf (2,057ppm curcumin), cumin (2152,2 ppm safranal), and ginger (1,07 % sineol). (3) Inhibitionof the extract seasoning against Staphylococcus aureus has a diameter that tend to beresistant among the onion (20 mm), red paper (17 mm), cumin (18 mm), and galangal(14 mm).Key word : phytochemical; antimicrobial; spices; rendang; Staphylococcus aureus
