<![CDATA[The objectives of this research were: (1) to find out whether or not the use of parallel-team teaching improves the students’ speaking skill and (2) to find out whether or not the students are interested in joining the speaking class through parallel-team teaching. This research employed a quasi-experimental design. The sample consisted of 40 students of second-semester students of English Education Program of Makassar State University, in academic year 2016/2017. The research data were collected by using two kinds of instruments: the speaking test for the students’ speaking skill and questionnaire for students’ interest. Data on the students’ speaking skill were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics, and data on the students’ interest were analyzed using the Likert scale. The results of the research were: (1) the use of parallel-team teaching in teaching speaking improved the students speaking skill, (2) the use of parallel-team teaching increased the students’ interest in joining the speaking class. It can be concluded that the use of Parallel-Team Teaching is effective to be implemented in improving the students’ speaking skill in terms of accuracy, fluency, comprehensibility and content and the students have very high interest toward Parallel-Team Teaching in teaching speaking]]>

<![CDATA[The main problem of this research is how the strategy of learning Arabic in the achievement of al-qira'ah in the Department of Management of Islamic Education Institute Parahikma Indonesia (IPI). The results of this study show that the strategy of learning Arabic in the achievement of Maharah al-Qira'ah to the Students of the Department of Management of Islamic Education Institute of Parahikma Indonesia (IPI) is done by reading the Arabic books, interpreting and rewriting, giving the reading without syakal and discussed, recognize words and sentences and then translate, compose own sentences with a vocabulary that is considered easy.]]>

<![CDATA[Building the legal product of a regional regulation on mineral and coal mining is the authority of regional governments. In implementing their authority, they are required to apply Pancasila and embrace the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia. Pancasila consisting of five precepts is a legal ideal that should be incarnated in the legal product of a regional regulation on mineral and coal mining. The incarnation of the legal ideal of Pancasila through the legal product of a regional regulation on mineral and coal mining will have the implication on mineral and coal mining management based on the legal ideal of Pancasila. Therefore, building the regional regulation on mineral and coal mining must be based on the normative-juridical aspect as the basis for the making of laws and the theoretical aspect based on the legal ideal of Pancasila.]]>

<![CDATA[One of the provision of legal service for the community in court is the establishment of legal aid post. A court legal aid post is a service established by and in any first instance court to provide legal service in the form of legal information, consultation and advice and the creation of required legal documents. The existence of a law courthouse aid post of class IB Watampone is very helpful to the duties of clerks and judges. So that legal service becomes more effective and efficient. But some obstacles faced by legal aid post in legal services that not cooperative plaintiffs, facilities and minimal infrastructure, and knowledge of legal officers are still lacking.]]>

<![CDATA[One of the civil event principles of justice is flexibility ground as contained in Section 2 ( 4) Law Number 48 the Year 2009 about Judicial Power that jurisdiction conducted mainly, quickly, and light expense. Base Flexibility represents expectation all party, especially to is drawee of divorce dispute in Justice Of Religion. PERMA Number 1 the Year 2016 representing Appellate Court effort in integrating meditation into process attend legal procedure in Justice, where expected can overcome the problem of heaping of the case, and also strengthen and maximize function institute justice in solving of dispute. Besides that, process mediation becomes to increase because there are section 130 HIR and 154 RBG obliging mediation each early conference, and if not be executed to cause conference of cancelation for the shake of law. Even farther that mediation can be executed till the decision of Eintracht. But that way direct exes of the PERMA is its time become length (old), expense increase, and entangle mediator with all is the protocol of him so that make process attends legal procedure do not modestly (complicated). <![CDATA[The purpose of this study is to find out how the influence of the creativity of lecturers in the learning process on student learning achievement in the Microeconomics Course in the Islamic Banking Study Program of the Sharia and Islamic Economics Department of STAIN Watampone.
